I just started reading the IDW TPB. I noticed alot of their versions in the listing, like Rock and Roll and Chuckels, actually thought it was pretty exciting, I just hope they stick with classic type B.A.T.S. and not the venom vs. valor type

That was the biggest joke in history of GI Joe promotions the app couldn't process shipping, canceled the order on me every time. I wrote an email expressing my opinions to Hasbro pulse on this situation

This guy is pictured in the article about the official GI Joe character site and picture list of the 20 Joe's and 20 Cobras. This guy (looks like python patrol) is pictured in the article but not on the official site

G.I. JOE Classified Series Hi-Res Official Images and Details
Roadkill replied to Outsiders's topic in 2020 New York Toy Fair
Some of the original articles says wave 1 has Destro. All I can say is I have my own want list of figures to be released. Tomax and Xamot, and serpentor are high on that list -
I hate that any part of this is Walmart exclusive. Several of the Walmarts in our area never got the marvel legends worthy captain America and binary Captain marvel. Out of the handful of Walmarts near me never get the exclusives and the Walmart website is a JOKE

Mystery DC character about to be turned gay
Roadkill replied to yojoebro82's topic in General Discussion
WHY? I can’t remember a time when in the middle of reading a comic that I stopped and thought to myself “I wonder if he's gay?". Why bother all it's going to come down too is the normal fighting between a couple that the stress of being a super hero causes, this time it's just a same sex couple. -
Same here. Has Matty said anything new about this 'Wave 21' they came up with after deciding to postpone the new line? It's been weird not getting much new at retail that's DC related. Guess that'll change some, though, with the Batman push for Dark Knight Rises. It feels like the entire line is on life support. They haven't given anything but excuses for a while now. I was really looking foward the the new line, mainly Larflees and Red Robin. They haven't said anything about the Batman Legacy line or anything for that matter. All the stores in my area have removed all the DCUC from the toy ailes except Target and they just received figures from wave 6. I am not feeling to well about the life span of this line anymore, The move to Matty's site just feels like it's going to go the same as the Ghostbusters line. Then last week i read that BBTS is taking preorders for DC mini- figs made by Jakks http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=JAK12395&mode=retail Is Matty puling the plug or is DC pulling the line away from Matty?

I picked up #1 of Batwing and I have to say I liked it alot. Maybe it's just me but I think it could be A really good comic if they keep it going the same way they started it.
-
I would buy that.
-
I wish they WOULD have just stuck with the classics. The movie line figures for any movie only sell well till the next big film is released.
-
Like I said wishful thinking on my part.
-
They only knocked them down to $11.00 at my Target.
-
My local TARGET just put all the GL MM on clearance. Im hoping it's just to make space for the next wave.

That's certainly optimistic. Green Lantern will most likely remain in a 200 million dollar hole after finishing it's theatrical run. Those dvd sales had better be record setting! Whether or not the "bad word of mouth" is warranted, it's out there and that, compounded with over-whelmingly negative reviews, have crippled this film's performance. Standard practice is 4 months from theater release date til dvd release date, if they hold off just a little longer and release it closer to Christmas dvd sales wil probably be stronger.

I am a big fan of the GL comics and after seeing the movie I can say I am a fan of the movie. IMO superhero movies are a lot like comic rewrites, it’s another person’s take on the way the story is told. They changed a few things for the movie and I thought it worked well for the amount of time used to tell this version

I just saw this on the local news. http://emergency.cdc.gov/socialmedia/zombies_blog.asp

Has anyone else seen the Walmart 2 pack? it's one of the 4 inch figures with a lantern and a gaurdian figure. The gaurdian and lantern are in scale for the movie masters, actually it's the same lantern that comes with the MM Hal Jordan.
-
Looks just like the DCUC Hal Jordan

I cant wait !!!

I watched it twice and still can't beleive he said that.
