In the pic where the old & new CC's are giving the "high 5" it looks like there are straps on the back of his mask, BUT the owner of this figure says the mask does not come off so i assume its glued on.

Isnt that the point of the character?? his face is burned so he wears a mask?

Im not sure what to think here! I hope its legit, but i will remain skeptical! I'm actually the one who pointed out the actual listing on the AS website in that thread at HT. The original thread for April Fools' Day was saying that it would be airing on Aug. 9 at 11PM EDT. I was actually checking AS's schedule to see if there was any update on new Code Geass episodes & noticed the Resolute addition. I went over to HT to see if there was a thread on it yet & found the AF thread. Very odd how sometimes a joke can become reality. #US1# Well alright then Hope its true then!

Funny thing about all of this is i saw this posted as an APRIL FOOLS joke on HissTank yesterday, and now its fron page news. The OP of the thread even posted on my site saying it was a joke. Im not sure what to think here! I hope its legit, but i will remain skeptical!

wolverine and the xmen came and went quick. I only saw them once, and then never again

i have picked up a few and am not impressed. The marvel ones are OK articulation wise, but the molds are not great. The wolverine origins have good looking molds, but the leg articulation with the ball joints is just horrible!

Nope, just got confirmation. Weapon XI is codenamed Deadpool and they use Wade Wilsons body in the experiment where they artificially add all these powers from various mutants. They are trying to create a "super mutant" to stop the "unstoppable" wolverine.

Ok, here is what i have heard about Deadpool in the movie. The Ryan Reynolds character is only seen during the first 10 minutes of the movie or so. Somehow the guys who added the adamantium to wolverine are able to add all these powers to deadpool, and then he gets all messed up and violent. After he his messed up he is no longer played by Ryan Reynolds, so as silvermonkeypoo was saying, he may now be called weapon XI.
