Got this at the San Jose, CA. Super Toy Show last month. It's still sealed! Got it for $80, definitely 1/2 the price it's going for on eBay So it came out around 2001 by an early "Koto"bukiya. Does anybody else have this? Any loose photos within your collection? off Darkhorse.com " Dark Horse Comics, Inc. and Koto, Inc. (U.S. subsidiary of Kotobukiya Co., Japan, known by their brand name ArtFX) are co-branding the first ever soft vinyl Hellboy figure! Scheduled for release simultaneously in Japan, North America, and the U.K., the power of the sculpture, not to mention the elaborate detailing, makes this piece one of the most thrilling interpretations of Hellboy ever. Koto has created a sculpture based on an interpretation of Hellboy by Japanese illustrator Katsuya Terada. Publication Date: May 30, 2001 Format: 13 3/4" tall, fully painted, soft vinyl figure, packaged in window box. Price: $59.99"

have they ever made a wolverine statue "crucified" on the big "X"? that would be cool. If it comes out after my comment I want royalties!

One of my new favorite Hellboy figures!
Metatron1050 replied to Metatron1050's topic in General Toy Talk
one of my favorite details is the right arm from the jacket to the RHoD If you enjoyed these photos, please join my Flickr group [ The Art of Mike Mignola & Hellboy ] -
I was, at first, apprehensive about this figure. But after I won it on eBay for $20, I cannot complain! When this first came out at SDCC 2004, I was not into Hellboy back then for my first year attending the con. Now that my fandom has skyrocketed, I'm trying to plug my collection with Mignola / HB stuff all over the place! This figure is a truly amazing piece of art. From the exaggerated features of the body like the face and feet, all the way to the bendable tipped tail, and the attention to detail of the jacket and gun, this figure has changed my mind. The BPRD acronym written out on the bottom of the handle I usually do not like things unless they accurately display and represent exactly what they're supposed to, but this changes my mind completely.

Guys don't forget to check out my signature for all my GI Joe figures for sale! I'll try to cut you a deal if you guys are going to buy more than one. Just tell me you're from TNI and your username.

I created a group / photo pool dedicated for Mike Mignola's work. I noticed the other groups were limited only to Hellboy/BPRD and I didn't want people to feel limited on sharing works that they own. For people who have Flickr, please join! and for people who do not have a Flickr, you can sign up for the free membership with the limited storage, but the community on Flickr is great for photographs so please do join! I'm a server at a restaurant. It is not mandatory for customers to pay for tip. Although it is such an annoying and disrespectful sign, in a way, it is not mandatory. Management cannot do anything really unless they short change on the actual bill itself, not tip. In experience, it sucks when you bust your ass for an hour and you don't get a tip out of it.
