  1. I love them as well! Especially all the Spidey ones. I don't think the Hand Ninja/Wolverine, Wolverine/Psylocke are in that wave. I think they are in the following wave. I hear you on the X-Men 4-pack. Repaints are lame. The Nightcrawler is cool though because he's clear/purple on half his body to simulate teleportation but you can usually find them for sale individually on ebay (that's how I got the Ultimate Iron-Man without having to buy the Giant-Man set he comes with). Keep your eyes open. The Avengers set is cool cause 3 of the 4 figures are original paints and sculpts (Capt. A is a repaint of the one that comes with Cable). Like I said, the Iron Spider-Man is very cool and worth buying the set for. Looking forward to the Ben Reilly/Carnage set. Anyway, have a great day and happy hunting!
  2. Hey guys, I just wanted to let you guys know that new Marvel Super Hero Squad packs are starting to show up in stores. I was able to get "Hulk and Spider-Woman", "Doc Ock and Black Suited Spider-Man", "Deadpool and Punisher" and "Cable and Captain America" on ebay and purchased the "New Avengers: Vision, Ms. Marvel, Iron Spider-Man, and Captain America 4-Pack" at Wal-Mart this morning. They also had the X-Men 4 pack wit Nightcrawler, Juggernaut, Gambit and Wolverine but I passed on that one. We just recently got Iron-Man movie figures here (in Alaska) as well. Have a great day! Happy hunting! Any new Squad packs showing up in your neck of the woods?
  3. Good luck! Hope you can find all of them that you want on Sunday! Thanks Jase! At least I know now to stop wasting time, gas and trips to and from Wal-Mart and TRU in search of the figures that aren't going to be there until this weekend. War Machine will be mine! Thanks again! Happy hunting to everyone else!
  4. Hey guys! Still no Iron Man movie figures here in Alaska. In my frustration I spoke to an actual English speaking associate at Wal-Mart ans she said that she has the figures and she is going to put them out this coming sunday (the 30th) because they are street dated and are not in the registers yet. Lame. So those of you that have gotten them, congrats, and those who haven't maybe your luck will change this Sunday. Thanks guys. Later!
  5. Okay, I'm getting pissed. My local Wal-Marts and Toys R' Suck are still void of any and all Iron Man merchandise. I really just want the Wal-Mart exclusice War Machine so I keep checking every day knowing that if/when they actually do get them they'll probably only get a few. I called one Wal-Mart and asked if they had any Iron Man stuff in and the employee of the toy section asked me if "Iron Man was a soldier or something...". I pretty much expected that kind of answer anyway. I really enjoy your guys' rants! It's funny cause I was thinking that since I'm in Alaska that only my TRU was horrible but it makes me feel better knowing that it's everywhere and I really do hope they go out of business. They have nothing...EVER! And the employees or complete troglodytes. Their huge front wall that usually displays the big movie merchandise (Spidey, Trans-Formers, etc.) is currently filled with "TM: TOTALLY ME" girly crap. It's the only section of the store that's fully stocked and totally unshopped. Anyway, I just wanted to vent and get some support that one of these days I too will get my own War Machine. Congratulations to those of you that already have War Machine and the other Iron Man stuff. Are the IM super hero squads out too? New Avengers with Iron Spidey and Vision? Lator Gators!
  6. Ason Unique, I totally agree with your rant. I am very frustrated with my local Wal-Marts and TRU with how poorly they have been restocking any Marvel merchandise since Christmas. We still haven't gotten any Iron Man merchandise up here and very few Spectacular Spider-Man. It's irritating to me that they didn't make a bigger deal out of getting the Iron Man figures out at a better time and on time. Anyway, I agree with you. You are not alone!
  7. Hey guys! Looks like (at least in my area) my local retailers (Wal-Mart and TRU) decided to break the release date of the Iron Man movie figures. and I don't mean in a good way. I went all around town today looking for them, but alas, I didn't come across anything! No figures were released today in my hometown. Irritating. Anybody else have the same problem?
  8. Oh man, that's right! I saw a pic of him. Looks pretty cool. Oh well, fingers crossed we get a Lizard soon. Thanks for the info!
  9. Hey guys. So I have a quick question that I'm hoping some of you may have the answer too. Do any of you know when the next wave of Spectacular Spidey action figures come out and who will be featured in it? I mean, we've seen Vulture, Electro, Lizard and Shocker (this Saturday), on the show but do they have action figures being released any time soon? I purchased Venom, and saw Doc Ock at the store but they haven't even been on the show yet. Just wondering.
  10. That New Avengers 4-pack is Awesome! I have to have that Iron Spider! Has this already been released? If so, where have you found it and what's the price? Thanks guys! Happy hunting. P.S.) Definatley looking forward to the Saturday Iron-Man release! That Wal-Mart exclusive War Machine is a must have.
  11. Thanks guys for all your info. Sorry about those of you in Canada and UK, that sucks that you guys don't get them. I did see a pre-order Cable and Captain America two pack on ebay with a shipphing date of April 19th. I think the Deadpool and comic Spidey and Doc Ocks are in that series as well. So, it looks like mid April is when we should be seeing them? Hope this is helpful. Thanks again!
  12. Hey guys, pardon my ignorance on this, but way up here in Alaska we have not recieved any new Super-Hero Squad packs whatsoever. I was just wondering if any of you in the lower 48 have come across any. Any of the new Spidey sets (Carnage and Scarlet Spider, etc.) or Deadpool or Cable, anything? The newest set I've see were the ones with Rogue and Gambit, Nightcrawler and Juggernaut, etc. Anybody know when the new sets are supposed to be released? Thanks for any ifo you have.
  13. Thanks for the feedback. I know, they are expensive here. What are the Spider-Man heroes and Villians? Are those the rerelease movie figures? Also, have you spotted the Deadpool super hero squad yet? Thanks!
  14. Hey guys, not sure if you have found them already, but I recently found "The Spectacular Spider-Man" fgures at my local Fred Meyer (Anchorage, AK). I picked up Spidey, Black suited Spidey and Venom. They are kind of spendy ($11.99) but in the case of Venom, you get a lot of plastic for that figure. The Spideys are pretty light and thin but still, in my opinion, very cool and worth collecting. Like I said, the Venom figure is also very cool and bulky. Oddly enough my local Wal-Marts are still pretty picked over from Christmas in the Marvel section. No new Spidey figures, a few Spidey 3 movie figures and a couple sets of "Daredevil and Elektra" super hero squads, but that's it. Does anyone know when the new Super Hero Squad sets should start hitting shelves? Has anyone had better luck at their Wal-Marts?

    The new Vulture

You guys are so over-critical and resistant to change. Spidey is my all time favorite super-hero and I can't wait for the new cartoon. I think it looks great! I love the stylized look. As long as they don't change Spidey's costume, I really don't care what color Vultures costume is or what Electro looks like. Come on you guys, it's 2008, just accept that things change and in the case of "The Batman" as I am sure it will be for "Spectacular", they change for the better! I agree that the 90's cartoon was great but I'm more than willing to give the new show a chance and collect all the action figures. If you don't like it, just don't watch it. Easy enough. As for me, Saturday can't come soon enough!
