Both figures and horses are based off of Boss Fight Studio 1:18 scale figures.
Lone Ranger is a BFS Zorro Body and Legs, with BFS Elf Arms/Zorro Gloves.
Head is from Zombie Lab, mask sculpted, Hat and Gun Rig from Dime Novel Legends. Ascot from Bilbo Baggins Bridge Direct figure.
Silver is not customized
Tonto is Boss Fight Studios Blank Elf with sculpted details, Fearless Forces Head, and DNL Rig.
Scout is a brown BFS Steed, painted to match.

Been making a lot of Batman customs lately, but I've always wanted a Joe-scale Adam West Batman. There have been offerings in scale, but most fall short.
This one uses a head shrink cast, Joe Renegades Ripcord torso and Wild Bill arms, and a lower half (plus detail pieces) from the DC Multiverse tv inspired (but horribly proportioned) Batman figure.

Wanted a 1:18 scale Wonder Woman that would look good with my existing super hero customs. Have been messing with the right pats for years, but feel pretty good about this one now.
Body is from the new hiya WW;
Arms, head, armor and skirt: Boss Fight HACKS
Legs: MU Shanna + MU Captain Marvel lowers.
Hair: MU Ms. Marvel
Lasso is gold memory thread.

So I finally grabbed a couple of the new Scarlet Witch, knowing I'd need to customize her to be able to make any use of the figure at all. I mainly thought the head would be useful for other characters, but ended up, on a whim, trying to do a proper Witch. I have to admit, I'm pretty happy with how she turned out.
I used pieces from Star Wars, Marvel Universe, and the Scarlet Witch herself to put this together. I was able to salvage the torso, and while there is no chest joint, I added a swivel at the waist, with a ball joint that allows for other movement as well.
I made the arms a bit long, so that I could pull off some of these poses. There's a lot mish-mashing going on with this custom. The skirt was fashioned from a star wars cape or robe. I think Darth Maul. But I basically formed it and glued it to the joint I made beneath the torso.
The legs are MU legs, and the waist is a Ms. Marvel waist. So no big secrets there. I sculpted the leggings on the upper thigh (this way I was able to use darker MU legs and not paint over the knee joint).
for the torso, I dremeled it out and made a joint from a star wars knee. Then used hot glue to make a socket in the abdomen. The arms are SW Ysanne Isard (sp?) - which also needed a hot glue socket in the shoulder.
Lower arms are part scarlett witch, with the wrist joint and hands from MU Dagger. -
Was happy to knock this one off the list.
The background wall and floor are homemade from pieces of insulation foam.
Dr. Frankenstein has a SW Imperial officer head, G.I. Joe Renegades Cobra Commander Body; POC Snow Job arms, ROC Destro legs, and a scratch made apron;
The Monster has a head previously sold by Slayer, a G.I. Joe torso, coat from MIB3, and Shadowtracker legs
Igor is a simple figure - Evazan head, Snaggletooth body, Duke hands.
The other set pieces are random grabs from a couple of McFarlane Frankenstein sets.
Thanks for looking, comments welcome!

what do you mean? The 6" figure? This is a 4 inch custom, but it does use a shrunken head from the larger scale one
-
The project is taking forever, but I am slowly making my way through some of my favorite versions of the Doctor.
This one starts with a shrunken cast head bought from Hunter Artworks.
The main body is 25th Anniversary Wild Bill
Coat is from Golden Compass
Arms from a Rise of Cobra Snake Eyes figure.
And the scarf is something I have fashioned from 2 Gandalf scarves, then painted for effect.

Like many others, I'm using my customizing workbench to help fill the hole left by the lack of a 1:18 scale action figure line to support Guardians of the Galaxy. This is my movie inspired take on Star-Lord.
Unmasked head is a face from (Kili? Fili?) a Hobbit Dwarf, which I sculpted around.
The masked head is a G.I. Joe 25A Wraith that I modded with apoxie and pieces from the mini-mates Star-Lord
Guns are similarly modded combos of G.I.Joe weapons and Mini-mates guns.
Coat came from my fodder bin - I don't know the source, but it was made in brown originally.
Arms: Ret. Crimson Guard. The armor on the left arm comes from SW Katarn, SW Clone, and apoxie
Legs: POC Firefly
Torso: RoC Snake Eyes (PP version)
The Cassette player is modded from the mini-mates accessory, and it is removable from the belt via magnets
The bag is made from Hobbit and Pirates of the Caribbean parts
The belt is modded from Star Trek
Holsters scratch built from plastic tape.
Thanks for looking!

I like this one so much, I figure I may as well say so on three sites now!
-
Parts:
Head - Star Wars Jarael
Torso - MU Kitty Pryde, modified and sculpted
Arms - ROC Baroness and ROC Covergirl
Legs - MU Ms. Marvel with ROC Viper boots, and custom made decals for fishnets
-
There's a lot of great versions out there. This one has been on my mind since I first saw that POC Duke armored torso. I could see the skull in it, and I like the idea of the skull symbol being there without being just a superficial logo painted onto something else. I did this without changing the sculpt of the armor at all.

Thanks guys.
The head is a mixture of parts. Face is from a Twi'lek dancer in that cheap 3 pack from a couple years ago. The hair is Resolute Baroness, with sculpted detail to match the look. Earings are paper clip bits.

tied for a win on NJC#62 over at Joe Customs with this one.

A quick update pic:
And to let you all know, he's now up for grabs as well...

I assume Hunter Artworks is still selling it. They got the head initially on a commission from myself and customizer gijoey. I have a 1/6 scale Clint head that they (he) shrunk down for us and cast. I think this head was the first one cast, or at least one of the first.
The body is from the SDCC movie Destro figure, modified and painted.

Fantastic! My hopes weren't that high when I saw the thread title, but the custom job knocked it out of the park!
Thank you! I'll forgive your lowered expectations, lol. I enter most threads with the same level of skepticism. I don't post much here either (mainly at joecustoms.com), so I'm sure that didn't help
Thanks for commenting!

I know the suit color isn't 100% movie accurate, but I think it does the trick

Ok, so I've got multiple MU Spideys, and none of them can really be posed like Spidey. So I went about fixing that.
First I modified the head and neck. I used a random red elbow joint to give him the kind of vertical range of motion that the new Thor movie figs have.
Then I carved out some of the thigh sockets to allow wider range with his legs.
I swapped the arms, from the bicep down, with SHS Spidey arms, so that they have the extra range from the double jointed elbow, without falling off with a look, because he still has the MU shoulder, not the crappy SHS one.
The SHS lower arms have the added benefit of wrist articulation, and I added to that even further by giving him rotating wrists, which also allows for the hands to be swapped out with ungloved hands (pics pending) to go with his unmasked head (pics also pending).
Sooooo....what do you think?

She was made with Joe, Marvel and SW parts. For what it's worth, she's also currently for sale on ebay. Not sure if it's ok to link to that or not, so I'll hold off on doing so.
Oh, and here she is with my custom Natalia Romanova Black Widow:
