  1. Keldor - Apprentice of Hordak

Real name: Keldor of the house of Miro

Banished from the royal palace, in part due to distrust for the rare blue-skinned Gar race, Prince Keldor became an outcast. He travelled Eternia seeking knowledge and guidance, eventually discovering the ancient Spirit of Hordak. From him, Keldor learned of the dark arts and came to realize that to truly unite Eternia he would need to take command of the planet himself. He gathered an army of fellow outcasts and led them into battle against his brother, Captain Randor. Eventually defeated and near death, Keldor once again turned to Hordak who, in exchange for his own freedom, agreed to save Keldor's life by merging him with Demo-Man, twisting Keldor into Skeletor - Lord of Destruction!

  2. I had no problems today, but I had huge difficulties with Battle Cat. I feel the pain.

They will re-release Moss Man, after the quick sell out today. Both versions? I'd guess no, however one never knows.

For the people complaining about, why they have so few of the figures, or why they couldn't have made more sooner than the She-Ra release..... making these figures is not an over night job. The reason it takes 6 months for them to up production is because of everything that goes into them. They can't just make a call one night and say we wants 200 more. It takes time.

This line went from a small fan base, to a much larger one in a relatively short period of time. Because of this, they are under producing right now. In time they will figure it out, and everyone will be happy. And THEY WILL re-release the quick sell outs. People will have the opportunity to get their favorite character, just might have to wait a few months. And if you can't, check out local toy shops (not retail, privately owned). My local toy shop sells them 8 dollars above Matty's price. So basically its the same price with shipping.

  3. Got my TrapJaw today (subscriber in Canada)!!!!! Looks great, one of the best figures to come out. I have a feeling Moss Man may trump him, but right now he's my favorite. Fit's perfectly with Tri-Klops and Mer-Man. My three warriors of evil... oh and Beast Man and Skeletor are there too! :)

  4. They should have never made the pre-quels and they should never change the originals. The scenes added to the originals, via Special edition, or update due to Prequels, pissed me off. I only liked the addition of the windows in Bespin from Empire, and the ending celebration from Jedi. Other than that, I thought the additions just didnt cut it.

I don't want to put down the idea of 'What changes you want.....' but this line of thought led Lucas to committing heresy, in the form a menacing Phantom, a bunch of attacking clones, and a Vengeful Sith.

  5. Is Mace dead? No. As mentioned above, he was never shown to die, therefore he is alive. Also, even if Sam Jackson said his character was dead, doesn't make it so. He simply may not know. Never take an actor at face value. They are actors after all.

My guess for Mace: he will have a roll in The Live Action TV show. From what I understood about the show, it would be short story arcs about different characters. Not just following one or two characters. He could have a 4 or 5 episode arc, that could connect with another later on. They are aiming for 100 episodes after all. Maybe Vader hires Boba to bring in Mace, and instead Boba kills Mace. Vader's line in Empire would further that. "No disintegration..... this time."

  6. After reading through the origin comics, I reminisce about the strength of the 200x series. It had such a great grasp of the characters. The re-imagination/re-inventions were perfect. The additions only made the mythos stronger. It is sad that it ended when it did. A whole season with Hordak.... that would have been amazing. Sad just sad.

  7. UPDATE: I got a phone call today, and they have shipped me a Battle Cat and 2 sets of stands. I got a call from a 'Mattel Rep' and they said that they had left overs and they were able to get me the sold out items that I originally got screwed on. I know one other guy also got the same deal. Anyone else have any luck?

It pays to phone and complain, because I wouldn't have gotten BC if I hadn't.
