What do you consider a fair price and what DCUC stuff would you be willing to trade for him?
Fair Price would be cost plus alittle extra to cover your gas expence and shipping. I do have a Power Ring and a Johnny Quick from the CSA 5 Pack from Wal-Mart exclusive. I only wanted Owlman, Superwoman, and Ultraman.

Without tapping into the legalities its tought to make points...however...i think if the license should transfer Supes, Krypton, The Daily Planet (building i am not sure on the staff), Smallville, the Suit we all love, and the Kents all go. Everything else stays if im not mistaken.
I dont think it would be a great idea...but everyone talking about DC Reboot...i have read just about every title (perk to working at a comic shop part time) and the only thing that has changed (from what i read) has been costumes, Supes (in Action Comics) is a bit of a douche, and they look a tad younger, and Babs is Walking and Jumping as Batgirl. Green Lantern continues flawlessly after The War of The Green Lanters story arc, Batman and Robin seems seemless, and Detective looks to be pretty good (check out the last page if you want to know more).
Supes is only broken because to us that know him so well because he has been messed with so much to appease both sides in this stupid law suit! Sorry for mentioning it again lol
I think there is no room for Supes in the Marvel Universe and should stay in DC.

I wanna try the 4,5,1,2,3,6 way. I mean come on we ALL KNOW WHATS GONNA HAPPEN. It might be a welcomed change. The bulk of these recent changes were to 6 correct? Or did Lucas tweak every film?

I woke up early that day and flipped on the TV and couldnt believe what i saw...I was watching the live feed when the 2nd plane hit...i was awe struck...I ran to my roomates room and woke him and his GF up and we all watched in total disbelief. my uncle and cousin worked in tower 1 and they got out safely thankfully.

My biggest gripe about Superman is that in Action Comics he's just a little too Peter Parker-ish. The overall feel is similar to the Ultimates Universe in Marvel books.
Thats how i have been putting it since i started reading Flashpoint.

It was an excellent episode and i agree this is one of the better remakes...i actually would put this up against JL and JLU...great animation, great voice casting, and great stories.

No its a Wolverine Sketchcover issue. And i asked Steven Butler to draw Dark Claw on it and that was the end result...i was very impressed

It was ment to go to auction for an event at the Hard Rock, but after they fired me...Mitch gave it to me as a gift. So i was like HELL YEAH i'll take it!

Well at the comic shop i work at part time people roll in all the time that are famous artist. The owner of the shop has a VERY good rep with artist and reps in the industry. For example Mitch Byrd (Conan, Sgt Rock, Batman) is a constant staple in the shop his art is uncanny and has LOTS of history in the biz. Another good friend of the shop is Steven Butler (Spiderman, Sonic the Hedgehog, Archie) who just drew on a Wolverine Sctech Cover book a Dark Claw and it LOOOOOOKKSSS AWESOME. I'll post pictures in a few. The newest addition to the shop is Steve Scott who just finished the last 4 books on Batman. As i was moving his studio into the shop i came across some pages that he drew of Batman and was like WHOA!!!!! Im gonna try to beg him to give them to me! LOL We also have a great relationship with Mark Texiera (Ghost Rider, Punisher, Sabertooth, Spiderman, Conan)

After reading JL #1 here is my position on the 1st issue without spoilers...
ARTWORK- AWESOME!!
DIALOG- Eh...i still dont see where they are going
Writing- see above
But the Art work makes up for all this we will habve to wait till issue 2 to see how this pans out

The way I see it, he's already up there. One for his crappy magician movie, and one for Inception. Just need July to secure the feet...
I'll give you the Magician one...I think it was called The Majestic? but Inception was pretty good. I wasnt blown away by it but it was still one of those hey thats pretty cool flicks...This is in no way a slap in Tim Burtons face because i liked what he did minus killing off the villians. But Nolan's vision/version of Bats is (to me) 90% totally on point. much closer than most and about as close as we are gonna get until someone with thier own funds and no influence to big hollywood can produce, cast, and film said movie.

End of the day we are ALL gonna see this movie. It doesnt matter if you love or hate Nolan's vision, it doesnt matter if you love or hate a costume choice by the production team, it really doesnt matter the story. Fact is you are going to see it. I have been saying this for years on this board and ill say it again...WE AS COMIC BOOK FANS AND LOVERS WILL NEVER GET A MOVIE ABOUT A COMIC CHARACTER TO BE 100% STORY PAGE TO SILVER SCREEN. We have gotten very close on a few but none have been perfect. I happen to enjoy what Nolan has and will do. I blame all the people who are posting the spoiler images and amature videos of the production for all the hate, confusion, and internet flame ups.
Lets just wait it out and see what we get next July before we nail Nolan to the cross. IN NOLAN WE TRUST! LOL just sayin!
Again this is my opinion and not an attempt to start a flame war...

I think Superman TAS was pretty good. The cross overs were boss...ie Knight Time when Bruce is taken over by Brainiacs nanites and Supes steps in as Batman along with Tim.
Truth be told yes pound for pound there is no contest between Supes and Bats powers or strength wise. But thats never the argument as pointed out by Superpowers1980. Batmans true power is in his ability to have a back up plan to back up his back up plan. Also Batman studies his friends and foes (ie Brother Eye) knows what makes them tick and can expoit it when needed. I think Lex and Bruce have a soild similar interlect, Lex may be alittle more advanced by toe to toe Bruce can take him. Lex's cockyness is what is his achillies heel. Bruce knows his and protects it at all cost.
Even Batman's Rouges know he will not take a life and that would seem to always one up them to him.
WW and Bats as an item only makes sense because Supes will not EVER leave Lois. IMO Selena and Bruce make a MUCH better item, but i digress. Just like everyone wants Dick and Babs to be together but i say Dick and Kori (Starfire) made more sense.
The New 52 will (hopefully) spin some new life on some stagnant characters and possibly sweep some bad arcs under the rug and kick start all of imaginations once again!

Is there anything that can be said about Batman The Animated Series that has not been said? That is THE Batman cartoon and Kevin Conroy IS Batman (with Mark Hammil being the definitive Joker) Everything about the show was great! Visually it was incredibly enticing, with a good mix of modern advances while still keeping that 1930's feel that Gotham should have. The opening credit sequence to the show set the mood perfectly, not one word is spoken, nothing but an incredible score and fast paced action. I cannot think of any other Batman, or DC cartoon for that matter, that could hold a candle to this show. Best. Batman. Ever.
Could not have put it any better myself! TNBA was to be my favorite...check out Over the Edge, and Old Wounds. 2 of the BEST Batman Episodes IMO besides the BTAS Season 1

I guess I'm not getting the part where this saves DC from loosing the Superman rights. They're still using Superman, right? Still the same character, same name....he lost the undies....how is DC now saved from loosing his rights?
From what i hear they changed some of the origin. Everytime Superboy dies thats due to a victory by the estate in court. When that whole new kandor and grounded story line was ongoing that was due to a court battle. The Schusters have threatened DC to bring Supes to Marvel if they dont get thier way. Part of this "NEW" 52 is to make Supes more a DC property than a joint property to the Schusters mony hungry great grandchildren. Thats what i have gathered from talks of people in the industry.

Well i have one of EVERY Batman fig on my wall MOC so i'll be getting it...as for Robin...i kinda like the Tim Drake/ Damain Wayne Hybrid...even though this is totally Damian with Tims name in the game! LOL
