In celebration of Robocop's 35th anniversary, NECA has announced 2 new 7" Robocop figures they will be releasing:

Part man. Part machine. All cop. For the 35th anniversary of the cult classic movie RoboCop in 2022, the crime fighter from future Detroit gets the Ultimate treatment from NECA! After fighting baddies all day, dock the 7” scale Ultimate Battle-Damaged RoboCop figure in the included screen-accurate chair with movable elements. The chair is over 8" tall, over 7" wide, and has swiveling seat as well as articulated swiveling monitors! RoboCop comes with even more accessories, too: interchangeable data spike fist, Auto-9 pistol, attachable muzzle blast effect, and an additional interchangeable head with the likeness of Peter Weller. Featuring upgraded deco and digital printing. Comes in premium window box packaging with silver foil printing.

I never had a Robocop figure so I think the time finally come for me to get some... I like a LOT the details on this two so I will add them to my cart at the BigBadToyStore!😎✌️

You can pre-order them now. Keep in mind they will likely start showing up places sporadically, well any day now, and while EE has them with a July release my guess is they will at least get some in sooner. As I understand it those who ordered mix cases will start getting them in sooner than those who just ordered solid cases. Eventually these will be very easy to get in as many numbers as you want, so anyone paying more than regular retail either has money to burn or not to bright.

I was wondering on how you order a solid case JayC... I was adding to my cart 2 of each but not sure how I add the solid case that you mentioned a long time ago... If you please be so kind to explain!πŸ˜€

Hasbro today announced that the figures included with their Haslab G.I. Joe Skystriker will come on individual retro card backs and include new updated file cards. Ace and Wayne Ruthel will be included automatically with the vehicle if it meets it's minimum backer goal of 10k. There will be a new Scarlett figure in flight suit released if the set reaches 13k backers, Stealth Suit Ripcord at 16k backers and Pit Crew which will share a file card at 18k backers.

With just 9 days to go before the campaign ends, it has just 5,798 backers. Many people i've seen online have been asking from Hasbro a side-by-side comparison of the new Skystriker and the original one giving folks a detailed look at the differences between the two vehicles. Something which Hasbro has yet to do.

While these campaigns often get sizeable jumps in backers in the final days, as we head into the home stretch the likely hood of this one reaching 18k to unlock all the stretch goals is seeming less and less likely to me, but I guess only time will tell.

Shown below are official images of Mattel's regular retail version for their Masters of the Universe Origins Sun-Man figure coming out next year. This one differs a bit from the Mattel-Creations exclusive version . You don't get the fancy packaging and the paint-deco is less metalc looking. You also don't get the extra head or the flame effect piece that attaches to the weapon.

I can live with this one. I tried to buy the other one but sold out way too fast...πŸ˜•
