  1. Thought it was a jackhammer as well. I knew what jaws of life were when I was little, I just had no idea what they looked like. Always wondered why he would be using a jackhammer as a weapon. Seemed a little cumbersome in a battle.
  2. '85 Snake Eyes: Small toy store, sandwiches at the deli next door 25th Snake Eyes: Resurrects those memories.
  3. Yea, looking at her now . . . and maybe it's her being English, she fits the "European" look and I can definitely see her as Baroness. She's a cutie, so I'll be happy to look at her in whatever role she plays. Let's just hope that her acting is on par with her looks!
  4. Aaaahh, it was the whole Jude Law thing in '04 that I remember her from. I'm not one for hollywood gossip, but I think that one was all over the news. Thanks for that insightful glimpse into her life, Gary. @smilepunch@
  5. Sienna Miller !!!!! @jump# @congrats@ #US1# @yipee@ @horse@ @razz@ Umm . . . maybe it's that I don't keep up with hollywood and movies too much. But, who the heck is she? Don't get me wrong, I'm all for actors and actresses that aren't associated with big movies and big roles to come into the GIJoe franchise. But am I supposed to have heard of her, or for that matter, any of her movies? http://nymag.com/daily/entertainment/2007/...nna_miller.html
  6. Hahaha. Bros before Ho's. I think that was the rule to live by in college, especially in my fraternity. When you get out in the real world . . . things are a tad different. I do what I need to do. Seriously. I'm a nice guy! Sometimes Ho's come first though. Exactly. Oh sistainchief. The fond memories of a tryst that never was!
  7. you got to be "out yo mind". BB's sets are seen so rarely that I would never open them. You're better off buying them loose for that matter! I'm usually an opener and only have a few MOC's, but you better believe a MOC Bronze Bomber set would stay sealed! Kev, you can totally send the set to me and I'll take the pictures. I might have to have it for a very long time, as I'm sure the perfect shot would take years to get @smilepunch@ Oh, and sorry I didn't get your call last night . . . was at a concert and attempting to steal the woman that my best friend likes @smilepunch@
  8. 1. EELs v1 2. Lift Ticket 3. Alley Viper 4. Night Viper 5. Dusty
  9. My favorite that I had as a kid, besides the Desert Fox, was the Avalanche. As of now I have three of them, two loose and one MIB. The driver, Cold Front, is one of my favorite Joes . . even though he's winter themed. I'm looking for an X19 now, but all the ones on ebay go for a little higher than I'm looking to pay. I'm patient though.
  10. Strato Viper Nullifier Cold Front Lift-Ticket Gyro Viper AVAC Lamprey WORMS Decimator Deep Six (removable diving suit)
  11. We'll very likely be getting Torpedo in one of the first few of waves of 08. Don't worry! Oh, and you can put one more vote in for EELs v1, Clam.
  12. Cool! I was hoping that we were getting Rock & Roll as for the HISS driver and Spirit and I would think that your source would tell you those are coming out. As for the Crimson Twins, can you verify this with your source as well? Ad for repaints, I can definately see that this ne might not be coming out since in the Q&A # 4 that there were no scheduled repaints of 2007 figures for 2008. I don't know if they'll actually confirm or deny the Crimson Twins especially if there hasn't already been a leak on them. BTW, i already have TF Flint, Python Trooper, and Ninja Force SS 25th Anniversary figures. There was a confirmation, in a way, on the Crimson Twins. At the Convention, Neal (head of G Joe at Hasbro) was flipping us cards from the GI Joe playing cards. Telling us "I'm not saying anything, just throwing random cards out here" with a wink. Confirming Torpedo, Rock and Roll, Crimson Twins, Wild Bill, and Spirit. So Wild Bill and the Crimson Twins will probably be out, but maybe in the next wave. Viper is new to me, just hope they do it justice. I thought you were next to me, he also showed us Spirit and Rip It too. Ha! I couldn't remember exactly who was around when he showed us. I totally forgot about Rip It. I remembered Spirit, Rock n Roll, Torpedo, Twins, and Wild Bill . . .

