i agree, what we have now is probably much better than what they could have done then. the articulation would have been the big thing and it would most likely lose a lot of the details.

it's always good to know that an effort is being made to bring us these figures. we all have our own preferences towards the order of the reissues, but i'm sure their just saving the best for last.

once i saw a really crappy old car with a brand new spoiler, the thing caught my attention because it looked really funny. as i drove by, i noticed the decepticon logo on the side of the spoiler.

i can't imagine them releasing a box of cassettes without first reissuing soundblaster. it would make more sense to put more cassettes in the box.

not sure about ordering from e-hobby, but that astrotrain is a pre order, it won't be out for months.

i never noticed much of a difference nor would a minor detail like this get me disappointed in the fact that we're getting this reissue. like SS said, small changes aren't a big deal.

sounds like a mob hunt. even though i don't check it often, it has been useful for a lot of people and i'm certain the feedback he gets has influenced the toys in some way, big or small.

they're fine now. i like what i see. 20 minutes huh? maybe this could be a weekly deal.

what an idiot, people have nothing better to do then mess up a good thing. whoever it was, they shouldn't have a TF board or deserve any info from one. just plain selfish! plus i don't see why the pr person should even care, publicity is good for their products. makes you wonder how people get these jobs in the first place.

i don't like to use the same name if the figure is totally different fom the original.

the kids are the main reason why it never really caught on with me. the voices kind of annoy me too. i do like the concept and the story though, so i'll watch it on and off. seriously, had the kids taken a back seat in the show from the start, it would have been great, they don't even make figures of the kids anyways, so why include them.

i like hoe they transform, it's like getting 2 or 3 toys in one. the cartoon was the biggest seller for me, the characters were great, a lot of diversity.

my wallet will tell you there's always something new to collect. ever since the reissues came out, it's been on a strict diet.

if you look closely at that flag, the maple leaf looks like the one they use at pot rally's

at least you can still get another one at a decent price. imagine if it were a rare figure.

since takara reissues are geared more towards the japanese market, doesn't that leave the door open for a starsaber figure? maybe even other figures that we didn't see in north america. just a thought, but it would be nice if this happened after we get through most of the g1 reissues.

i live in canada too so i certainly hope so. actually, this is said to be a widely available figure that isn't really exclusive, so i'm quite certain we'll see it on shelves too. same with alternators i believe.

my minicon collection is pretty small, i'll have to go get some more.
