  1. PM'd was wondering the same thing
  2. That's crazy, thanks for the info.! For once I'm glad I ordered online.
  3. I understand why they want to make it like the movies because that's what the "kids" know now. I still stick to the fact that I know at one point they were made for kids but eventually they need to realize the collectors are the real ones keeping TF's alive. I thought they got it with Alt's or when they introduced the Classics line but then they just went further and further into sloppy molds IMO. I'm not shocked by this or happy about it either.
  4. I am guessing whoever is the labor aint getting paid minimum wage... LOL My guess is that Rick planned on putting the big stuff in the store and selling the rest on EBAY. In that case he'll be paying out a lot for labor.
  5. I'm guessing he has no room to store them and can't afford to store them. Most of my fellow collector buddies have gone through the same thing this guy is going through and have wanted to sell off their collection. Then a year later they can't believe they did it or sold it for so cheap. Most start collecting again but some don't complaining about the lack of home space or not wanting to drop the money on a storage space to not be able to enjoy it. I have another buddy who has his storage space as his showroom and says it's worth every penny because he can go and enjoy it and the kids can't ge
  6. That was cool of you to do with the camcorder Wheeljack
  7. So now that it aired, what do you think that massive collection was actually worth? I would have to say for reselling purposes, Rick's final offer of $10 G was really good considering it will be a lot of work and a lot of space to piece each one of those figures out. Not to mention he would probably get stuck with a lot of figures like the 8-10 Top Spins he had. Going back to what I said before, they would probably over price most of them in the first place trying to make back that $10 G and I don't see them even coming close if they had taken it for $18-$20 grand. It was a nice colle
  8. Since when was he going for so much? 25th Joe Figure I know it's not a huge dollar amount but for this figure?
  9. bottom line IMO, we have not come that far in the past 35 years that racism isn't still a problem in America. Just go play a few games of HALO 3 online and you'll hear all the cowards online dropping N-Bombs left and right. These are the same people who would never say anything like that in front of an actual black person. Do I think the Cavs owner is racists? No, not in the slightest bit! I think the Cavs owner is just upset by the disregard that LeBron gave him during this whole free agency signing. He never returned LeBrons calls and LeBron made it out like he might go back to the Cavs. I d
  10. Thanks for the Reminder Wheeljack, I'm hoping the Homerun Derby is over by then. Either way I'll be watching to see that collection and to see if they buy it.
  11. Have to agree with you on that! Low Light I see being like Blowtorch hard to find at first and then available on the Hasbro site.
  12. I really can not wait to see how much he wants for them and how much the Pawn stars are willing to pay. Seems like it would be to much work for them to sell and a lot of space. I know I would be going to more pawn stores if they were selling old toys. The only problem is, most of them really don't know the market much like the antique stores. Twice I have walked into an antique store and found old Star Wars figures for $8 each and scored Luke in Stormtrooper and the imperial gunner from the original power of the force line. The other 100 or so times I have walked in to one they are selling vin
  13. sorry, didn't really know where it fell under.
  14. I was watching Pawn Stars tonight and they showed a preview for the next show where Big Hoss (Corey) and Chumlee go to check out a guys huge Transformers collection I assume to buy. Did anyone else see this commercial? Has anyone heard of anyone selling a massive collection of Transformers to a Pawn shop. Will you watch it to see what it is? I don't even know if anyone cares but I thought I'd throw it out there since I couldn't find anything else here about it. I looked for the commercial I saw tonight but could not find it. The show airs on Monday nights

  16. As I stated before, I would never believe that someone was a moron for believing in God. It's just not what I believe and I applaud any one who can find faith, I just have not been able to do so myself.
  17. What if you were in Hell right now and your life as you know it was just your sentence in Hell? Here's a quote for ya, "The biggest trick the devil ever pulled was making people think he didn't exist." -Kevin Spacey in the Usual Suspect Sorry I'm just a poor atheist @firedevil@
  18. I'm trying to get all of the holocrons to and this has helped me a ton (incase you didn't already have it) Holocron guide
  19. That might with people on the far right. But you have a unique way at looking at it.I would never hate that anology but there are questions.Like the shroud of turin and how he was seen after his death walking around to some people? But i'm just playing Devils advocate I really think it was a mixture of wine and weed mixed with some serious depression from the loss of a good friend. That's just what I think.
  20. that's true the only time I have seen all 3 in the last 20 years was in October when I was at a Target.
  21. I celebrate Christmas and I am considered a "non-believer", does that bother anyone. I believe Jesus was a real man and that he did many things in the name of God to give people hope and help to make them better people. Just curious with no disrespect towards anyone I am just wondering if that is wrong to people who are Christians or Catholics who celebrate the holiday for religious reasons?