  14. That's exactly the reaction I had. Well, it was more like "Oh you've got to be @#$!*^& kidding me!!" Oh well Cool pictures though!
  15. GI Joe: 1. Shockwave 2. Hit and Run 3. Airborne 4. Dusty 5. Dodger COBRA: 1. EELs v1 2. Iron Grenadier 3. Strato Viper 4. Night Viper 5. Techno Viper GI Joe Vehicles: 1. USS Flagg 2. Snowcat 3. Tomahawk 4. Sky Striker 5. Defiant COBRA Vehicles: 1. Rattler 2. HISS II 3. Trouble Bubble 4. Night Raven 5. Mamba
  16. Have to go with Zod on this one - I loved Sneak Peek's figures when I was younger (especially since he and Dusty were buddies in the comic) and was said to see him get mowed down trying to save a little girl. Are you kidding me?!!? has the whole world gone mad?!?!? @bH@ @lol@ @smilepunch@ This figure just looks oafish and clumsy to me...maybe it's his child bearing hips or his over sized ##$%$#ed kid's helmet that's straped to his head so he won't hurt himself (again, no offense to the handicap) but this figure has always looked ridiculous...plus a freakin' bigazz scope is his weapon...a scope! @bH@ and Skrapz...why do I need to worry about someone who can be bought off by a BK Boiler?? @loll@ Wait, that's all I had to do to buy his vote for the Coastal Defender? One BK Broiler shy of winning!
  17. kev i thought you were on on this in 04'? I was. I've been at all the meetings except this years. I slept instead. -Kevin We should start grading the crappy figures! I think that's a great idea. Card and I will come up with a grading system / sticker to mount on a case. This is how it will work. The crappier your figures are, the worse grading you will get. Like, I have a Deep Six v1 that was left buried in the dirt and sand for 14 years. Discoloration, and paint chips, but no breakage. It would probably get about a -75. The more natural and childhood wear a figure has, the worse grade they'll get. If your crappy figure has been mangled by a dog, it could possibly get a grade of -80 to -85, depending on how much your dog chews it up. The only way to get a perfect crappy grade, -100, would be if your crappy figure was strapped to an M80, chewed by your dog, pooped out, buried for 15 years, and spooned with by a drunken CFB member. I think we have something here. Are you talking about your first Baroness toy? -Kevin Oh, I failed to mention that the figures have to have been nominated to the CFB to be graded. So my heavily spooned Baroness doesn't count @hmmm@

  19. Bat v1 w/ Personal Massager Attachment (PMA) and Sean "That's the sound your mother made last night" Connery These are just beautiful. @loll@
  20. I talked to Neal (head of GI Joe brand) at the convention and he said that they would stick with the 25th format (ie design and construction of the Joes) for the foreseeable future, including the movie. I think that, as there has been in the past, there will be some RAH exclusives at some point when Joe popularity gets rolling.
  21. Wait, you're saying there was a heated CFB vs DOB debate? Seriously? I mean . . . we're talking about toys here, and groups that essentially like particular toys that are goofy. I can't view it, but what the heck is there to argue about?
  22. Brings a tear to my eye to see that. Do you know of a time frame for when we'll be able to post? Also, how will we get access. ie password?
  23. We will be getting Torpedo, Rock N Roll, Crimson Twins, Wild Bill I think for sure, as was told when Neal was "playing around" with the deck of cards at the convention. He was just "playing around" with the cards, saying that he was telling us nothing about what was coming out, . . . then flipped those cards our way and said "I'm not telling you anything, just playing with cards here, nothing more" (wink wink, nudge nudge) So those are pretty well confirmed. I really hope so. What I would LOVE to see would be the v1 EELs. A guy can dream!

    GREEDY M'er F'er

WHY?????? Why would you buy 4 of those? I could understand 2 (one to open....one to play with (whatever) ) Thats greed pour and simple!!! If they really are no where to be found where you live....you just screwed another collector over because your greedy!!! These things are hard to find and you just have to have 4......you make me sick. Id give anything to find just one. They should put a limit on the amount you can buy.....Because Pokiman (gotta catch em all) here needs to just be that guy. Why dont you take one of those 5 packs and put it p your ...... Seriously, how does it feel to be a class A a-hole? What, are you in support of communism or something? I've read nothing but antagonistic crap from you in nearly everything you've posted. Then you go and insult a guy that many of us are friends with. What the heck is your problem? It's one thing to lack class. It's totally another to wallow in said lack of class. You seem to excel at it though.
