didn't know there was an incentive cover, just picked up the two regular covers and the two covers to g1 v2. and mtmte #6 came out two weeks ago.

no offence to sam's club as i hear people saying good things about it, but it really is dumb to make it an exclusive to them. since they are affiliated with walmart, why not sell it there too. the membership would make this toy less accesible, next their gonna start selling drive by exclusive where you could only buy from a van where ever it happens to drive too.

being from the same city, pm prime is just showing up here for the first time and the price isn't that bad. plus the other three are available at various stores so there's a better chance of finding them later. unless you prefer 3 characters now, go with the harder to find figure.

i don't really care for a lot of repaints, so i just don't buy them. but it's not that big of a deal to ban them all together, i'm sure some people do enjoy them. ( of course all the recent repaints are a bit much)

i think it depends on the toy and if there's a cartoon to back it up, plus if hasbro continues to do repaints, they'll feel some heat.

i don't think they would sell out, you can still get the first set of reissues easily. i would wait until i had a couple of items to buy.

i think you have them all, unless you mean alternate covers. #1 and 5 both have alternate covers and there's a holofoil too.

i can understand yugioh and of course TFs, but power rangers? kids have gone mad, no wonder they keep hurting themselves with toys.

they would be nice, although i'd prefer it if they reissued them in the end. a lot of other characters on my priority list.

i'll just stick with the one i have, i don't see the point in having a bunch of repaints of the same character.

at that time, i think the toys would still have been a good seller. the thing is, without the cartoon, i don't think it would have much appeal in the collectors market as it is competing with newer toy lines. i doubt they would have reissues without some sort of series to back it up. character appeal does make a difference.

i believe they said the next set of TRU reissues will be: smokescreen, dirge and grapple. go with takara sideswipe if you like, the cost is only slightly higher.

i thought #11 was astrotrain too. if that's the case, maybe they're rethinking the colour? either way, we'll wait and see.

got mine at walmart the first day they had it. actually i still see it around a lot.

i ahte it when things like that eat away at me and when i go back for it, it's gone. that just get it attitude is pretty crazy too.

"if" in fact they are trying to reissue all the g1 characters, we're bound to get more mini's later on. plus when you reissue a bunch, there's always going to be one or two that we already have. i'm glad they are including mini's in their reissue agenda, now for the combiners.
