I'll admit it's hard, and it doesn't take much to get your butt kicked in the fights, but once you get into the beat of it, it flows like water. Definately a lot of jumping around like you've got no sense!

I have a strong feeling she will be in waive 2. If she really is the next 8" classics, it makes sense they would use that same mold, shrunken down to 6". Personally I am fine without Cheetara, atleast until we have Panthro, but I have a feeling we will see her first. I can't get enough of these 6" figures! I have them here at my desk at work, Lion-O on one side of the monitor, and Mum-Ra on the other... 6 year old me would be so proud!

I think I am going to have to agree with about half the thread that AC was THE game on 2011. Now having said that, I would say I probably spent more hours playing COD Black Ops then anything else in 2011 (even though that game came out in 2010) I love Batman, it's such a fun and challenging game. When you pick the hard setting, it means it! I love the feel of the game too, if you've ever wanted to BE Batman, then this is the game for you!

Wave 2 of the modern 6" figures should be hitting now, it was my understanding that the classic 6" figures and the second waives of the modern 6" and 4" would be shipping as well. I'd be on the look out if I were you, they should just now be hitting store shelves. Nothing has been announced aside from Tygra and Cheetara for 6" modern figures and the classic mummra and liono that you have. And yes, they have said that there will be another 8" figure, Cheetara, and I think they are going to give her an alt head or something so it looks like she is running really fast with her hair blowing in the wind. They also said something about it being a possible con exclusive, so who knows.

I'd love to see Panthro and Slythe, I like the one villian, one hero approach.

I got my Wind Raider for Christmas and I love it, it's so awesome! I remember in Pixel Dan's review he mentioned having issues retrachting his cable and he had to pull it up a little higher or something to get it to work. Anyhow, I don't have that issue, but my hook keeps "ghost firing" I put it in, and a few seconds later, it shoots it back out! The button is fine and not in anyway pressed down slightly or whatever, it just auto fires! Not a huge deal and Im not going to send it back over something so minor. Anyone else have any issues? Not this per se, but any in general.

Honestly Im perfectly happy with the 6", infact I was fine with the 8" too. Yeah ideally it would be cool for He-Man and Lion-O to see eye to eye, but I have a feeling once we have all the cats in a group shot, we won't care. I am just so happy to finally have Thundercats again, for me it was bigger then He-Man, so I will take pretty much anything that comes down the pipe line unless it's utter, complete crap.

Yeah I got my Tower for Christmas and the whole ThunderLynx thing feels really forced, its like the executives had to come up with a "hook" or something. Cheetara is the worst offender with the block in her back! The playset as a whole is a good display peice, but I don't see much play out of it. The whole "slide" part feels REALLY forced, like "hey we got this extra peice now, maybe we can pass it off as a slide!" The gates don't open that well for me, it takes a couple of tries. When you tie all the figures and thundertank and tower together, it makes for a cool looking set. Honestly Im not a fan of 4" figures, these being the first that I have ever bought, but I got them purely for the Tank and playsets and I am happy with it all so far. The tower could have really used a paint job, but other then that, it was worth the $20 I paid on Amazon (thought I wish I had waited till it was only 11) Oh and about the batteries, I found that mine got drained insanely quick. The first set lasted about a week, but that was my fault for leaving it on. The second set of batteries got used up in about two days, so don't be surprised if it sucks the life out of em. Personally I take my batteries out anyway since the sound effects kinda suck.

