Seemed like last time they first showed up on HBTS, and then shortly after people started to report seeing them. I would say keep an eye over at the hasbro website and it should give you an idea if they are out or not. Also, not sure if this makes a difference to you or not, but I know that the first wave was available at walmart.com and could be sent site to store with no additional charge, it that could also save you a few frustrated trips to walmart (I know it saved me some aggrivation) Just a thought.

I thought I read a while back that wave 2 was going to be re-released around this time of year and I was wondering if anyone out there has any sightings. I'm still looking high and low for my Harley Quinn and Aquaman, but they are still as non-existant as ever. Anyone seen the so called re-release of wave 2?

If these are real, I can tell you now without seeing them that I want atleast half of those, but I doubt that, even if they are real, I will ever get to see it.

But isn't that, for the most part, true across the board? The protos ALWAYS look better, I think we all take a giant grain of salt with this (salt either being the paint apps or the availability) I can't wait to get them, I hope by then it will be easier to find in store.

Ok, I'm a casual reader of DC. I know all the big guys and I know, for the most part, who all of the figures released so far are and a little bit about them. For this line, I only really know about Hawkgirl, Dr Fate, and Mr Terrific. I don't know anything about the others, but they all look great. If I saw them in the store, I would probably get them all, but if I never see them, I'll probably just order a Dr Fate and Hawkgirl (I've always thought Mr T was kind of lame)

I would definately recommed canned air, its great for those hard to read places like hair and certain joints. Personally, I use a clean soft rag, canned air, and also a non-used tooth brush (a used one would be pretty gross). I just do a few here and there periodically as I stare like a zombie at them.

Wow, just wow. So Hasbro was all like "of coarse we are going to re-release figures that were hard to find" (Vision/Kang) but I guess they forgot to say "they will be exclusive to one store and even then, you guys are screwed trying to find them, good luck jerks!" I was just saying this morning that I am just about done with the whole Legends line, and I'd rather go and focus on the whole DCU now. I thought I could do both, but between getting jacked on the price, and being screwed over by a wave that should be easily available, I'm about ready to just step out. Thanks Hasbro! Thanks for taking loyal fans of the series, who have bought all the stupid/ugly Wolverines, Hulks, and Captain Americas, and who also helped keep this line alive by still buying it, even though, initially, the quality of the line sucked (see White Queen), even after all that crap we still buy it. And now once we start getting back to $10 ML, you say "screw you! Good luck finding it!" I am having a really hard time understanding why I should give a company who does this crap to us, the loyal fans, why I should give them my hard earned money. It's not about the money itself, but about being jerked around like this. I know it comes with this hobby, but damn, I live in a regular town and I have never had as much trouble finding things until Hasblow took over. Man, what jerks!

I had to pass on the wave two I did find in stores because of the bad paint job. Also, like everyone else, I can't find these anywhere at all. My Nightwing's head feels really loose and he has two left arms with correct hands. He also has some black streaks on his face and had some weird fuzz/stray hairs that look like they got stuck in the paint when the hair paint was applied. This line has some great things about it, I just wish they weren't over shadowed by all this crap. We want to give you our money Mattel, make it easy on us!

MattyCollector can't carry the regular waves of figures because of agreements Mattel has with its retailers. They had exclusives, but obviously those sold out long ago (except for the JLU Giganta that nobody wants). ToyGuru/Matty said this week that November will see the site updated again with pages dedicated to the lines and new information, though the only thing for sale will be figure stands. I know they won't carry the regular waves but they don't have anything and that is stupid for a mattel collector site to not have any mattel products for sale at all. As for the figure stands that is ##$%$#ed oooo a collector site that sells stands and only stands and not the exclusive product they are supposed to carry. They can update the site all they want but if they have nothing of real interest then its a waste of time hasbro has their exclusives on their website but mattel has no online store. They can't even get their product evenly distributed which was supposed to end when they released wave 3. But i still can't find any dcuc in my area (oak forest, il) all i ever see is wave 1. I've only seen wave 2 & 3 at my local comic shop (a&f books & comics) no wal-mart, target, k-mart, or even toys r us has had any new waves. Sure i found them at the comic shop but they only had a couple figs anyway someone already picked through them so i managed to get harley quinn, and green lantern but thats it. You should never have to rely on buying things online if a company wants to push their product then they should make enough to go around and not make 100 cases and call it a day. In case you can't tell i'm bitter about mattel i stopped buying marvel legends cause i wasn't happy with the figures but guess what i can find the new legends not the dcuc. I agree Matty should have something for sell even if its not current figures but maybe older figures that they can't seem to get rid of. Or just something we might be interested in. I know it sounds silly to just put up something to sell it but in contrast its about as bad as a website that doesn't have a damn thing for sell either. Ya, it is kind of silly. When Matty Collector first opened, I figured within a month or so we would start seeing regular items and stuff for collectors... Guess I was wrong. How can a website, put out by a toy company, for the seemingly sole purpose of selling their toy to collectors, not have anything at all since the initial launch! Atleast let us but that Adam Strange and Starfire two pack! Atleast take preorders! Something! Common!

I finally got my DCUC wave 3! Grundy looks great, a little tall, but still a great figure. Deathstroke is by far the best of the bunch. They all look greatm except my Nightwing, he's got a few black paint streaks on his face, his head feels like it may fall off it is so loose, and it looks like they used two right arms with the correct hands because his arm stripe runs on the inside of his left arm. Whatever, no big deal, but Deathstroke is awesome!

I hope not. For me, the "Movie" figures from ML kill it (except Blade) X3 Jean, X3 Juggernaut, Ben Afflec Daredevil.... kind of seems phoned in to me

I'm from the Palm Beach area, with plenty of TRU, Targets, and Walmarts. Now I live in Gainesville, with one Target, one TRU, and 3 Walmarts... I feel your pain, I miss having plenty of places to shop, can't wait to move back, for my collections sake! No DC, no recent ML's, it's drving my crazy!
