  1. Whitewolf, did you buy any Wave 3 figures? Got any pics of your purchases??
  2. I have no idea which is most abundant, but there 3 different versions: solid blue with white brim; clear blue with clear brim; completely clear. http://www.rebelscum.com/tsc033hemdazon.asp
  3. The original publisher's hardcover is about 9.5" x 6.75", has the price on the inside front flap and and a UPC on the back of the jacket. PS I checked myself as I have the book here. But for future reference, you can usually find out even the measurements of a publisher's book on Amazon. It lists this book at 9.5 x 6.4 x 1.1 inches.
  4. No, it's one of Jabba's smaller pets.
  5. Went to 2 TRUs in So Cal yesterday. SW stuff was gutted in one, but the other was pretty damn full. Picked up the X-Wing and TIE. Be sure to print out this coupon and take it with you this season. Some are reporting TRU won't accept it in their area, but I used it twice yesterday.

    Nuts

Don't know if you've resolved this yet, but Greedo doesn't come with the order form. Luke is the only one to come with it. You can download the form on Hasbro's site, here. As far as the POP sticker goes, you don't need Greedo's; you can send in any five.
  7. I got that Yoda last year from starwarsshop.com , I think it was. Those catalog pictures look like prototypes that depict a prequel Yoda. The actual item looks like this. http://www.rebelscum.com/ornaments2005/fabricheyoda.jpg (mod edit: hot link) He's pretty neat. Here's an article on SW holiday stuff.
  8. There's this one, too, which looks even better. The problem with both of those is they used that cheap, gummi plastic that goes limp. @grumpy@
  9. He's obviously not made for it, but the biker does fit on the POTF bike. Crap? He's got 8 ball joints, and the last one none, 2 ugly hinged knees and a preposed arm. I love this Greedo. The cloth vest is horrid, but it comes off. And the old plastic one fits him well enough. EDIT: Nine ball joints; I forgot the neck. ANd the belt and holster are bitchin'! @hmmm@
  10. Score the Senate set yet?
  11. The prototype pics have all been an older, crappy body. But I recently saw updated pics that show it made with the VOTC body. I was pretty excited to see that. Can't remember where I saw them, though. Probably RS...
  12. For some reason, major retail chains seem to lie a lot online about exclusivity of toy product. Walmart.com would STILL have us believe the VOTC line can only be obtained through them. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.gsp...duct_id=3129574
  13. The old Chewie you guys are talking about was great. But I would love to see a plush Chewie made today. Tarfful, too.
  14. Evolutions Vader looks awesome in the chamber.
  15. You know, this puts me in mind to buy the stuff to make a plush Wookiee. Can't believe no one's marketed one yet. @grumpy@
  16. Here it is. I uploaded it for evenflow. That's a badass display piece. I want one...
  17. Oh crap, tell me you have extras of the red and green monsters! @bananna@
  18. I think there was an urban legend about the kid suing Mattel for not following through, and growing up a broken, bitter man. Haha. I think there were some Web articles that contributed to the legend, but I don't have the links. Here's one blog about it: http://www.x-entertainment.com/updates/ent...s/00000153.html
  19. I used to love bendy toys when I was a kid. I remember this one line that actually went so far as to create an action toy line based on bendies. It had vehicles and everything. There were no action figures - just bendies! Check it out... http://membres.lycos.fr/toys80master/galaxieindex.htm
  20. My Star Wars figures go down like dominoes. @grumpy@
  21. I have my SW figs on those Expand-A-Shelf deals from Walmart. I drilled holes in them and put Ultarama pegs in them. If only I could get it right: My drilling was pretty sloppy, and most holes are too big or too small, not to mention crooked. I'd like to see a company like Ultarama make a unit like that. That would be perfect for my SW figs. I like them tiered like that. There's no way I'd pay retail for an Ultarama only to have the figures in front block the ones behind them from view.
  22. Haha, I hate that sound. Drives me nuts if I look around and don't see anything out of place. Of course, it's it's worse if see something from a high shelf sprawled on the floor, limbs all akimbo.
  23. Strange... I find almost nothing under "spider ape". This page lists a Spider Ape, but doesn't seem to show it. I'm pretty sure the pic above it is "Slizzard". Good luck...
