  1. Didn't say it had to be my way. Just showing that the folks who felt the figure should be taller have a legit complaint.
  2. Here's a few to show that they have been drawn about the same size, and Sinestro even taller. Now you can see that the folks that think DCUC Sinestro should have been at least a little taller have a legit argument. Can the ridiculous fighting cease now?

    DCUC Wave 6

Thomas from CSC posted this at Fwoosh last night: For anyone that ordered Wave 6 online, it's not the store's fault you haven't gotten your figures yet. Blame Mattel. If you frequent any other toy forums, please pass this info along, so that online retailers do not suffer from Mattel's blunder.
  4. Yeah, he's completely badass.

Crossbones has impressive height, due to being the Hulkling body. The mask is very nicely done. His guns are reuses of the Hydra weapons, and he can't hold them without rubber bands. Knee joints are loose. Cool figure, although I'm not sure how accurate he is. 6.5/10 Heroes Reborn Iron Man. I like him. Maybe not the greatest design for the armor, but it looks pretty close to what I remember it looking in that storyline. Like pretty much all Iron Man figures not based on the ML1 base, it looks too small to be a guy in a suit of armor. Not a big deterrent for me. He's pretty poseable, despite the Hasbro elbows and ankles. Paint is clean, with a couple small areas of slop. 7.5/10

"Nova" Human Torch. Great looking figure. The nova effects stand out. Legs used are fine for him, since he's not a crouching character and the flame "hair" is much better than the HML FF wave figure's. 7.5/10 Guardian uses the Bullseye/Quicksilver base body, so that's good. Uses all the old Toybiz joints. Maybe a bit overboard with the blue wash over the white areas of the costume. Very nicely done. 8.5/10

Picked these figures up today: Overall, I like the figures I bought. Wasn't crazy about Vision or Ultimate War Machine, and I already have Kang, so I'll try to trade for their parts. Wish I would've left Ben Reilly in the display tray. The Human Torch legs don't work for a Spidey figure. Not crazy about the poseability and the web shooters interfere with the wrist joints. Good paint, mostly, and great range on the neck joint are positives for him. 5/10
  8. Even if He-Man has a strength advantage, I don't think it'd be by much. Captain Marvel has much more going for him than his strength. He's got the power of gods at his disposal, and his speed alone would leave He-Man a beaten-down, quivering mess. He's not landing a punch against someone using the speed of Mercury.
  9. TRU got in at least one case of wave 2. By the time they got them, I'd already completed my set, thanks to the new Target that opened up off of I-10. I did find a Classic Aquaman at TRU to help out a Fwoosher.
  10. Darkseid may have more raw power, but that isn't something that would deter Thanos. He's stood up to Odin, gone toe-to-toe with guys like Thor and Champion (who had the power gem), and outsmarted the Elders of the Universe. He devised a way to take down Galactus, and has conquered the universe several times. It would be the toughest fight of his life, but I think Thanos takes it. Barely.
