  1. Nice.. That is a lot of characters..
  2. Yeah, we got to watch on the 501st boards their progress with this. It is pretty well done too. I am happy to see the new one doing as well as it is. It gives the franchise some hope for successful future movies. Why not, the BO revenue is a good point to bring up. And that was made by members of the 501st legion from Cali. I am also a fan of both series. Star Trek = Science fiction Star Wars = Science Fantasy Just thought I would bring that point up. And who knows, maybe one day uncle George may crank out another movie.. Never say never.
  3. I have him (picked him up in the 80's) and always enjoyed the simplicity of his transformation. I think his alt mode is cool too.
  4. From the pix on rebelscum I am not liking the "two tone" color. The colors just don't blend smoothly. I do admit besides that I kind of like him.. Maybe something to customize.
  5. For me it would be Thrasher Zaranna Zandar Road Pig Monkeywrench It owuld be nice if they re-released the Thunder Machine too
  6. I am so happy just to be getting an Arcee that even remotely resembles her G1 self. That makes me smile.
  7. After looking at the figs I will most likely pick up Cover Girl, Heavy Duty, Desert Ambush Duke (has potential for a regular "soldier" type), Zartan (everyone needs a little Imhotep in their Cobra forces) and Eddie Gurrero for that Latino Heat action.
  8. I nabbed mine from A Wal Mart in New Orleans. $24 and some change for each..
  9. I bought both 5 packs today. When I started looking at them I thought about some 'swaps" to make some of the older figs better. Some figs I will not comment on since they did not need any enhancement. I took the Zartan head from the 5 pack and put it on the more recent figure (one with the swamp buggy) and FINALLY Zartan looks perfect (IMHO). The clear "red" chest plate on the 5 pack one is OK, I just prefer him with the black one. He has the correct face markings now and is complete for me. The 5 pack Baroness is perfect and IMHO needs no correction. The 5 pack Lady Jaye is perfect and IMHO needs no correction. The 5 pack Flint is perfect and IMHO needs no correction (he actually works pretty good with his original head too). Shipwreck... I honestly prefer the original 25th release. Granted his head is more "accurate" BUT he looks kind of "dumpy" to me and his forearms are too small now. I tried to head swap BUT the new head is too big for the 25's body. C'est La vie. The 5 pack Snake Eyes is perfect and IMHO needs no correction. Viper.. Absolutely FANTASTIC (IMHO).. no fixes needed. Cobra Commander.. sigh.. I did take his cloak and staff to use them on the DVD (best of) CC and WOW he looks fantastic.. IMHO he is now the "complete" Cobra Commander. Storm Shadow, I did not change anything with him. General Hawk. Meh. Again these are my Opinions and not fact. Now to those that have this pack, is it me or does this feel like a different grade of plastic?
  10. Well, looks like I will be saving some money this summer..
  11. Thanks. Man HTS is such a pain to navigate with all those damned AFA graded figs now..
  12. Maybe if they released MASK figs at the current Joe size (in their own line of course) with some updated transformable vehicles I might be up for it.
  13. I did a "marathon" so to speak this past Christmas holiday.
