    I got negative feedback from someone on ebay because they couldnt pay me for a week and they got "hacked" so I cancelled our transaction. Now I have someone doing it to me AGAIN, not paying for well over a week. Anything I can do to not get negative feedback?

      if its been 7 days you file as a non paying bidder last i checked anyways ebay is always changing the rules... is people have a max of 7 days to pay
