  1. I still prefer the new head. I think it's because it looks identical to how he looked in the cartoons, and that's always how I picture SE in my mind. Actually you are wrong on that. Snakes Eys in the cartoon looked like the 1985 Snake Eyes head sculpt, which the 2007 head sculpt looks just like. The new Pyramid/5 pack head sculpt is round and looks nothing like it did in the cartoon. It looks horrible and "cartoony" but just not the Sunbow cartoon "cartoony". The proper look, the one that the cartoon had comes to an edge, not round.
  2. They showed them to the folks at Toy Fair but they were not allowed to take pictures. I heard they looked good but didn't appear to be very tall. Big Suprise there.

    Nick fury

You need to drink the blood from a seventh son of a seventh son. Oh wait thats the only way to get the Oct 2008 Marvel Legend 2-pack Nick Fury. For the MU one you just have to mail away.
  4. I just took a couple quick pic to show how much better Snake Eyes looks on the new body with a head swap. I would paint the head to match the dark black but HOH is doing that for me. Plus only in the really bright light is the difference in shade obvious.
  5. Well Cool Toy Review said so and they have a MUCH better inside track then you do JayC. They were the ones that broke the news of upcoming ML figures on a regular basis. Nemesis wave, Fantastic Four wave, Fin Fang Foom waves. They were the ones that first broke the news every time. "Our Toy Fair reports continues with a new small gallery from the Diamond Distribution booth featuring some of the upcoming Hasbro Marvel Legends 2-packs. These figures may not be released in 2009, since the focus is now on the smaller-scale Universe line. However, Hasbro still plans to continue the Legends line, but it's not clear just how much they'll dedicate to it."
  6. I got these 3 days ago and I don't understand how anyone can like Snake Eyes' HORRIBLE headsculpt. I swaped on the v2 2007 SE head which is %1000 better. The color is slighty off because the 2007 is dark grey and the new body is dark black. But until we get the Hall of Heroes Snake Eyes done properly this will have to due. I also swaped Flint's head ala JayC, which also how the Hall of Heroes Flint is being done. The new FLint headsculpt is plain bad and a waste of a sculpt that another figure could of used.
  8. Vancouver. I thought my avatar said where I'm from. Wrong forum.
  9. I hope someone explains whats going on. These are also a TRU exclusive and I see no reason they would want to wait until 2010.
  10. Not this year at least. At NYCC last we were told April 2009 now Diamond says 2010. @#$% YOU HASBRO.
  11. I was there as they were putting them out on display and I got both 5 packs but left the craptastic 4 pack. The 5 packs are $30 and the 4 pack is $25. I can't believe we got these so damn fast!
  12. We are getting comic accurate versions in the 6 inch movie line but where are the pics? They were not on display with the other IM armors
  13. I feel that this is the most overused statement around. The whole "People recognize Marvel over DC" I feel is just wrong. I think in the place of comic fandom it is probably correct. In the case of Joe Public I think one would find it is the opposite. I think if you just went to the everyday person on the street and showed them pictures of comic characters the ten most recognized would be (In no particular order: 1. Superman (Supergirl) 2. Batman (Robin) 3. Spiderman 4. Wonder Woman 5. Hulk 6. Captain America 7. Flash 8. Joker 9. Captian Marvel (Shazam is what they would call him) 10. Aquaman Only 3 Marvel characters make my list with DC getting an additional boost from the link of Robin and Supergirl to the DC big guns. Other characters might be recognized, but I would wager that there names would not be known like Wolverine, Doc Octopus, Dr. Doom, Green Arrow, or Green Lantern. Again, this is just my oppinion as I have not tried to prove my hypothisis. HAHAHA. WRONG! Marvel so far more well known it's not even funny.
  14. I've called Toy GLobe during bussiness hours everyday for the last week and it goes straight to voice mail but their mailbox is full. I've sent 5 e-mails in the past week and they never respond. It looks like they going under and stealing everyones money in the process.
  15. In my mind I saw him looking better but this will do. Now that DCUC has gotten all the major chacters done the line will slowly die.
  16. HAHAHA Toy Biz's Marvel Legends owns DCUC in every way possible. Even most of Hasbro's ML is greatly superior to DCUC. DCUC is better than the 5 inch stuff but THATS IT.
  17. BBTS is first class service compared to the pathetic Toy Globe.
  18. Yes robbery is a term that suites Toy Globe well.
  19. If you want to Cancel your order they charge you 15% and won't refund your shipping charge. They also have phone line they claim is open from 9-4 weekdays but it just goes to voice mail and they never ever pick up. Even if you order something that is in stock they won't mail it until they feel like it or tell you when. I've never dealt with such an unprofessional web site.

    nemesis wave

This is Hasbro's second best Marvel wave ever. Red Hulk wave comes first. But these are just in front of the Hulk FFF wave but WAY in front of Ares, FF and HML 1, 2 and 3!

    nemesis wave

Has anyones order shipped from Toy Globe or CMDstore yet?
  22. As far as I'm concerned we can never have too many Wolverines or Iron Man armors. And yes I'm serious. Since I know they are going to do it anyways why fight it? They are 2 of my top 5 favorite of all time. Bring it on!
