DC Universe Classics Thundercats Very Sexy Cheetara
CybertronianArtifacts replied to agimatoys's topic in Custom Figures
These are very kool. I'd buy them at retail for sure. As for villians, how about Hammerhand? -
They look like Para-Viper goggles to me.

For me it would be: SRO Ace with SRO Hawk head, my custom A-10 pilot since I'd be keeping the plane as it isn't GIJoe 25th Firefly, I always liked him. The vehicle would be my USS Flagg, I don't use it for joes anyways.

I atched a preview on you tube, I had to laugh at 2 things: Superman repeatedly punching fire.<-- really? Wondder Woman picking up and throwing the Parademon tank head. Out of her class, I'd think?

Wow!

Is this the Newest TRU All-Star Repaint?
CybertronianArtifacts replied to Dragon66's topic in DC Comics
This one is a bit different than the last one I saw. The mask is painted to the hair line, and the red on the body is different. -
Impressive.

Unproduced TF figures you'd want to see in a toyline
CybertronianArtifacts replied to spystreak's topic in Transformers
How about: Masterpiece sized Devestator ACTION FIGURE. Reflector soldier ACTION FIGURE (basically Spyglass without the lens) Artfire Reissue blue Bluestreak reissue Beast Wars Neo Unicron -
Amen. Thats why I made a vintage version, and have a reissue version in the works. That custom jet looks pretty good. I'd love to see your others, as Iv'e done a few myself. You could buy my Trypticon "reissue" Its called Gigastorm. Mine actually includes parts that bring it closer to the original too. I really cannot understand the love for Predaking. Sure he looked great in "Call of the Primative" or "Nightmare Planet", but the toy is crap. With metal parts is even worse. They should really look into making a classics version.

Batman 408 tells about Jason ripping off the batmobile.Jason was always the trouble maker... Drake was the child detective that figured out Dick Grayson's ID. The BTAS used Jason Todd's origin for Tim Drake, so that's alot of confusion there. regards Joshua Things like that are exactly why it is a problem.

I have only seen a preview, and it looks entertaining. As for Amazo, I thought his powers reflected whomever he is fighting. How amazing cold he be fighting a plain human?

I would really love a Starro spore to come with everyone, and I agree in the place of the pins. They are dumb and can't be cost effective.

Green Lantern Classics Info Round-Up
CybertronianArtifacts replied to MasterJailer's topic in DC Comics
For sure, but the text was what I said above. -
you are on a roll, arent you?(lol) ...but when youre right...youre right! 1, DC characters are just a step above all the others, Marvel characters don't have the iconic status as DC characters 2. DCUC, the cartoons are out of this world good. that video was an awesome 6 mins, I wish they made a feature film like that.....awesome A pack-in DVD would be best, 30 mins of sheer carnage! Lets, edit that to: "Well like I say the DC Universe is the only true Universe, anything else is just Crap!" In fairness, Steve Rogers is and always shall be Captain America! All other Marvel is Craps crap. Watching that, gave me ideas of a face-off, I'd never contemplated: Deathstroke vs Wonder Woman I hated Flash' armor. I have new respect for the C&C Metallo after that. Batman, Wonder Woman, Lanterns, Superman, and Flash, at least should all come with interchangable gripping, fists for punching (Lantern for the ring use), and fist catching hands.

