  1. You'll probably regret it in the long run and end up spending thousands buying them all back off eBay in 2-5 years.
  2. I love Ebay I use it every single day. I spend about $400-$500 a month buying toys off it.

Wal-Mart is horrible when it comes to exclusives. 1. They are only available in the States. Even next door Canada gets left out every time. 2. Even when I check WMs in the States I've never once seen a WM exclusive.
  4. This lot just sold on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...em=200322347397 I can't get over how expensive these figures are. Compared to how much I've seen other COPS lots sell for this was still a decent deal for this guy. It has almost everything, half of the vehicles I haven't seen on ebay in months (bluestreak, air raid, ironsides. roadster, a.t.a.c) Besides some weapons here or there all the lot is missing is Bulletproof and Highway. What do you guys think?
  5. Thats what I do. I stopped buying weekly issues back in 2001. I now just buy TPBs of older stuff.
  6. They are not THAT bad. I bought the Logan figure which is rather nice. It's not like MU is that much better.
  7. I just got my C.O.P.S figures I paid an arm and a leg for off ebay. I got most of the 2 series but I still need the Air Raid Helicopter(the one that fires fully automatic caps) the ironsides, the bluestreak cycle and the roadster. Other than that I have them all. They are truly first class figures and still stand toe to toe as some of the best action figures ever.
  8. Because the figures are so well done. Its really a great toy-line and I guess enough collectors have seen that and bought into collecting them, which raises the interest and in turn raises the prices. I have a bunch of Loose COPS stuff, and used to have more--almost all the figures--and I'm planning on holding on to them for a while yet. Its a great, goofy toy-line, that was probably about 10 years ahead of its time. These figures sell for more than most of the Real American Hero figures which has a rabid following. Yes I know it's supply and demand but I don't understand why they are so rare and expensive. I saw a loose Buttons Mcboomboom sell for $50 on ebay.
  9. I collect a large assortment of action figures and I've always wanted get all the C.O.P.S N' Crooks figures. I have not in the past because it was never convenient. Now that Marvel Legends is dead and the 25th Joes are put on hold for the year (My two main lines) I decided now is a good time to buy all the cops figures off eBay. The average price per figure is as high as any other major vintage toy line. It sells as high as Star Wars, GI Joe and GI Transformers. I just went back and bought most of the MOTU figures and the average price for them in large lots was $2-$3 each, not the $20-$30 each C.O.P.S figures sell for in large lots. Why though? It only lasted 2 years as a toy line and cartoon and had a mere 15 issue comic run by DC. That is to be considered a failure, especially by Hasbro's standards. So why are regular auctions so sparse and the prices so high?
  10. There will be no 6 inch Wolverine Orgins figures because hasbro is the sux.
  11. Yeah it's to conceal the articulation when the arm is straight. Not a good design.
  12. The 25th figures are all around great. Nuff said'
  13. i'm on a budget, paying for a marvel figure 6 to 7 bucks is better than buying for it for 11 to 13 bucks. Along with Marvel Universe's all around inferiority thay also cost $10 at most retailers, not $6 to $7. I guess Marvel Legends aren't for poor people. I happily pay around $20 each when I buy them off the internet because we never get them in stores here in Canada. I will also gladly pay the $25-$30 BBTS will probably charge for each of the upcoming 2-packs.
  14. Thing is 6 feet tall in the comics.
  15. The song selection and placing was fine. No problems there at all.
  16. I guess thats better than sucking air OUT of it.
  17. In the GN Dan can fight well for a regular guy. In the movie they have him pulling off moves as if he was DareDevil. He's breaking bones right out of the skin left and right.
  18. You need to add a personal picture of yourself. But only if it's MOC and with a running change that isn't quite classified as a variant, lol.

  19. haha every time I see BlackCat ever post at any forum she never fails mention that she owns every ML figure and every variation and running chage ever... MOC, lol
  20. I just saw it and I didn't like the changes they made. There were too many small changes made in an attempt to please the simple minded movie going mases. And since when was nite owl such a well trained fighter? Plus they skipped Dan and Laurie being on the run with their died blonde hair at the end. And the cops never came to Dan's apartment first to investigate and then the raid. They also skipped the murder of old man Hollis (or whatever he's called). They nailed the Comedian perfectly.
  21. ML style Absorbing Man from Hulk Classics used to sell for $100 loose on Ebay all the time. I don't know what he's at now but I'm sure it's still high.
