  1. hmm, for some reason your link to the Larry Hama skit goes to some Aqua Teen Huger Force skit instead :/ But I saw that skit and yeah, the other one was funnier. Still funny in general principle though that they got Larry Hama to do that XD
  2. I saw him. First Astro Boy, then Christopher Reeve Superman and now this. Damn it Hot Toys. Stop making me want your over priced dolls XD Does this mean there's a chance for a 12" movie Roadblock?
  3. I played with toys with similar articulation as a kid. Sometimes even less. I just hope they don't overprice them. The Dark Knight Rises was fairly well priced since they weren't as well made. Hell, I got mine at Family Dollar for five bucks XD But I recall the Green lantern figures costing just the same as the Captain America: First Avenger figures which were by far superior. If I can get this kind of Man of Steel figure at Family Dollar for five bucks like I Did Batman, I'm fine with it
  4. Tell him I said Hi and I hope his movie doesn't suck. I was always more of a Batman kid when it came to DC, but who doesn't love Superman? Communist, that's who! Actually, even communists like him XD standard procedure? My question is, shouldn't he be cuffed from behind?
  5. Duke: My last request is that you don't replace me with... CHANNING TATUM!!
  6. I like this show. Applejack is totally my fave! I like it because not only is it better written than other MLP cartoons, but it's also just funny. It sometimes feels like a parody of itself. That and Lauren Faust (Craig Mccracken's wife)and Rob Renzeti (My life as a Teenage Robot) are behind it. That's enough for me
  7. I doubt anyone else will know this character but I am DYING for a figure of Sapphire from Osamu Tezuka's Princess Knight
  8. I enjoyed my brief working at Toys R Us. For the most part. The worst I could say is that they constantly had me out in the cold gathering shopping carts. They also got on my case for stocking a couple of items in the wrong place despite me getting all the other stuff stocked right
  9. No one's said otherwise so I'll promote it here New England GI Joe Toy, Collectables, Holiday Bazar 11/25/12 279 Westminister St Providence, The Roots Cultural Center 10am -3pm $10 per dealer table if you want to sell items $1 admission Kids free under 12! Call Anthony @ 401 256 1321 for reservation This is held by the New England GI Joe club, but it's not limited to just GI Joe. Bring whatever you want
  10. A local GI Joe club I'm in is having a toy show and I want to know if it's allowed to promote such things here and if so, where. Although it's a GI Joe club, we're promoting this as a general toy show so I'd like to know where the appropriate place to promote this would be Thank you in advanced
  11. I agree. GI Joe needs a video game. A GOOD video game. That Rise of Cobra game was mediocre at best. I recently saw my sister's fiance playing a Transformers game for the 360 that I think was a prequel telling how the war between Autobots and Decepticons started and I was so jealous. GI Joe doesn't need hardcore M rated violence to work. It needs what that game got. Good graphics, tight looking gameplay, and a story. Quality cut scenes would be nice too. I don't know about other stores but I hear Wal-Mart basically is so dedicated to them because Wal-Mart partically OWNS the company that makes them (Lanard)
  12. That seems to be the Hasbro way. Make mediocre to crap figures no one wants for the first two waves the clog the shelves so that the good stuff we actually want never make it into the stores
  13. I've played the facebook game. It's slow (at least on my computer) the controls took a while to figure out and I'm not a huge fan of games that you need to play with others to get anywhere with, but I like the premise and set up
  14. Sorry for the double post, but I wanted to show off my custom Adventure Team commander as he takes out Cobra Commander.
  15. Yeah, I can't bring myself to hate him. I actually think he's an okay actor and a decent action hero. I just have trouble looking at him and think "Duke."
  16. Nope, I do not have a Dollar General. Two Family Dollars and a "Dollar Outlet" but no Dollar General. All the cheap Dollar stores they could've gone to and they chose the one my area doesn't have ><
  17. WOW! That's crazy!! Cool that the kid was buying them though
  18. Actually, I just found there might be one in my area after doing some more research. Why the official website didn't mention this is beyond me. Man, even their website is a mess XD
  19. HA HA indeed >> As for focusing more on Marvel, this does free up my wallet to start picking up some Avengers stuff
  20. You think Hasbro didn't want their movie that they're desperately aiming for kids out at the same time as another movie with Channing Tatum as a stripper? They could fear a bad P.R. on that.
  21. DAMN IT! I just did some research and I don't think there's a Dollar General in my area! (Rhode Island) ><
  22. I get the feeling those Dollar General repaints are supposed to be the "bone."
