  1. HAUL!!! Nice work! It makes all those days when you find nothing almost ok. I found the Desert Humvee last night at Target on sale...no sign of any other Bravo vehicles. @bats@

    Firestorm

My Firestorm is on the way along with the rest of JL Wave 2 and FA Wave 2. Then Hush 2 next week......damn that's a lot of DCD in 2 weeks time! @bats@
  3. Thanks for the great review! I've seen this set a few times at TRU, in large quantity. I sooooo want that Aquaman figure, but he's not worth the $20. Does anybody know if the Aquaman that's scheduled for 2005 will have the same color scheme? I just can't justify spending $20 on a $5 figure. I have ZERO interest in the countless repaints of the other characters. I just want one of each character in their normal costumes. @bats@
  4. Pre-Orders are EVIL. It seems there's always trouble when pre-orders are sold. Sorry to hear so many of you got the finger from KB. I've seen at least a 12-15 of these between 3 KBs. If I had the funds, I would pick them all up and help you guys out. I grabbed two for myself and one for a friend of Draven. @bats@
  5. Just this morning I picked up my last 5..bringing my total to 25 for my army Make sure to check out the KB's that are closing as they have all GI JOE marked down 20% so they are only $15.99 25??? What on earth could you need 25 of them for? To each his own, but what is your ratio of other HISS tanks to your Elite Crimson Army? I picked up 2 for myself and 1 for a friend of Brian. I'd hate to be searching for them in your area! Curious @bats@
  6. I checked 3 Suncoast stores today and nothing. I didn't have time to check the others. The price hike sucks though...$12.99 figures is why I bought them at Suncoast. Now they're just as expensive as the local comic shops. @bats@
  7. What's the deal on the Wave 5 Alpine? Was there a production change from orange to brown for his skin tone? I've seen both versions at Walmart, and the brown tone looks so much better. Imagine that! @bats@
  8. The A-10 is great, but I think the Conquest is another great one. Also, the S&S set isn't all crap. The Stalker and Scarlett figures are nice IMO. @bats@
  9. I found a few figures from the latest wave: Count Dooku Mace Windu Of course Darth Vader wasn't there @grumpy@ This was at a Target in Mesa, AZ. There was only one of each of the above on the peg. @bats@

    Woot! Score!

Jase a buddy of mine out in CA needs one badly! No KB's near him anymore and he missed out on the website. LMK if you can help him Draven I will check back at that KB Toys ASAP. I will probably just pick up everyone that they have....I'm sure others will need help too. I'll let you know. @bats@

    My Find!

Hey congrats! I'm glad that you added those two figures to your collection. I like both of them, especially Man-Bat! @bats@
  12. Yeah, that would be Pathfinder. The "other thing" would be the Whirlwind. Excellent set, IMO. I picked up 2 when TRU was having their buy 2 get 1 free sale. @bats@
  13. Welcome to MM buddy!! They are great, and the WM packs are great to play catch-up! @bats@
  14. TRU has next to nothing that I want for $20. I wanted the Y-Wing, but they didn't have any. The only other SW thing I wanted was some Unleashed...but they said it didn't qualify as it's $19.99 and not $20. I ended up buying it for $10 at a different TRU. @bats@
  15. Congrats! It is an incredible set! Question for you...how many were in a case? 4? @bats@
  16. Hmmm....I've mentioned my thoughts on the Desert set so many times, so I'll just say this: Desert set = $19.99 Red Ninja set = $19.99 Crimson Sabotage set = $19.99 Oh the choices!! I wonder which one I would choose to spend the twenty bucks on? @bats@

You know, at $19.99 these are a GREAT value! Consider that TRU used to sell the ARAHC HISS for $10 and a 3-pack of Joes (from 97/98) were $10, it's like getting the ASP for free!! I've heard some people are finding these at KB's that are closing for around $15, which is just a fantastic deal. I will most likely pick up another for myself. Does anybody still need help obtaining one of these? Funds and stock allowing, I'd be happy to help out! @bats@

Finally found the KB Cobra Crimson Sabotage set tonight!! I only picked up one of the four.....how "elite" can the Crimson Guard be in huge numbers?? I haven't opened it yet, but it looks great! I might get a second...we'll see. Oh yeah..this was at the KB Toys in Superstition Springs Mall in Mesa, AZ. @bats@
  19. SCORE! I missed the preorder at KB.com, but I found them tonight at the Superstition Springs Mall in Mesa, AZ. @bats@
  20. Man, I see Wave 5 everywhere I go! Well almost. Yesterday I stopped at another Target and Walmart and they both had Wave 5, including all the Vipers/TV, BATS, and the NC/NV sets! If I was armybuilding, I'd be in heaven! @bats@
  21. Yeah, I've seen this at a few TRU around here too. They are displays shipped from Hasbro, not a private collection. The display actually pisses me off as it contains items I want and can't find....especially at TRU! @bats@
  22. AWESOME! I've been waiting for this version! I just ordered one and it came to less than $21 shipped! Thanks for the link! @bats@
  23. I enjoyed the storyline overall. The ending seemed rushed though. War Games seemed to need the other Bat titles to tell the tale moreso than previous Bat crossovers. @bats@
  24. Now don't be picking on Desaad! Poor guy never gets a break... @bats@
