Yeah, it makes more sense for the seller to leave feedback first. The buyers part of the transaction is the payment, that is all. Once payment is submitted, no further action is required from the buyer, so why shouldnt they get feedback first? They are done with their part, so as long as what you sent was legit, there should be no issues from the buyer AND they will be happy to get feedback first, its a sign of good faith.