I got it for Christmas (today actually) so I haven't had a chance to play it. I don't have the motion plus either so I will need to get that first. My brother has it as says its amazint and addicting. I've always had great love for the series so I am looking forward to sinking my teeth into it probably next week sometime. Meanwhile my wife and I have been playing the crap out of MW3, we are about lvl 71 and we have been getting alot of MT Dew for the double XP, glad its over tomorrow!

dude that sucks! When I got those in the past for Christmas as a gift, I always opened and looked at them and told my wife it was to make sure something like that wouldnt happen... of corse it was always just an excuse to look but that really sucks man

Dude you should order a tank off amazon, it's only $8 and has been for a few days. Honestly it's about the same price as you would have to pay for the regular figure, and you could always sell the tank without snarf and still get $8. WOW I didn't know this If they are still there next week I will snag one Yeah last I checked they had the tank for $8 and the tower for $11 and a couple of the figures around $4, so it's a good deal to get both for less then the price of one. Not sure if they will be onsale next week since it may be a Christmas thing. Yeah but i'm broke right now ARG! I hate that feeling! When there is a crazy good deal but you have no cash! Well, not to play devils advocate, but here is how I would do it. (BTW this is more if you bank with an actual bank vs a credit union where it may be different) As Im sure you know, Amazon will only charge your account after the shipment is sent (assuming you have it setup to debit your account) so if you were to order this, say tomorrow, the very earliest it could charge to your bank account would be next Tuesday since banks will be closed on Monday due to Christmas. Even still, that is assuming they have it in the mail that day. Again, just playing devils advocate... I work in banking so I know how all this runs.

That is some pretty awesome stuff! I always loved the MOTU artwork like many other, it's just so imaginitive. I was looking at the box for the Tower of Omens playset and I thought "man, this would be so much cooler if they had some sort of painting or mural to show a big battle between the Thundercats and Mumm-Ra" I wonder if this will be released in a poster form or something. I would love to have some of that art work as a back drop to my figure display. Heck, I even want it as my desktop background!

Indeed it's sad to see how expensive this hobby is. Not to sound like an geezer (im only 27) but I remember when I first got into figure collecting, it was wave 1 of ML, and I think they cost about $7 a pop, infact if I remember right, I think the original TMNT were around 4 or 5. Now I see 4" figures for $15 and 6" for $20 and I can't believe how high the price has gotten! It's a gradual thing, but man are we paying out the ass for it or what! I don't know about yuo guys, but I think I am feeling more and more complete on my collections as the price keeps rising. I will get ALL GhostBusters figures till the end of the line, only a few more to go. Im also going to cherry pick MOTUC like normal (but I doubt there is much more I want) and I will still buy the Thundercats stuff, but that is all I can afford!

It's a marketing ploy by Kmart to get people to do lay-away... that just makes the most sense... Glad to see some people still care this holiday season, especially when you consider the people using layway probably have the hardest time paying for them in the first place.

Good news to hear! I'll for sure be getting a Sorceress, Panthor, and RTBY Peter! Looks like I'll be spending more money in Jan then I did in December!

Thanks for all the updates on this joke of a company Rollo, it's because of your warnings early on that I didn't preorder alot of their stuff. Sometimes I get wrapped up in how crappy Mattel can be, but then I have to realize that it could be like Shocker and I don't hate Mattel as much.

Totally disappointed. Thanks for the heads up. The facial sculpt doesn't accurately resemble him either. Would've been nice if we got a "pack-in" Janoz (or however it's spelled) in a static worshiping pose. <~ still wonders why I subscribed to this Ugh, that sucks to hear, honestly he's the figure I've been least excited about in this entire line. Atleast with my second least favorite, Marshmallow Ray, I was excited about the goggles (what a let down that was) and the proton stream, and with the RTBY Busters we got ghosts, with Vigo I'm drawing a blank other then he is the only human form villian we have aside from Peck, who is just more of a dick then a villian. Any way you can throw up some pics featofstrength? I'll tell ya why we subscribed to this ResidentCritic, because of our love of the franchase! We would have jumped onto this line no matter who made it, it just sucks that Mattel really doesn't care about the line at all and it pretty much shows. No news, no updates, nothing! I swear, just give me the missing soclari brother and I will be fine, I don't care if I have all the courtroom busters! If I have to look at that fat bastards face, smirking back at me, it will be like Mattel rubbing it in, saying "Ha ha! You bought me for nothing! You could have completely skipped me!" It's not like I would be able to sell it on the secondary market since there never seemed to be a primary market in the first place.
