I agree with Xorr.
A man chemically enhanced with the express purpose of making him into a soldier and fighter would beat a lunatic with a toolbelt who misses his parents. Especially as the super soldier has a near indestructible defensive shield to fall back on.
As the man says It's common sense. Fact.
However...........
If you go back past the million or so words Xorr has written he actually shot himself in the foot with his Batman Vs Galactus arguement.
Basically if you cut through all the flim flam he makes two points.
1. Common sense says it couldn't happen.
2. The Character was not designed to beat someone like Galactus.
So..........
1. It is a comic!! Does anyone use comics as a revision tool? Does anyone go to put up a shelf and think "Is this the way Tony Stark would do it?"
Not outside of a padded cell no.....
I am hurtling towards my 40's and thank god for the fact comics can sidestep common sense, it is what they are for (regardless of how old they are). If I want some common sense I would read a newspaper, although they are not what they used to be, back in the day they were much better written......
2. Not designed to????
I have a set of keys designed to let me into my house. However even though they are not designed for it I can use them to open a bottle of beer, seperate two frozen burgers in a lever type motion, distract my cat from clawing my leg with their shiny goodness or throw them with force into the face of an intruder in my home.........
The whole concept of comics is that people do things they were not designed to.
If you can't accept that then you have no common sense.
Cap would win.

It would be the worst fight in history.........
Optimus Prime would not willingly hurt a human, so Cap could bash away with his shield until the job was done.

I'd like to see Jazz, Wheeljack, Trailbreaker, Windcharger, Huffer, Brawn, and Gears. And if they wanted to make the other Dinobots (and remake Grimlock a little bigger) then I would be happy.

Year 1 Is my favourite.
Also liked Knightfall but I don't think it stands up too well these days.
My second favourite is The Dark Knight returns, but....................

isn't the Batman from the Metamorpho series essentially a West Batman?
No, its quite far from it.
Its closer to a Neal Adams-designed Batman, or perhaps a Carmine Infantino design--but ts NOT West per se.
If you consider just that it shares some costume design elements, its different enough in physique and such.......definitely not West.
Consider that Batman to be a comicbook interpretation. West would need to be a Movie Masters type figure.
The 60's Batman Tv show was essentially a comedy, so if a figure comes along, there probably should be some element of goofiness about it.

It's a man dressed as a bat who fights crime. As an action figure.
Joking aside the Mattel version does not cut it as a camp T.V. version if that is what you are looking for.
You need the D.C. Direct Batman And Robin silver age two pack. they both look very similar to the T.V. versions but Robin in particular is nearly spot on. Batman's utility belt is the comic version(easily customised I should think) and the Bat emblem is slightly different.
The Robin actually looks like it was based on Burt Ward.

(I don't knw how many people will know this reference............... Action force was the U.K. version of G.I. Joe and in the U.K. the later Issues of the Transformers comics were titled: The TRANSFORMERS and ACTION FORCE.

Aquaman won by dropping A Whale on Namor Once.......
I'm not a "Doctor" but telepathy is defined as "apparent communication from one mind to another without using sensory perceptions"
How does this Mean using your mind can catapult A Whale through the air?
If it does I reckon Aquaman could coat Galactus with an Airtight shield of Whales if there are enough left!
A comic worth reading!!
Otherwise they should just have a swimming race and call it quits.
