  1. Hey VH, did you come up with that cartoon? If so I would like to pass it around. It really shows the hipocracy of the Left on this topic. I found the imagine online under a "bully" search, but of course added the captions to make the point, so by all means, pass it around. Not that the hypocrites are going to recognize their own stinkin' BS and the fact that THEY'RE a hypocrite to begin with, but go for it. Amen to that.
  2. No much hate? So much violence? Yet you were so aghast at the use of the word...militant, earlier? @hmmm@ I don't think I can tell any difference between those two..can you? The consistution? Try Constitution stupid.
  3. The problem with a new show is technobabbel,Stafleet regualations and protocol..meaning talk solves and no action Talk solving isn't bad but on TV we need to see some action to be hooked That so called technobabble is easy to figure out. In case people haven't noticed, science is a bunch of technobabble. Time will tell though.
  4. They maybe should have done a show or movie focusing on a new ship and crew in the late 24th century. Needless to say the new flick totally ignored Kirk's original past. Like Enterprise this will be cool at first then totally craptastic later on.
  5. This whole thing is funny and pathetic. She didn't actually offend anyone yet the pretend offended types go after her anyway.
  6. I almost bought the exclusive blue one until I gave it alot of though. This is the creepy looking crappy cobra commander instead of the cool evil version with the silver helmet. I do have exclusive snake eyes though.
  7. Wow! I didn't know that the Enterprise was an old steamer ship! It's all very Star Wars-y. I like Star Wars so maybe I'll like this. Not a big fan of a large chunk of the Playmates toys though. I like most of the 3-3/4" line and that's about it. This is a 23rd Century starship, steamer ship crap doesn't cut it. Even the engine room of ships on Star Wars were more modern than this. And none of the John Connor figures have Bale's face either, one has a scarf covering his whole face with goggles on the and other has goggles and a helmet. I'm gonna complain I want a "Bale Out" John Connor figure with bonus cursing at the robots.
  8. I'll try. Here is a semi blurry view but you get the point.
  9. Where did you see the new Engine Room? trekmovie.com has a clip of scotty in it and I've looked up images of it.
  10. I already have the Enterprise and a couple of figures. After seeing the new engine room i'm wondering if the new ship can get more disappointing.
  11. More like if you have traditional points of view on a message board it's better not to say anything because you will absolutely be hounded and attacked like a criminal. That's why I stay away from stuff like this usually. For those of us who are hetero, don't let people bait you into a conflict.
  12. If memory serves the Constellation was originally a speculation ship which turned out to be the Defiant.
  13. I'm hoping we see more but I don't think we will see the "minor" ships I wouls love to have one I don't have the Enterprise D but it was said on this thread that the saucer section is removable Yes the saucer section absolutely seperates. It takes a little wiggling to get it off the dorsal.
  14. Don't share them if you plan on using them because once they are used that's it the code isn't usable afterward.
  15. It makes sense because the Narada came back in time from 1701-E's era. Nero and his band of bitches retain their memory from the 2370's.
  16. I'm not buying the battle damaged versions at all, forget that. I noticed my open 1701 does have slightly misaligned warp nacelles the port(left) nacelle is a couple of milimeters higher probably due to improper glue application. I'm not nitpicking though, a little thing like that doesn't take away from the ship's "magic". The only worth while battle damaged version of a star trek ship is the electronic wrath of khan enterprise battle damaged since it has battle specific sounds which is when the reliant hits the port side torpedo launcer docking hatch in the nebula toward the end of the movie.
  17. As far as I know there isn't a fourth group of phaser turrents on the top of the saucer and the two phaser turrents on the secondary hull are just aft of the warp pylon by a few feet. They could have molded the aft phasers. I agree painted rcs thrusters would have been nice.
  18. Ok lets clarify this, the yellow-orange modules on the edge of the saucers are not shield generators. They are the RCS(Reaction Control System) thrusters for controlling the pitch of the ship.
  19. Mattel will never do cloaked versions of the ships unless they made them 100% plastic and I don't think they would anyway. JL did have a prototype of the cloaked aston martin vantage for die another day but thats all they produced. The top half of the Reliant's main hull including the saucer is diecast, the bottom half is plastic.
  20. I still have all my warbird toys, the electronic toy the innerspace toy the rawcliffe pewter warbird and micro machines. I'd like to get the furuta chase warbird.
  21. In my opinion the warbird is much cooler than the bop. Another reason why the warbird is better is because it's the rarest alien ship toy wise, they've only made a couple warbird toys over the years.
  22. This new movie seems like an alternate TOS universe.
  23. A warbird would do very nicely, since corgi has canceled their star trek line a hot wheels warbird would be more welcome. I haven't heard crap about the corgi star trek wave 2.
