Looks awesome. Recipe? How did you do the spider chest? on another note, I assume you are the same Glaken from fwooshnet.com, are you able to access the site?

Definately do not need SPidey Or Wolverine, totally ruin the book.... the only other complaint I have is Wanda's costume, I liked the outfit she has been wearing so far, more 'realistic' then her 616 get-up
-
The only one I am not interested in is Joker. THe rest look really good
-
The icons look much better, but as others have said, too expensive, too few released and too big. I am getting both Phoenix figures when released and any others that I really like.

I said $40, but not even sure I could average that. I would spend more if more good stuff came out. Now, if comics were in there, it would double for sure.

does anyone read Cable and Deadpool for Cable?
Dark_Phoenix replied to DEADPOOLWEAPONX's topic in Action Figures
I do. Cable has always been one of my favorites. I think they did a really good job creating a detailed history for him. I know some people find his history confusing for some reason, but I managed to pull it all together and it really gives his character some depth. Deadpool makes the book good too as he adds that comic relief. -
Favorite Jazwares Mortal Kombat Figure Poll

Reptile, comes from the wave with the best articulation so far and it resembles the character really well -
But I am still sexy Yesterday was the worst day for being itchy. I rubbed my back and some of the black stuff came off, hope I didn't ruin anything. Plus it sucks that you can't wash it or get it wet at all. I haven't been to the gym for about a week and feel like crap, I need to sweat! ... Dude you can wash it. Wash it with warm water and antibacterial soap. Dry it off and then aply some Aquaphor or A & D ointment. Take a shower not a bath. The black coming off is just the ink on the surface. It should be fine as long as you don't scratch it too much... didn't the artist give you a general care pamphlet when you got it done? You just can't soak it, swim or go tanning until it's healed properly. He did, maybe I just read it wrong. I will have to look over it again

I have learned the wonders of bathing with a cloth and washing the hair before having the bath... Are you refearing to this cover This is the pic I had mine based off of. You can see that the two symbols are different, one has five 'feathers' while the other has only 'four'

Hi-Res Carded & Loose Marvel Legends Series 3 Images

Why did they have to ruin Rachel so? All she needed was proper knee and elbow artic. and she would be so close to perfection -
The Cats is refering to my sisters cats, she was sending me pics of them too and named my tattoo pic that for whatever reason. The rest will be filled-in in time, once I have decided to endure some more pain . I also want a tattoo of the symbol that Rachel gets over her eye when she uses her powers, it was what I originally was going to do but decided to go crazy and get the 'deathmark' and regret nothing Obviously
-
Well I got my first tattoo yesterday. It's not completely finished, but it was more then enough pain for one day . The things you do to show your love of a comic book character.

It's amazing how a few points of articulation make such a huge difference in a figure. With the Raiden series, none of the figs having good leg art. really limits how you can pose them. I might try to add some simple joints and see how it turns out
-
I just started collecting the figures off of ebay. I received some last night and noticed that my Raiden figure doesn't have any accesories included that they show on the back of the package. Did Jazware pull these or could it be a bootleg figure?

SDCC Exclusive Mortal Kombat Goro Figure Images
Dark_Phoenix replied to The Wire's topic in General Toy Talk
Never. The MK figures aren't perfect, but they are at least getting better, ML on the other hand are getting worse -
I just started collecting the Mortal Kombat figures by Jazzware and with the way articulation is going, ML will soon be like the MK figures. DOn't get me wrong, I like the MK figures, fan of the game so it's fun to get figures made, but having so little articulation makes having any articulation at all pointless. You try to put them in a semi-dynamic pose, but cannot achoive it because their legs dont allow their feet to bend that way or a lack of an ab joint makes them just stay in these static poses. The Mk figures have over 20 POA, which is not enough to make them really able to take any 'fun' poses, and Hasbro is taking the articulation in that direction.
-
Absolutely, 100% WRONG. If they have all this history to look at, why aren't they executing to that standard??? If you think "only the name of the company has changed" then you need to go back and look at some of TOY-BIZ's LEGENDS to realize how rong that statement is. Not all of them...just waves 1-15, all of the Box-Sets, all of the Face-offs, all of the SMCs, all of the XMCs, all of the FFCs, and the WALMART wave...that should help. That's what I am saying. Hasbro should be following what made TB ML successful, not change all this stuff and make the figures crap.
-
What does Hasbro need to learn to do? Everything TB had, Hasbro has. There are 15 waves plus all the side waves of ML to look at. They know what made the line successful. Nothing to learn, it's essentially only the name of the company that changed.
-
New HML waves: Anyone think they look horrible?
Dark_Phoenix replied to Deathlok2001's topic in Marvel
Bad examples to use, YJ and Quicksilver are essentially clones of TB figures and not done by Hasbro. All of Hasbro's figures that use less articulation or that godawful new articulation look like poo. Single joints look terrible on knees and elbows unless they are a bigger character like Thor. Toes and fingers are not the issue people are having with articulation. It is the elbows, knees, biceps, wrists. The figures essentially become static artion figures without the above mentioned. Yes, TB had some bad figures, but so far, the majority of Hasbro's figures need work, and a lot of it -
If it wasn't for the BAF, I would not be getting all of the FF wave or Holocaust. Might end up just buying the BAF and save some extra money No Spiderman figs for me.
-
I have to agree 100% with Clam. My main gripe is the articulation. Hasbro has no idea what they are doing in that department. The single jointed knees and elbows look terrible, makes the figures look as if they have artificial limbs.

Is the 2 pack Cable's costume comic accurate to anythig he ever wore?
Dark_Phoenix replied to Bigsexy944's topic in Marvel
He's never worn anything exactly like it but many of his costumes resemble it. Looks like an amalgamation of numerous costumes he has worn -
My picks with these specific costumes
