  1. Nightbeat was not a cop car in G1 for some reason I had remembering him being blue and the name stuck out.Wow it has been a while since I even thought about him though he was blue, but with flames on the side. His bio says he a detective so thats what might have made you think "cop"
  2. Nightbeat not Nightstick. Nighttick was a Nebulan targetmaster gun.
  3. sorry buddy, "completely different"..............they are NOT. they share the same body skeleton, same body shape, same over all design, same transformation.........4 things they have the same, you cant say thats "COMPLETELY DIFFERENT" Like I said twice before,,,,,,, Other then the "car looking" parts and head, their robot modes are basically the same.

  5. Excuse me? You are talking G1 right? Other then the "car looking" parts and head, their robot modes are basically the same. and putting errors aside, they were the same size
  6. I'm not sure if you recall, but a while back we were talking about you wanting some trek figures.f you are still interested let me know.

  7. keep in mind autobot "Blaster"s name in Japan wasnt Blaster...........it was "Broadcast", so it didnt present any name issues to Japanese fans.
  8. He along with Sunstorm where in a G1 episode I think it was part two of The Ultimate Doom plus along with a blue one they were known as the rainmakers Not exactly. The Green rainmaker is AcidStorm his blue and yellow partners have yet to be named outside the fandom. here are the rainmakers from the episode"divide and conquer" here is Sunstorm from the episode "More then meets the eye pt1"
  9. 1 or both? and whats your location/zip code?
  10. sealed or open ?.. If you opened em I got no interest in used toys most are opened, but I have 2 Hasbro MP Thundercrackers that are never opened.,
  11. I've decided to sell off my MP's...........are any of you guys looking?
  12. Runabout is actually the name for a class of ship in Star Trek, not a character. Hotrod is own by the magazine that uses the name.
  13. just that in the 80's, shades of blue were used to depict things like black metal or black hair.
  14. Sorry but you are completly incorrect Marvels Transformers number 1 was first published/released on May 8, 1984 The first cartoon aired September 17, 1984 So, unless you lived outside the US , your memory is faulty. Even the first transformers tv add was for the comic.March/April of 1984 and really, I cant believe there are any TF fans left that dont know the comics csame first...........and I'm shocked you wouldnt do some basic research to see it you were correct before posting false info. If you want to go by the cartoon only thats fine, but its not how they originally were presented to the public. The toys came first The comics came next. And the guy that named the toys wrote the comic The cartoon was last and had the color error originally Rumble red,Frenzy blue, Wheeljack,Windcharager were never confirmed dead in the narrative. @loll@
  15. research is your friend your only 1/2 right. he was blue in the cartoon, but not in the comic. and the comic came before the cartoon as well. now they did use "shades of blue" to depict the color of black metal and or hair [as seen on old Superman and Huntress pics.] Its how things were dont in the 80's.You'll see Skywarp was done the same way.
  16. that may be the way you want it, but its not a fact. we ALL know to this day rumble is red. doesnt matter what animation error led to the situation, of course rumble is red. The cartoon was based on the toyline, the cartoon was created to sell the toys. The toys came first, did anyone ever see a G1 toy catalog?? in the G1 era, when they bought the toy cassette rumble, what color was he? RED @smilepunch@
  17. its not smiler to the chicken and the egg, because in this situation we know for sure which csame first. and its not that I find it serious, its just it fascinates me how the denial is so strong in some people.
  18. I did say "G1 Based Rumbles".............the prime rumble doesnt look g1 based to me. but thats my opinion, so even if Primed Rumble is g1 inspired, it would be the first Hasbro release of the character that was blue
  19. While ZI think they will go that route............ Why do you say it as if Hasbro normally names the blue one "Rumble"? Every Hasbro release of a G1 based rumble has been RED http://www.tfu.info/1984/Decepticon/Rumble/rumble.htm http://www.tfu.info/2007/Decepticon/AltRumble/rumble.htm http://www.tfu.info/2008/Decepticon/RHRumble/rumble.htm the only Rumble that would have been blue was the RTS/Generation one that was never released
  20. exactly, it was an animation error. and my point is that the name on the box is clear
