the thing is, the absured amount your paying is only for the box. they really didn't grade the toy itself. for all they know, that figure could have a huge crack on the bottom. they're really only looking at the box and that's what your paying for. fot that amount, i might as well buy several figures off the shelf, with good boxes. at least i'm sure that one of the toys inside isn't damaged.

is that really necessary? i know a lot of people collect misb and that's great, but to pay that much for something you can find on a shelf. i'm sure if you spend enough time at a walmart, you'll find one in great condition. besides, what if the toy inside happens to be defective? maybe a bad paint job on the other side.

i know what you mean. duty sucks, plus the $5 surcharge for going through your stuff. it ends up costing more sometimes and your always worried that your stuff may arrive all messed up.

depends on what you think of the show. get it if you like it. you don't have to complete the whole line, just get the ones you like.

where there's money to be made, i'm sure a deal can be worked out. it'll just cost more.

i had no problems with the show, but i can understand why some people didn't follow it after the movie. it's not as familiar and the older characters commanded a lot of loyalty. i believe they brought prime back only after all the letters from disgruntled kids. i guess that's what happens when they get greedy and kill off characters just for the sake of offering more toys.

that's amazing, make me want to start one of my own.

i was 9 when it first came out and saw it when it first came out on video, not too sure when that was, maybe a year or two after.

i really like the plexi glass. it adds a nice touch and it keeps things at low maintenance.

2 hands, they can always add their own weapons.

i thought the toys were great, didn't really like the show all that much.

i like the yellow one best. great detail and colour scheme.

that's going to draw some attention at the border. i find it odd that a lot of canadian sellers have that US only rule.

some people don't factor in shipping price when they bid and are willing to pay it. i always ask for shipping first and sometimes it's crazy what sellers think they can charge.

i agree that prime probably isn't as great looing as i had expected and at that price, i'll pass. i haven't seen megs yet, but he looks promising from pics.

this is one of the few energon figs i picked, so i think it's a great choice for a repaint. i agree about he weapons being fine just the way they are. for me it was one of the draws for this character. nice choice in colours.