Green Lantern Classics Info Round-Up
CybertronianArtifacts replied to MasterJailer's topic in DC Comics
A pic I have for Mongul specifically says: Wave 1: Sinestro Corps Mongul No text about C&C like Arkillo Does. Based on photos, Wave 1 will be: BL Abin Sur SC Low SC Maash SC Mongul SC Arkillo C&C that leaves, Kyle, Black Hand, and Manhunter up in the air. BTW, a Dex Star was shown with DCD Mera. -
2010 SDCC Mattel Preview Night
CybertronianArtifacts replied to Wheeljack35's topic in Properties From The 80 & 90's
If you remember before the cartoon came out, no one knew any ghosts besides Slimer and Gozer as Stay Puft. (I know Gozer is an otherdimensional entity) Mattel, is just going by what is most recognizable. Kinda like Gremlins, everyone knows Gizmo and Stripe, but what were the others names? I'd really love some kind of twisted non-animated looking Sam Hain! -
I forgot Red Robin gotta add him to my list, as well as the Stephanie Batgirl. Your suggestions, are the beginnings of a great Superman themed repaint wave. How about this: -Metallo (I like the one from the Superman Animated line) -Tim Drake 1st version Robin costume (and really do it... not just a repaint of the red costume) -Steel reissue -Supergirl (Death of Superman era costume... red skirt) <--even though she was a Skrull? -Professor Zoom -President Lex Luthor -Doomsday CnC Robin should be easy for professional toy designers: Sinestro body, DCSH Robin belt, Kid Flash arms, and a new head. ??? I also support these: Darkstars, easily done as Abin Sur, John Stewart, and Donna Troy repaints. The Ray (Quesada version) Western style Vigilante S.T.R.I.P.E. C&C Lets not forget Stargirl? As much as I want a Zoom, lets relive the '90's and toss a Darkstar in the repaint wave above.

At first, I thought it was a swappable head. That trend would be too good to be true. After a while, as people mentioned a variant head situation, I believe that is probably what will happen. The Robin, I wanted bad was a thinner version of the Wave 3 figure, or the Walmart Dynamic Duo scheme. Basically a more articulated version of this:

This is my list, from a year ago. Let's see how things progressed: Heroes: > > > Batman (Green Lantern) > > > Batwoman (current outfit) > > > Hawk & Dove (Hank & Don, though I wouldn't hate Dawn instead) > > > Hawkgirl (current outfit) > > > Huntress DONE John Stewart (Green Lantern) COMING Martian Manhunter (classic) DONE Plastic Man DONE Power Girl > > > Red Arrow (modern) > > > Steel (DCSH reissue) > > > Supergirl (classic red & blue outfit) DONE The Question COMING Tomar Re (Green Lantern) > > > Vixen Villians: > > > Atomic Skull > > > Atrocitus (Red Lantern) COMING Black Hand > > > Black Flash DONE Cheetah (modern) > > > Doomsday (bigger) DONE Hank Henshaw (Yellow Lantern) > > > Heat Wave > > > Killer Frost > > > Lex Luthor in suit or JLU para-military outfit > > > Metallo (regular size, John Corbin cyborg) > > > Mirror Master MAYBE Mongul (Yellow Lantern) > > > Poison Ivy > > > Professor Zoom/Reverse Flash > > > Shadow Thief KINDA Silver Banshee > > > Star Sapphire Fatality (Violet Lantern) > > > Star Sapphire Ferris (Violet Lantern) > > > The Toyman (Superfriends jester outfit) > > > Weather Wizard New add ons: classic Barbera Gordon Batgirl in black/goldenrod Amon Sur, yellow lantern Barry Allen, blue lantern Merlyn, from the League of Shadows Red Arrow (modern) AMENDED to be like the DCD version, aka un-injured The Toyman (Superfriends jester outfit) AMENDED, if it was the JLU "doll" version and came as an "accessory" with a suited Luthor, I wouldn't hate it Newer add ons: Tim Drake 1st version Robin costume Red Robin Darkstar Colos Darkstar Donna Troy Darkstar John Stewart Western style Vigilante S.T.R.I.P.E. C&C Blight Firefly Giganta C&C in track suit

I agree wholeheartedly. I am also happy about Robin and Bane. I am glad they are doing more Sinestro Corps members, but is Abin Sur repaint necessary? Where is Star Sapphire? The Legion is an easy pass. What will that cost $150?
-
It just occurred to me that, Mattel didn't even use their crappy flight stands.
-
I thought so too, but apparently aliens don't need to hide their identity.

Is it just me, or did it just vanish?
