Now that's my kind of road trip!........It would be a shame for you to quit on such an awesome line of figures. I love the hunt as much as the next guy (my wife would say more) but even I order online sometimes. There are many great etailers with very reasonable prices!

I have to say that the history of the DC Universe figures look really great. I hope that the Blue Devil figure fits is with Mattels DC Universe.

I think it looks cool........I am not even into movie masters and I think I will pick this up. Looking forward to seeing the other offerings.

A little of topic but I really hope the upcoming DCD classic Blue Devil figure from the History of the DC Universe fits in with the DCUC. I have to pick it up because I love the character and I don't think Mattel will make this figure for a while (if at all) but if they did it would be great!

I am looking forward to the set for a couple of reasons. I love getting obscure characters and I think Alexander Luthor of Earth 3 certainly qualifies there and I love classic outfits so I for one am happy Ultra Man is in his classic uniform (and I hope any future CSA members will be too) I mean I am really looking forward to the first exclusive two pack but I would have preferred Adam Strange in his classic outfit. Maybe down the road in the regular waves This whole line has me so excited. They look great and character selection is out of this world. It may be even better (i.e. more exciting) than old Marvel Legends days!

I was able to get Clayface last year but was never able to find Two-Face and Batgirl (Cassie). So those are my hopes for a re-release. Hopefully we will continue to get re-releases in two pack form. It's a good idea that I hope they continue.

Found these in Cincinnati today. They had one of each. I picked up the GL one and the Orion/Lightray. They are awesome. I love lightray.

I really hope the Blue Devil fits in with DCUC. I love the character, especially in his classic costume. I'll probably buy the figure regardless though and fit it in and then if DCUC ever makes one I will just replace it.

I am so happy that it is the classic Flash costume. I really like when the lightning bolt belt just goes straight around his waist. I also really like that kid flash costume and who would have ever though we would get that Aquaman outfit from the 80's (now thats a great repaint)! Ted Kord Blue Beetle and Booster Gold too I love this line-up.

Killer Moth is such a CRAZY character selection! I can't believe they are making a figure of him. I think it's awesome.

Same here....but I am glad others are getting a chance at figures they missed. Although I would have preferred the other Batgirl because I missed her too. Perhaps they will re-release her later (I hope).

Captain Atom is plain, but thats how he is. If your a fan you couldn't ask for more he looks great but up against such great competition he is probably the weakest in the wave. Cyborg is very nice. Again I am a huge Perez fan so I already thought he looked cool from the comics and once again the 4 horsemen knocked it out of the park with costume detail. His attachments are very cool as well. In fact all the accessories in this wave are spot on. Final note: My plastic on all the figures seems very high quality and my paint apps are all near perfect. 100% thrilled with this wave. I believe this is the best wave to date.

Well I opened my figures with the help of my four year old and together we built Despero. I thought I would share some pictures and some thoughts on the figures! I can't believe it but Batman Beyond is my favorite. he is so sleek and cool. and his head is awesome. I have never been one for shiny figures but it really really works here. Ares is my second favorite. I am a huge George Perez fan so I am very happy with this Ares. The costume detail is amazing. Again the head is so cool. Weapons are great but I wish they weren't so rubbery. I thought Despero would be may favorite and he is great! Love love love the costume detail! One minor thing is his hands aren't very cool if he is not holding something, but I like the way his weapons attach to him. I think it is really hard to make a good Wonder Woman figure. This is probably the best one I have ever owned. She is pretty and shapely and that goes a long long way. Her weapons are sturdy too!

can u put up a good pic of the packaged batman beyond/ You know I decided to wait just a little while longer to open these. It's kind of stupid but its just so exciting to have them new I just want to savor it a while before I rip into them. I just been kind of looking at them in package. God I'm a dork! .........here you go though...

I quit collecting the line......but I saw the new 6 pack at target with Forager, Mantis, Darseid, Mr Miracle, and the girl who's name escape me......and I have to say I felt some regret about letting the line go They also had the new "Neal Adams" single carded Batman and that figure was super cool too......Oh well cuts in figure collecting have to be made...sigh....

Either do we I think its a middle of the country store I hear its similier to Walgreens which we have a ton of here in the Tampa area No it's more like a super Walmart. They are very big stores with a grocery side and a regular store side.

Picked up the whole set at Meijer this morning. These figures are awesome. My favorite series so far. Ares is sooooo cool and Wonder Woman looks so great. I gotta tell you that Captain Atom is probably the weakest figure of the wave IMO. He's great and it is so great to have a Captain Atom...it's just the other figures are so beast it's rediculous. Batman Beyond is surprisingly so cool. I haven't even had a chance to open them yet. So I am going to go do that and build my Despero. I feel bad for all my fellow collectors with no Meijer near them but you are going to love these when you get them.

Yeah Deathstroke is great I think he is arguably the best figure. And you're right Sinestro is probably the weakest but if you are that close to completing Grundy you should because he is spectacular!

FINALLY got my case from CSC today. No variants which is great for me as I wanted the regular version of both Sinestro and Deathstroke. Unfortunately I did get big hand Robin (I realized that it is Nightwings hand that they incorrectly stuck on him). I am pretty okay with it now but I fear this will bother me the more I look at it. Overall the whole wave is great. I have no paint problems or anything. Grundy and Deathstroke are amazing! Now I have to find the Red Hulk wave (oops wrong forum, but this forum is sooo much better than the Marvel Legends forum).
