  1. Hasbro is going from Nov 07 to July 08 without releasing 1 single Marvel Legend figure!!! And from August 08 to Dec 08 they are going to release EVERYTHING??? Am I the only one who doubts the Hasbro will release everything by year's end? Hasbro has proved time after time they can be incompetent and outright $hitty. I doubt all eight 2-packs will be out before 2009.
  2. Are you sure? As far as I can tell his hands are completely unarticulated. If he does have a hinge at his knuckles that's good enough for me and I'm happy.
  3. The new one in the Target wave looks amazing but he REALLY needs fists! looks like I'll have to do a swap and repaint like I had to do for Ronan BAF wave Silver Surfer to get rid of his flat sissy/pansy hands.
  4. Where the hell did you hear that Target black Wolverine is getting a Tiger Stripe Variant? I've haven't seen that anywhere. They sure as hell didn't show him in the display case at NYCC...
  5. No FO DD is great. While removing the ball joint shoulders would be an improvement lots of the best MLs ever made have large ball joint shoulders. And DD's are smaller than most theirs. Iron Fist, Sabertooth, Silver Surfer, Deadpool all have huge ball joint shoulders. People praise all those figures. FO DD is great, nuff said. FO DD has nothing on SMC DD. And SMC DD will have nothing on HML5 DD. SMC series 2 DD is a midget and reuses black spidey's body. SMC series 6 DD is also inferior to FO. SMC6's head sculpt is no where as good. I have evey DD figure so I have no reason to be biased. The upcoming Wal-Mart exclusive DD is going to be too small and will only look ok if he's hanging out with Hasbro's midget Silver Surfer and FO Modular Iron Man.

  7. The daredevils shown have a bit of a sleeker design with less bulky shoulder joints The FA and Red DD's at NYCC are exactly the same as the ones shown at SDCC last year. They are a simple a reuse of the Johnny Storm Body from the Ronan series. That takes the DDs from being the 'best things ever' to being 'I'll still buy them but Face Off is still my definite DD' (and the FO I repainted FA!)
  8. Yes they will be! When we buy them off Ebay at a jacked up price.
  9. Hasbro had to sell the wave to Target. They had USAgent in the wave and the Target executive asked the Hasbro rep "who's the guy with the sheild" The Hasbro rep then replied "He's like Captain America, but he's not" The Target exec then said "give us a Wolverine instead and you have a deal. The kids LOVE wolverine." The Hasbro rep than said "done and done. We'll also give a Hulk as the BAF instead of Drax or Thanos and we'll paint him RED!" That's why we're getting series 6 Wolvie repainted instead of USAgent.
  10. Does any site out there have pics? Any forum that has a link?
  11. It's day two of the con and we've yet to see any pictures. Are the 25th joes even there?
  12. right we get 4 hulks, she-hulk, doc and two villians. Absorbing Man and Wendigo. Skarr Son of hulk should not be in this wave. It's a waste of a spot.
  13. The new BiBeast we are getting is SOOOO much better than the prototype we saw on ebay. The bright orange war hulk/planet hulk repaint.
  14. Not as much as you want + not where you want it = no articulation? Or are you just referring to no articulation in the hands? 'cuase if it's the latter, I actually have to agree. We need to stop getting 'patty-cake' bruisers. Yes his hands have no articulation. Not even the hinge at the knuckles like Face off did so he can almost make a fist with one hand.
  15. There is a second grey hulk who is shorter and it says "video game" on his card. Does that mean he's a movie figure of FFF BAF?
  16. Grey Hulk has open slap hands with no articulation! WTF!!! This was my most wanted Hulk. Weak.
  17. Well my most wanted figure Adam Warlock is bit of a let down. Ball knees and elbows. He might just be a repaint of Black Bolts body. The face sculpt is decent though. I just hope he isn't too short ala Silver surfer. So for wave five they removed USAgent and added Red Hulk and Black Wolverine. I hope we find out the BAF any second now.
  18. Who the hell is the BAF for the target exclusice wave 5?
  19. JayC you need to put up a pic of Adam Warlock. In one of the pics we can see part of his cape and his infinity gauntlet! But we need to see the whole figure. thanks!
  20. Clear nail polish is better than Crazy Glue. Same effect but you don't need to worry about the joint getting stuck in place from the glue.
  21. nope. No way to tell if a seller is using a second account to raise the price. In reality it's no different from any other ebayer placing a bid. the seller will only bid as high as you've bid so you were willing to play that high of a price any way. Try bidding on auctions within the last minute of bidding. The seller can't play any games then.
  22. It means the line is changing and we are not getting HML4 or 5. So those 12 characters plus 2 BAF are not being released. We're probably still getting the FFF Hulk waves since they are movie tie in. the bottom line is Hasbro deserves to die. All of them.
  23. Hasbro has told corner store comics that HML4 (and 5 by association) and the icons are cancelled. http://www.thefwoosh.com/forum/viewtopic.p...b4d992180c74b43
  24. Series 3 is better in every way. He looks way more bad ass. Johnny Blaze is too damn skinny.
