  1. Vehicle-wise, I just see a lot of repaints which doesn't really grab me but I have to admit that the picture I saw of the dragonfly helicopter did bring back some nice memories. But given how much the merchandise is sitting on the shelves right now, I don't know if that will ever show up. Still, I am glad that the G.I. Joe brand name is out there again and in the Joe versus Cobra form.
  2. They've been hitting the Targets and Wal-Marts here. But they have been flying off the shelves. Target here recently restocked the figures today and all they had were the #6 now.

Target in Sandy has a bunch of the Target Exclusive Clone Troopers for $12.99. They also got a new case of the electronic lightsabers so for those still looking for Dooku and Mace ones should check it out. Also wave 3 of the Star Wars deluxe figures are also there.
  4. Yeah. I never got the chance at a Easterling either and I wish they would reissue him. And new head sculpts on the Rohan soldiers would be awesome.
  5. Great gift! Thanks for the pictures. I have been wondering how the sword would look lit up.
  6. Yeah, I bought the DVD the week it came out. Just hoping for the second season to be put out. Even if they have to split it into two parts.
  7. One is the sneakpeak and the other is the Wookiee Warrior that is out this week with the SA Clone trooper, Destroyer Droids, and I can't spell their names but they're the Federation soldiers.
  8. Funny thing, I didn't even know there were two different colors for the Wookiee so I went to Wal-Mart yesterday and they had the new figures out so I bought a Wookiee there along with a SA Clone trooper. Then remembering that Target had the sale on their figures I went there and bought a second Wookiee along with another SA Clone trooper. It wasn't until I got home that I discovered that the Wookiees were different colors. Pretty cool and one of those nice surprises. Saw the Target clones today and for the likes of me I just couldn't pluck down the $13 for it. Not when you can get one of those electronic lightsabers for a couple of bucks more. Just seems way too expensive for one clone trooper. I've been wanting to get the Target exclusive.
  9. I would, except that none of them are the same quality of the Clones. If they were to release SA battle droids, I'd be army-building them. They're one of my favourite things from the prequel movies, especially the first one. Perhaps I should elaborate in that what I meant was that anyone who was going to army build those specific characters have already done so with the AOTC figures and not necessary need to buy the ROTS ones.
  10. I thought I had missed the wave 7 vipers too eventhough I had seen a few in Target. Waited too long I guess. But recently Wal-Marts have been getting that wave in so you might want to check there. I finally snagged one. Seems like they're lagging when it comes to GI Joe waves. There's nothing at the Targets around here now. But I think they put out like perhaps two cases in each store and called it good.
  11. Yes but how many people are really going to be buying many of the battle droids, destroyer droids, and super battle droids?
  12. New figures on the Gargoyles would be awesome. Although I would hope they put more articulation in them. The first ones were pretty rudimentary. Although here's a thought, imagine what McFarlane would do to them if he got his mitts on them. They won't be your happy after school cartoon characters anymore that's for sure. Although Demona would be quite interesting.
  13. I wonder how well the first season on DVD sold. I'm really itching for the second season when things started to get interesting. I hope they're still going to put it out.
  14. I agree. How many Frodos and Sams do you need? I've stopped buying the main characters that have been previously released. I mean "Mount Doom Frodo"? Seriously does anyone really need that?
