  1. Hasbro has just released new images for these upcoming Target Exclusive vehicles, and Joecanuck has put them up. Check them out here: http://toynewsi.com/news.php?catid=9&itemid=13787
  2. It's funny you should mention this, as it is part of the focus of my article in our November newsletter. Basically the sheer volume of product coming out has actually caused me to buy LESS than I normally would.
  3. The location and date of the 2009 Canadian G.I. Joe Convention is announced in this issue! Also, Point Vs Counterpoint: Heavy Duty, a new EE, reviews and more! Check it out here: Previous issues can be found here: http://www.joecanuck.com/miva/merchant.mvc
  4. Yep! They're up here too now. Thanks!
  5. Refresh your browser or clear cookies/cache and try again.
  6. Look pretty cool. Awesome homages to the 86/86 figures, and the "Flagg" backdrop is cool too - maybe a nod to the rumored big playset? http://www.joecanuck.com/joe/board/index.php?topic=2921.0 COBRA SET ADDED! Also on front page of TNI now! http://toynewsi.com/

    Holy Crap!

I have been able to confirm through my Hasbro Canada contacts (and them through their contacts in the US) that both the US and Canada will be shipping the red mask version. The black mask one was apparently some sort of mistake during the mock up for the card pics.
  8. Interesting on how over at Hisstank they "got" the same images 3 hours later, and the thread started there that pointed back to here was re-edited to point to their own article...
  9. If that were the case, they wouldn't have disallowed the post that started this. The post that started this was an announcement of the October Joecanuck newsletter with it's details, with a DIRECT LINK to the newsletter itself: - not a link back to the Joecanuck site or message boards. Sounds to me like there is a little bit of backpedaling going on.
  10. YOJOE is also not taking this lightly: http://forums.yojoe.com/showthread.php?p=389979 http://forums.yojoe.com/showthread.php?t=63121 Same with Joecustoms: http://www.joecustoms.com/forums/viewtopic...=29&t=12369 JoeDios: http://www.joedios.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3143 Of Course, Joecanuck.com: http://www.joecanuck.com/joe/board/index.php?topic=2865.0 As well as many others: Army4One: http://www.army4one.com/board/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1293 BloodForTheBaron.com http://www.bloodforthebaron.com/phpBB2/vie...f=25&t=2719 TriStateVipers: http://www.tristatevipers.com/viewtopic.ph...&highlight= Looks like the community has really banded together on this one.

  17. As far as I know, he sold most, if not all of them.
  18. I believe June, 2009 will be the "passport required by car" date. As our Canadian conventions are always held in April, you should be good to go for 2009 without a passport, if you are driving up. I know of at least 7 Americans that were at the show this year (not including Mr. Hama or Mr. Bellomo, that is)
  19. The monthly Joecanuck newsletter has gone live for April! 18 whopping pages of information in full colour - and best of all, as always it's FREE! Check it out: Back issues can be found here: Hope to see you this Saturday at the annual Canadian Joe Meet!
  20. Joecanuck.com has just released issue #3 of their online G.I.Joe newsletter! Included in this issue is your first look at the Joecanuck annual meet exclusive figure, as well as the debut of the new card art for the 25th Anniversary figures for the Canadian market. All that and loads more! Check it out! http://www.joecanuck.com/NL/M08.pdf
  21. My Guess: It's just going to be the Joe Mobile Command Center (MMC) that was released a while back, just repackaged (and maybe repainted) in VvV theme. It was in the VvV movie as well.
  22. Romero is shooting it about a 45min drive away from where I live. I've called and gave them my info, they're going to get back to me about being a ZOMBIE!
  23. I have to agree that you made the right decision. It's not like you can go to the store and buy another 1990 Grid Iron MOC. If you want to open some figures, go buy the new stuff, or even late ARAH stuff. Anything 1992 and earlier that you can find on card should be left that way (in my opinion)
