  1. IMO I think the RAM and MOBAT both deserve to be in there! For me both those are what defined a Joe vehicle. They were "realistic" without being too real. Cobra obviously had a lotta vehicles that were futuristic and kinda far out, but for me a joe vehicle was about we had in our military at the time and I think the RAM and MOBAT made that point perfectly (Am I? heh.) Ah well, Great list!

  4. I'll be sticking with Mattel. DCD Figures seem to brake on me too often. Not to say that mattel doesn't have their problems but DCD figures cost more and its just not worth it when they brake.
  5. Thats a very nice Flint! Is he still for sale?
  6. Well right before Planet Hulk happened, FFF was in issues of Hulk. Maybe thats the connection? I know its a stretch but my other idea was because hes green...
  7. Well it looks like I just jumped on the Marvel figurine collection band wagon! I picked up Thanos online today and was looking at a few more. I want to get a Hulk (hes my favorite!) and maybe try and pick up a set for a discounted price. Is there anyone I should stay away from(kinda hard to look through 140 + pages to see if theres a bad review of one)? Thor looks like a must! I hear (from an above post) theres a warlock? Any pics? Sorry for all these questions. I just got into them and I'm excited Nice site btw Grimm Reaper! Very helpful! Full of pics!
  8. I'll be getting a case of these for sure. But like other people said, how long can this set last?I'm just glad Pitts in the first wave! I've been waiting for what seems like 10 + years for one, ever since Mcfarlane(I think) said they might do one. BTW Does anyone think there is a Hulk figure out that might be in scale to Pitt?
  9. Well as long as the vehicle line is still around, no big loss there.
  10. How reliable is that site? I've never been to it, but seeing Hourman having a cloth cape I have to wonder....
  11. Ok I have to admit, I won that auction. After seeing it posted here I thought it would make a perfect gag gift for a friend for xmas. I'm getting a Marauder bed to go with her :S Its all in good fun. Although I did take it in the pocket book on the price but its going to be priceless come Christmas
  12. Probably just slow in taking it down? Would be nice if they did that wave though. I'd love to have a Deadpool!
  13. Hey all, I just heard that Cartoon Network pulled the show. Something like 7 of the 26 episodes were aired. My question is are the figures going to be pulled also? I kinda wanted to see that animated Hulk in me collection. What does everyone think?

    FOUND ML15!!!

Hey! Cool news! I live about 15 minutes from the Murrieta walmart.; I'll have to check it out. Heres hoping they still have them!
  15. I was looking over the Hasbro online exclusive COBRA H.I.S.S., and figured I might as well buy one before their all gone. I was wondering though, who would go good with it, color-wise that is. I was thinking about a Cobra CLAW v2. What does everyone else think?
  16. Well I just got series 4 and I must say, I'm liking them more and more! I'm so happy that they're including more non-Xmen/Spiderman characters! I'm hoping for a series 5 to maybe include Captain America, Ghost Rider (a GR movie is coming out!) or maybe even Punisher. For people who might get series 4 still I have to say, watch out when you open Ironman, his repulsor blasts get lost very easly. I was on the floor for like 15 minutes looking for them (I hadn't even known they were missing till I looked at his pic). BTW Did anyone else have trouble putting Hulks arms on? They're really tight, I guess which is good.
  17. I think he looks really good! The MS line is getting better and better, now if only they could bring down the size a little bit it would be so much better. I'll probably get him, I stopped getting MS guys for awhile but after Thanos I started up again. Looks like my purchases of this line will contiue. BTW I hope MoonKnight comes with his Moon-a-rangs!
  18. Would be three for me (normal and evil)....and that's the problem, I really only want Sagat. But if the price is right then I guess I'll get the set. You could always add a little blood to Ryu and make'em the bloody Ryu he was meant to be!
  19. That blows! Thats my favorite Spidey! Its also one of the ones I'm most careful with. I always have a feeling his shoulder joints will brake. Now it looks like I'll have to watch out for his forearm too!
  20. So a little stronger then Round 1s? Thats good to hear
  21. I hope Ryu and Sagat are made of better plastic this time around! I'll pick it up just cause my Sagat broke and I'm hoping this one'll hold together a bit better!

    just my luck =)

I was thinking that samething. Did they change anything in the Ionic Wonderman cards stats at all? I really like that their teaming the Vs cards with the figures. Its really a fun and simple game (for a ccg).
  23. That blows! I didn't know that. So how rare is the one with Osoito? Looks like I'll be picking up another Bane. *Kicks Mattel* Are there any other varients in this wave?
  24. They have accessories... Batman - grapple gun, batarang, batcuffs & a comic book Scarecrow - sickel & skull fear gas container & a comicbook Bane - Osito (Teddy bear) & comic book. Killer Croc - pipe & comic book They have articulation... Batman - has 19 PoA which is 9 PoA more than Zipline had (just give him the hinged hips, ball jointed neck & thigh cuts and he's perfect) Scarecrow - Has 25 POA which personally would be the most I'd want on a figure this size. I don't need double elbows & knees, each figure to be articlated or toe articulation. Bane - has 18 POA Killer Croc - Only has 10 POA and is the only one who suffers from lack of articulation. As for the rest of the DCU being made Mattel has said since day one if these sell then they hope to expande the DCU in 2007. PJ Here's pics of Batman - http://www.rocuniverse.com/forums//viewtopic.php?t=6553 And here's Scarecrow, Bane & Croc - http://www.rocuniverse.com/forums//viewtop...c584ad2d28767e0 Wait! Bane came with his Teddy?! Crap! I didn't see it! I threw the package away already! Where was it in his package?
  25. Yeah, I've kinda re-evaluated how I see them now. I always saw Scout troopers as just that though, not just limited to speeder bikes. The snowtrooper I'm still trying to adjust to. I'm starting to slowly see them as more of a Marine type soldier (which imo make them so much cooler that way).
