  1. I was checking what was new on theonering.net and they showed this website with some hilarious "Got Milk" pictures of the LotR! (My favorites were Haldir and Galadriel's ) Enjoy!
  2. I might rent it tomorrow. The movie looks good after all...I'm just not used to watch those type of movies, but I might give it a chance.
  3. -Nightmare Before Christmas! (Since i was 10 i never got tired of watching this movie over and over again.) -How the Grinch Stole Christmas (The one with Jim Carrey) -Jingle All the Way -Elf (My new favorite christmas movie!) But my number one will always be Nightmare Before Christmas.
  4. What i heard about the delay of the movie, it was that because Revolutions and RotK were coming out almost at the same time, releasing HP and the Prisoner of Azkaban would have been a bit too much and they decided to release it next summer. But maybe there are other reasons, not sure.
  5. Totally loved it!! The crowd in the theatre was cheering every time one the characters did something heroic, some even stood up from their seats at times! It was an awesome experience! After seeing the three movies, now i think i can read the books, since I wanna know everything that happen but with the details that only the books can give. I didn't feel the length of the movie until the end when it got a bit slow...but i still loved it. And i didn't miss Saruman's part one bit; even though i'd like to see what happened to him after the incident with the Ents, but looks like it wasn't so necessary after all. I'll wait for the extended edition. Now for the spoilers.... The part with the eagles fighting the Nazgul was awesome, beautiful! Also, the part where Aragorn arrives with all the "dead" soldiers. I wish i could've seen the part where Legolas and Gimli decide to spend the rest of their lives sailing (since that's what happens in the book). They were the only two characters whom we didn't see what they were going to do after their adventure. There were many parts of the movie that i'll never forget. I lived every moment of it; I couldn't stop squeezing my bf's arm! Oh, and about the mithril thing, I think Shelob's venom could've filtered through the mithril since it's liquid...I dont' know, i'm just trying to think of reasons.
  6. Here's a short summary of the book: " For twelve long years, the dread fortress of Azkaban held an infamous prisoer named Sirius Black. Convicted of killing thirteen people with a single curse, he was said to be the heir apparent to the Dark Lord, Voldemort. Now he has escaped, leaving only two clues as to where he might be headed: Harry Potter's defeat of You-Know-Who was Black's downfall as well. And the Azkaban guards heard Black muttering in his sleep, "He's at Hogwarts...he's at Hogwart's". Harry Poter isn't safe, not even within the walls of his magical school, surrounded by his friends. Because on top of it all, there may well be a traitor in their midst." And that's about it. I believe this is going to be the best movie of the three. Many people are disappointed because of the changes that Cuaron has made with the school uniforms, and the environment of the movie. But I trust that all those changes will be for good.
  7. Even if i had to work early the next day, I'd be happy to go see it at midnight! It's just one of those things that are worth the "sacrifice". Unfortunately, there was no midnight showing here so i'll have to wait until tonight to go see it. Which is a couple hours away, so i can't wait!!! I read that all the parts were Saruman was involved were cut off, but they are including them in the extended edition. Do you think it was a mistake to cut them off? Personally, I don't think i'm going to miss those parts. I can wait for the extended edition to see what Saruman did after he was knocked down by the Ents.
  8. What's with the "spoiler"? If the part was cut off from the movie, it isn't much of a spoiler, is it?
  9. The Return of the King of course!!!! I still can't believe that in a copule of hours i'm gonna be sitting in a theatre with a bunch of people, who are as excited as i am, to be watching the final episode of the most memorable trilogy of our times! I won't go to the premiere tonight 'cause i don't wanna pay $32. I'd rather wait one more day...it won't hurt to wait until tomorrow....right? I've been reading reviews all over the place and most of them say this movie is a masterpiece. Here's a link to rottentomatoes.com: http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/TheLordoft...heKing-1127213/. It doesn't have one single bad review!!! So, who else can't wait till tomorrow night to watch this movie? At what time you gonna see it? How high are your expectations? As for me, i'm going at night. I suppose at that time many people will go too; nothing beats an opening-night crowd. And my expectations are pretty high, but i'm not expecting anything from it. Somehow, i'm sure i'm gonna love it and wont' get tired of going again and again to watch it! Can't wait, can't wait!!!!! @yipee@
  10. I loved the movie. I haven't bought it because i have other things in plan and the dvd can wait. But most of all, i loved Depp's acting...and what i loved the most about him was the jokes!
  11. -Spider Webs -Just a Girl -Ex-Girlfriend -Too Late -and New Thats about it; I love No Doubt. And yes, Gwen has a beautiful voice, and like Nas said, she would be the prettiest girl if she had bigger boobs.
  12. -Mr. Deeds -The Cable Guy -Man in the Moon -Both Jeepers Creepers... -And most of pink(pretty story about the ugly girl that's a complete loser and nobody likes her and the cute guy that in the end get together and everybody gets to know her and like her and they live happily ever after)movies And i think that's about it
  13. Can't belive somebody loved it too!! I can't wait for the movie to come out! But something i was wondering is...why the kids were holding their pets while singing? I'm guessing it was because its the welcoming of the students and they haven't got time to drop their pets yet?....I don't know...But that trailer looks awesome!!!
