I have today off, so I think I'm going to use it to back and watch some of these episodes again. All the episodes everyone mentioned are good, so which one to start with? Might even have to binge watch. haha

Almost forgot Danger Mouse, Pinky and the Brain, and Duck Tales. I really liked those shows too.

Only if it's with Optimus Prime haha

Wow that is so awesome, especially about you playing in the lava pit, and now its mustafar for your son. Crazy how time flies like that too.

Oh how I remember waking up on sat mornings to watch looney tunes, Thundar, Dungeons and dragons, kid video, Rubik the amazing cube, Pac man, The Real Ghostbusters, Pee Wee's playhouse just to name a few. If I got up really early about 6:30am I could watch Voltron. I use to always love when they would do the preview show of the new seasons cartoons they use to do at the end of the summer to let you know what was going to be on sat morning. As for weekdays if I got out of school early around 2:00pm I could watch Heathcliff, Mask, Gobots, Ghostbusters,Transformers, Gi Joe, then Thundercats. Wish it was all still like that.

A lot of people here like the Gi Joe, and Transformers cartoons. So what I want to know is other than those two series what's your next favorite cartoon to watch?

So did you use to play with your toys outside, inside, or both? I learned the hard way with some of my Star Wars figures playing with them outside. We had two big pine trees in the front yard, and a few figures ended up with pine sap all over them. Needless to say after that I kept all of my battles inside. I had a friend that played with all his gi joes outdoors and i don't even want to think about how many joes he lost. I even remember him losing MOTU ram-man in a drain pipe that went under the road.

Just wondering, cause I use to have epic Gi Joe vs cobra battles. Some of those battles which could last for days. Well usually after days of battle I would then sometime bring in the transformers to help either the joes or cobra. Transformers always seemed to fit well into my Gi Joe-verse. Sometimes I'd also use some Star Wars vehicle's like the ATAT too. So what kind of crossover battles did you have as a kid?

Yeah it's going to be difficult seeing anyone else in this roll. I would have rather them done a 1 shot stand alone Boba Fett movie.

I've looked at these a few times and thought hard about that viper before, but I just never had the funds to pull the trigger.

The traitor was such a great episode or episodes. It use to kill me when they would show a part 1 on Friday then I would have to wait until Monday to see the conclusion. I also remember watching those 5 parters like arise Serpentor Arise and they would air all week long. Those were the days I tell ya

Just got netflix and I think I'm going to have to check this show out forsure after reading all these post. Not to mention hearing about it all the time from people at work.

When I was a kid I will have to say it was Fire on the mountain. It was one of the first episodes I remember watching. I saw it on the Bozo show when I was on vacation. Then not long after that Fox started airing the show back home so I was able to see them every M-F. Just like G.I. Joe ARAH Transformers has so many great episodes it's hard for me to pick one. I will have to say overall one of my all time favorites is Starscreams Brigade. Love the fact that it introduced Bruticus, and had Devastator and Menasaur all in the same episode. Again Just Like GI Joe I'm really glad I got to grow up watching Transformers.

I'm going to have to say Red Alert. I just always remember playing with him when I was a kid. I liked his vehicle and robot mode. He was just a very cool figure to me.

I was just meaning if it crashed today, instead of back then. So I would think Soundwave wouldn't be a tape player today. Thats what I was meaning.haha

Yeah when the Bats came out I was like wow. I wish they would have been a little tuffer in the cartoon (Really did make slaughter look like a BA though) What an awesome action figure too. Also I loved every episode that had Storm Shadow,and Zartan in it.

Whats your favorite episode, or what episode do you remember best from your childhood? As a kid I always loved the Revenge of Cobra episodes, along with Cold Slither, an Excalibur. As an adult I really like Worlds without end part 1 and 2. There are so many great episodes , what an awesome cartoon. Glad I was able to grow up watching it.

I had even thought at one time if the line did really well they might make some of the figures based off the reboot cartoon. I think there could have been some cool possibilities there.

Although I haven't gotten any of the Combiner wars/Titan Returns stuff. I've really been tempted too. It's been very hard to pass up some of these. They take me back to G1, all they need is a good cartoon to go with them.
