I just got the Masterpiece Sideswipe in the mail today. Excellent figure! While I did not buy them, I saw the new Generations figures at Target. I don't know if I am all that interested in the Armada Starscream.

I bought the original set of turtles so I wasn't sure if I was going to buy the new Battle Shell figures. When I saw that they are new sculpts I thought I'd check them out by getting Mikey first. I will say that I was immediately disappointed with the paint application so I added some detail. Pupils, mouth and freckles all took less than 5 minutes to paint but make a big difference. I think I'll add chain to the nunchucks later but thought I'd share my quick paint application.

I got a new banner stand for conventions, so I am working on some elements to add to the banner. Here's one such element in progress.

Did this 15 minute sketch this morning as a demo for my students. About half of them changed the channel before the final scene of Agents of SHIELD! I will post a better picture if I remember to scan it tonight.

I put the Franky in a small local art show that wanted Halloween themed artwork... and I named it Eastwooodstein, per your suggestion!
