Day 10: not sure exactly what they showed (tfn's boards were down) sounds like shots of the office and the 'palace' set being dismantled chat w/ Nick Gilllard (stunt coordinator) : talks about Mace's fight being 'fantastic', Nick will play a jedi, many limbs will be lost, and the Anakin/Obi-Wan duel ('epic in scale') will be the longest fight ever seen. set diary (Subject to change; I've only seen this info on one board, I'm not sure how it was originally phrased, I have attempted to summarize it) [from episode-x.com *filming today (7-10-2003) in the Jedi Council Chamber, which is aged considerably since AOTC ('wear and tear", scuff marks,etc...) The wars have changed the line-up in the council. members present: Anakin, Yoda, OB-1, Agen Kolar, Stass Allie, and Saesee Tiin w/ Ki-Mundi and Plo Koon (as holographs)

The only 'action feature' i can half-way apppreciate is the magnet/removeable arm (Is that considered an action feaure?) Until recently, I hadn't bought many Saga figures let alone any w/ action features.(see: this thread :-? ) Recently, KB had a sale on the 4 packs,and I was able to get a few that I had missed earlier. I bought one that had Anakin (HD), Chewbacca (BE), Count Dooku (DL), and Zam. The action feature is little annoying on Anakin (I haven't really gotten a good 'batttle stance' so far) but, I like the magnet better than the 'peg' as far as appearance is concerned. After checking out the action features, they went into my 'dioramas'/ displays fairly quick. (both are laying there w/out arms) Were you able to get "Tatooine Attack" to hold the lightsaber w/ both hands? I haven't really tried and I don't want to waste a lot of time. :wink:

Not to mention Poison Ivy also used Superman against Bats in an issue. I would've also reccommended this storyline (Lee is one of my favoriters plus all the guest stars 8) ); but, I wasn't sure how tough it might be to find the back issues. If you can find them, get them; if not, watch for the tradepaperback.

it depends on which Batrman title you're talking about. Was it Batman, Detective Comics, Legends of the Dark Knight, etc...? Batman is at least halfway (9 issues into?) into a storyline ("Hush") 'Detective' begins a 3 isue storyline w/ ##784 ' Legends' beginss a 3 issue storyline w/ #169 You can find out a little more at www.dccomics.com Personally, the only Bat titles I've followed recently are the "Hush" issues; I don't know whats happened in the others, or if they're even connected.

Day 9 not much. basically just dismantling the 'palace' set and 'Padme''s apartment'. from the "set diary", talk of an all cgi bodyguard. [from tfn] I• There are 10 (count 'em, 10) landing platform sets in Episode III due to the number of locations in the movie. • There is a very concise scene involving Anakin and Obi-Wan on a landing platform on Coruscant. Yeah, I know what you mean; but, what can I say, I'm a spoiler junkie. "The boy has no patience." that's me. Honestly, if it was ESB/ROTJ, I might try to be more spoiler free; but, being the PT, I see it more of a "How will it happen?" than a "What will happen?". :wink:

As long as they make better choices (ie: Kamino Jango) and they don't flood the pegs, I don't mind; it gives 'newcomers' a chance to get some pretty cool figs (plus, it's already been done in the vintage line and POTF2) Personally, I'd like to see R2 w/ holo Leia, Sio Bibble , and the Eopie rereleased (being minor characters, maybe/ hopefully, the last 2 will show up in some sort of multi-pack?).

she was rumored to be in AOTC; probably based on all the attention the character seemed to get (comic, figure, 12" Masterpiece Edition, personal appearances, etc....). Kinda strange for a 'character' w/ about a second of screen time; of course, it is Star Wars.
