A figure comes out to $14.01 at Wal-Mart. :/ QC is absolute garbage. Figs are often n/m coming out of the case. Paint is still sloppy in Wave 8 (seems like a slight downgrade from 7). And, like everyone else, I believe the Gleek fiasco is unforgivable. I think Mattel just sits in front of eBay all day, and laughs uncontrollably at the secondary market prices. Mattel knows that they don't get anything out of it, but they just believe that it's ever so funny.

Wait...these ARE going to be Matty exclusive? I've pillaged the entire forum/homepage for this news, but can't find it! Can you link it, please?

TRU here in SA, Texas just got W8 three days ago. Asst. with Dr. Fate (reg.), Parademon (green), Vigilante, Steel, and Mr. T.

I know but I thought most of them didn't look that great. I think they should be given the DCUC treatment. DCUC treatment to Two Face would probably be a downgrade....

Eh, cool idea, but there's the common problem: can't see the condition of my figs and their cards from my house. Also, how would variants be sold? Seperately, or randomly inserted?

My question is, what does Mattel have to gain by not re-releasing these? Do they get a kick out of collector's paying hundreds of dollars for figures they should be selling??

I, too, am a MOC collector. That said... I fid myself staring at Lobo and Two-Face (DCSH) quite often. Impressive stuff...

I hope so, with all my heart. Maybe then the friggin' DCSH version won't be so hard to get! It's been postulated this version would be the Sinestro Corps version outfit, if that makes a difference. Again, only hearsay. Eh, probably not. Scalpers be scalpers. But cool rumor, nonetheless! I hope it's true.

Ah, forgot about two-packs! I have all four from TRU, and Matty.'s Adam/Starfire pack. WTH is happening from here? I've heard about: Hawkman/Hawkgirl Supergirl/Lex Luthor Clayface/Bats Brainiac/Supes But the only confirmed ones are the Bats/Supes ones? What happened?

Everything but Wave 8. I hate 3 3/4 figs, with a passion. Whose idea was it EVER to think these were awesome?

Had it been a re-release of that same goddamn Batman from the old Clayface wave, this would have been monstrous!

Whenever I feel sad about having missed all of the DCSH line, and now having to pay ridiculous prices for them, I remember that I have Wave 5. I feel good again. As for Wave 5 itself, it's so overrated. Repainted bodies - Amazo, Atom, and Black Lightning Eradicator - just some new toys (goggles and cape) Riddler was the neatest one, being a re-paint of Clark Kent/Two Face (VERY htf figs), and a cane accessory. And this is the sad thing. Can you imagine if, say, Wave 4 was Wally exclusive?! DCUC would have completely imploded!

Uhhh.....k. Things just got really weird. Yesterday, my Wal-Mart got this case: Batman Beyond x2 (unmasked, different pose from KB's) Cyborg x2 (sonic arm) Flash Kid Flash Firestorm Blue Beetle 2 other Wave 7 figs I can't recall...I was in too much shock to pay attention Was this a scheduled thing? Has anyone else seen this?
