  1. Kiss will put their name and faces on anything XD
  2. Oh Man, I wish I could. But I have enough trouble paying for toys that are already out D:
  3. I saw. At four bucks, Barbossa seemed like a better deal so now I own him XD Still can't bring myself to buy Phillip though. Even at 4 bucks. I mean, he didn't really do anything to get an action figure. I also picked up the 6" scale Blackbeard and Angelica at Toys R Us. They had them marked down to about 7 bucks and I really like them. I especially like how well they go with my Disney Store Jack because their Jack sucks. Even at a marked down price ;p
  4. Must be for South Korea. No way in Hell North Korea would show a GI Joe movie ;p
  5. I don't think they went cheap.....I think they went safe..........ROC was a huge hit to the GI Joe brands "confidence" when it came to retailers. I mean there are still ROC figures stinkin up Marshalls/TJ Maxx's almost 3 years later.....that is also the reason GI Joe all but disappeared from toy aisles after. They went all in when it came to ROC and lost big time. They figure with a smaller offering they can always go bigger.......but right off the bat they need a small concentrated line. I think its fine......plus with Avengers, Spider-Man, and Batman movies coming out all around the same time the space in the toy aisles for lines that "didn't do too well the last time a movie came out" is probably small. I agree. I think one of the problems with ROC is that they gave us WAAAAY too much up front. Far too many characters, (Many of them not in the movie) and WAY too much bulk. Even if the toys were a hot seller, there was no way they could've sold all of those toys. It was just too much. Going smaller is probably the right route here. Makes sense there are less vehicles this time around as well. I think those sold the worst. (Even though a few of my favorite vehicles come from this line) Also makes sense that that went so cheap on the vehicle figures. Why put so much effort to figures for vehicles that chances are people aren't going to buy? :/ What's this though? A cyberman? Is GI Joe gonna fight with Dr. Who now? ;p
  6. Yeah, I saw that. Pretty funny XD
  7. Wow. I take back my cracks on him from the past. I was iffy on this being handled by the guy that gave us the Justin Bieber movie but it sounds like this guy has a good idea of what he's doing
  8. Is there a chance they just throw out some unfinished prototypes and that the finished products might be better articulated? That said, I'm definetly getting The Rock in the black vest. I like some of the vehicles but yeah, their drivers suck and their articulation look like something out of a knock off line but I've got plenty of figures that can take their place. So far, pretty hit or miss. What sucks SUUUUCKS but what they got right is pretty damn cool
  9. Spider-Man: *gets a rifle* Oh No, you're not ruining another comic couple, Joe Quesada!
  10. Doom: Here's a present for Reed Richards. But when he opens it... you might want to stand back a little >D
  11. Kirk: IIIIII'M CAPTAIN KIIIIIIRRRRKK!!
  12. Yes, but it's been a long while. What's the correlation? That's what the previews lead us to believe, but it's kinda up in the air as to whether ALL the Joes were in that ambush or not and it's not clear if others (along with Snake Eyes) were taken prisoner? Lots to be revealed yet. yeah, if I had a nickle for every time a trailer miss lead me...
  13. I've got a few Star Wars toys from the 90s line a friend of mine I'll probably never see again gave me. They're not in the best condition but sentimental value will keep me from ever getting rid of them
  14. Wow. I can't believe so many people have passed on Thundercats. I found that to be the one toy line worth buying into this year. (Though I'm passing on the 6" new series line and 8" classics.) The only other toyline I didn't pass on is the Pirates 4 line and GI Joe. Everything I pretty much passed on. Although I did get a Captain America and a Green Lantern but they were mainly for toy comics and didn't rush to buy anything else from the lines.
  15. Damn it Hot toys, you're going to make me spend almost 200 bucks on a toy again, aren't you? CURSE YOU HOT TOYS! CUUURSE YOOOOOUUU!
  16. I feel like the only person who actually LIKED these toys. Well, most of them anyway. I passed on Barbossa and the second wave version of Blackbeard.
  17. Well, they can't be any worse than toys that came out when the movie was new ;p
  18. Is a Sally figure too much to ask for? D:
  19. All depends on the item. Some are worth the full price more than others As far as the Flagg is concerned, I doubt they'd be making one any time soon anyway. A toy like that made today would cost WAAAAY too much. I understand it was pretty expensive back in the 80s I don't want to think about how much they'd charge for it today X_X
  20. Have they made Bison yet? I want Bison "OF COURSE!"
  21. Cool to see The Rock enjoying himself. Shows that even if it's not a great movie, then it'll at least still be fun.
  22. The Rock's looking badass as always and it looks like they're going for a bit more of a military look.
  23. Bustice action figure. MAKE IT HAPPEN, MATTEL!!
