Well the Gold one is one of those Blister Japan exclusive I think its limited 500pcs

I'm interested in the exclusive NCC-1701 Gold one that was released in japan. Anyone have any clue on this one/

I stopped collecting ML for the same reasons, Hasbro.... I don't really like the quality of Plastic molding. To top that the packing is the same as the rest of all the toys. For quit a while Toybiz marvel packing was unique.

Link is working now. Hasbro has put this silver thing to a max. They used it all up on the Star Wars figures. When Toy Fair Vader came it was hot. there was a Comic-con silver Boba okay that did do to well, paint silver body, not good looking at all, than R2-D2 from TRU. That pretty much slowed it down. The Vader and R-D2 were the only vaccum coated figure. Pass on this Hasbro Silver stuff.

This is not an attack or a slamming of anyone, just my personal experience and opinion. I've meet Ben and I can say I really don't care for his attitude nor his way of doing business. During one his event in Louisana several years ago, I saw how he treated exhibitors and visitors attending the show. I chucked it off to a bad day he was having as the show was bad really bad. Of course he never had another one there. Needless to say several years later he I saw him again at C2. He had just started his autograph thing and the autograph area was miserable atleast when I was in line. I had to order my sigs that I wanted and than I never got them for weeks. I wrote them several times until I finally got them. His performance as a exhibitor at the show was somewhat rude. Since that time I have stopped purchasing anything from the official pix (not capped because I don't call them a company). As for the rebelscum site, yeah I still visit them from time to time, but as far as informing them of anything, that's a no go. I use to, but they would never post a thing I sent them only after a day or so, and it would credited to a staff member. I personally wasn't aware that information sent to them was credited for their work of reading the emails recieved. Anyhow, they still are informative and yes they do have a little insight about star wars regardless if they think they are top of the line sight, let's remember one thing without the fans they would not be were they are today.

I can tell you this I use to buy a lot from KB, but the changes they made and the new managers, made me redirect my purchasing to Target and Wally.

I got almost have all the variants from 15 with the exception of the Blue wasp. Haven't seen one at all. THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THIS LINE IS THE NEW PRICING AT MY TARGET $9.04. Whats up with that.

I guess that makes me a scalper because i collect mostly Variants and chase AKA Marvel Legends, Star Wars from around the world, some hotwheels and Liberty promotions, Comic Con Exclusives and Mcfarlane Sports and Spawn Figures. I guess I'll start Selling them now. I've been collecting for over 10years and you really don't want to know how old I am and what I do for a living. Maybe I have been collecting and just waiting for the right time to scalp them online. This scalping thing is long drawn out. I just enjoy collecting mainly Star Wars and Marvel Legneds. Do I plan on collecting ML since Hasbro is now making them So far I have no plans to continue it. I liked them when they started back in the Spidey classics and the utlimate find back then was the Yellow Daredevil which i still have to date. I have 2 of the Gold Ironman and I saw about 12 ofthem all in one store only because at that time no one was interested or knew to much about that new series of figures. What are the chances of me selling (AKA Scalp) all my figures - I have them all on ebay all because of this posting.......Not I was really into collecting until 2 years ago, work took my time, but I do still collect a lot.

I would happen to agree with DRAMA fo yo MAMA. Chase figures were actually out of the picture and only variant repaints were going to be packed.

Well I found my first set at Wally. I found one more to open at TRU. The Thing about TRU was they received 12 cases and only had one set. I was there when they opened them and they let me look through them. Were they opened prior - Didn't look like it. Oh yeah, I never even got a single variant from ML13

To be fair with you yes i would tend to agree as far it maybe USPS and their carrier. On the other hand as stated originally i think it has to do more so with the company that handles their promotions. Just like any other company if the company that is contracted to prepare and ship out a product has a bad quality control staff than that is what is going to shipped out. I have from the beginning of the earlybird figure set heard so many stories about crushed box not just crushed, but rather smashed up. I've gotten my earlybird and the boxes were smashed and one had a hole that looked like it went straight through. When i opened this one I expected to see a pierce figure, but the figure was okay and the hole was just on the box opposite each other. This tells me someone at the shipping end had problems. Now as far as your Moss man, I had the same issue and called Mattel and they asked me to send the figure back and they would send me a new one. Which is exactly how the situation was handled. As for Hasbro, I get the same old sorry, but that is out of our control. No beef on hasbro, just their selection of shippers. Thanks for the read...

I hear all the stories of Hasbros Clearing house and how so many people are receiving their goods smashed banged and beaten up. I've heard all the excuses from hasbro that its the postal system and how they handle it. I've only heard of this up until today. I received my earlybird figures that I mailed away for. And boy if this is the Postal service I have to tell you the S*%K, but since my sister received the same I know its not the postal service. I have received tons of stuff from Mattel over the past years since they run a bunch of promo's all the time. None have come in crushed smashed or damaged ever. Well the only exception to that is when they stacked a bunch of stuff I ordered into a box without packing material and they replaced that item. Well I am sure to call them about this issue only because my sister received her george lucas pretty banged up. Way to go Hasbro with this out sourced promo fullfilment company it may be my last straw as far as getting promo's from them. Well, just got back from a long drive on a business trip to New Port Richey Florida. On the Drive back South I walked into a Walmart and saw all the ML scattered around. Didn't bother looking just walked as it was 7pm figured that all those were picked through. Checked out the Star Wars figure nothing new on the way back decided to browse through the ML and found golf Iron man. Grinned and searched for the others. Found all three variants. Just want to know what ever happend to Series 13, never saw to many of those and would really like to find the variants.

Okay for all you guys worried about the future and your collecting. I'm like arrow, it's just a hobby and yes i am over 40. I collected antiques long before all this since my family was into internationl business. I have several kids of which really don't care about this stuff, but one my son. The antiques and everything are still displayed around the house and the toys are kept in my sons room. So in the long run he will take the toys for sure since he as a guy likes this kind of stuff. I enjoy the hunt and the variants. Yes this will continue on for a long time. I have been to comic-con several times and the Star Wars Conventions Star wars being my main item I collect. I plan on attending the LA convention next year with the family. Sometimes these thng can become a family event permitting your wife supports you theway my wife has.

Okay what's the big deal. Why are Targets and Wallys stocking up on all these older series? Man the Wally on my way to the office is flooded with series 10 and 12.

We just in case anyone is interested the variant C-3PO is showing up in K's and TRU. It seems that they are the only place I have spotted them.

They aren't hitting in my area, south florida or should i say in my neighborhood.

I tried the same thing even before showing the receipt to the associate and they said they match other stores, but not their own. yet going to another store they said we price match the price and gave me the VSTC figures for $1.00.

Finally after weeks of searching my wife finds for me the Variant C-3PO.... @smilepunch@

What's up with Target pricing? $9.04 for a figure? Talk about raising the price...

Nothing new down south Miami, Kendale Wall and target are in a rush to change (not rebuild) the stores to Super Stores. they are expanding I guess no one around this area can buy land to rebulid like the other stores.

Anyone have Mace target Exclusive set SKU or any other SKU they want to post for us?

I guess its all how you look at them. I like mego's, but than again so many don't like the mego figs.
