  1. When are products for the movie coming out? I really want a replica of the alethometer and the figures.
  2. I wish they would release the series on DVD. I have the first VHS that was released, but I want more
  3. Canada hasnt received anything since HML wave 1 except for TRU exclusives, which clog the pegs
  4. I said 8. The more figures put out, the more I can add to my collection. But if the figures look like crap ie. F4 Ronan wave, then I would only pick up those that I like and purchase the BAF separately, like I did with Ronan. I am not going to buy all 8 if I think only three are worth buying.
  5. With so many books revolving around Countdown right now and characters and events in the book, I am confused as to when everything is taking place. In relation to Countdown, what should I be reading and when? Certain stories are taking place in Countdown and I have yet to read the story in the regular books yet, ie. B.Canary's wedding; Kyle being a Green lantern again; etc. Is there a master list that I can follow?
  6. Understood, but Hasbro isn't re-inventing the wheel here. They took over an existing line and even kept the same sculptors (supposedly). And I guarantee part of the reason it was attractive to Hasbro was because of the collector-driven frenzy the variants create. Not that Hasbro is doing badly--at least we do have some variants, even if only re-paints that are impossible to find--but by now, they really should be working some new scultped elements into their variants. I don't understnad why people think ML is a new toy line. It doesnt matter that a new company is taking over, they have all the same resources that toybiz had to work on this line. They shouldn't have to be changing anything. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
  7. Who is the Element Man? Forgive my ignorance to the DC Universe (still new to it) but isn't that Metamorpho?
  8. Found her in a CDN TRU. had quite a few of them. SHe is ok, but still suffers from the fact that Hasbro made her
  9. I like the figure selection but I can say now that I will not not the final product. Everything Hasbro has released so far has been subpar.
  10. And people will still defend Hasbro after seeing these??? Lack of any wash, crappy joints, and cheaply painted. MJ's arms look like false limbs. Reminds me of a war-amputy. MG looks like something was shoved up her butt.
  11. They are getting close. I will be cutting down what I buy as most of the stuff aside from the main line is crap.
  12. Could somebody tell me who the "Charleston characters" are?
  13. Wolvesbane and Warpath need to stay where they are. Love those characters in the books they are currrently in
  14. They call them "Super articulated" too, false adverts everywhere
  15. These waves are amzing. I would buy just about every figure even if they had BAF pieces in them.
  16. The last positive thing he probably said was back when Toybiz was making the figs, and with good reason. The majority of Hasbro's figures have been uber-crap. There has been no more then 10 that are worth the oil that was used to make them Clam liked the Storm figure, so he'd good in my book @smilepunch@ FA Storm looks good, good sculpt and good articulation...so far as we have seen. If they take away her articulation, then it would be a mediocre figure at best
  17. The last positive thing he probably said was back when Toybiz was making the figs, and with good reason. The majority of Hasbro's figures have been uber-crap. There has been no more then 10 that are worth the oil that was used to make them
  18. The only ones worth getting a vote are Silver Samurai, Storm and Sunfire. The rest are pure crap. I cannot believe how Hasbro was able to take a perfectly good toyline and turn it into crap. The rest all look like cheap chinese knockoffs. Those new hips are purely useless without any other thigh articulation. They have taken these figures and given them the articulation that Jazzwares uses on their Mk figures. Hasbro is coming close to losing half of the articulation on some figures that Toybiz was using
  19. They look amazing. I am definatly liking what Mattel is bringing, far better then anything Hasbro is
  20. That Namor is a waste of plastic. He looks like garbage.
  21. Namor looks even worse then before. This whole wave is crap except Surfer, Doom and Moleman. I think I might just buy Ronan seperately. Would be the first BAF I have ever said that about but 3/8 is not very good.
  22. Love the jumping in the bin by Clark.
  23. I would never have thought to use vinyl.
