If the "homosexual" is the Great Sean Penn then he's deserves the oscar more than anyone. When Marolon Wayans gets nominataed for best actor for playing a gay guy then you might have a point. A BETTER exmple you could of provided is the chances of geting an oscar nod for playing a handicap, aka "##$%$#" as you would probably say, lol.

If the crtic is empolyed by someone else to work for a news paper or such then they are more qualified than joe blow. But if the crtic only has their own site or some blog then they are not much different then Joe fanboy.

You got burnt on that No Country For Old Men also huh? @loll@ Man..what a boring-azz, dumbazz ending of a flick THAT was, and I bought it before VIEWING it 1st...which is usually against my cardinal rule, but with all the previews of it (that made it LOOK good) and all the critical acclaim it received, I gave it the benefit of the doubt, of which I'll NEVER do again. Even with this G.I.Joe movie. Speaking of Shakespeare...you'd think that Hollywood must beleive that an actor portraying a homosexual in a MOVIE is tantamount to performing Hamlet or Macbeth?? They divy out enough Oscars to them, I know that, just check the number of movies and Oscars Hollywood has given the actors involved in homosexual roles or themes. I'll never trust a critic again, and only go by my instincts from now on. It only fails me maybe 10% of the time as opposed to 80% if I listen to someone else. Oh look it's VH with his simple minded gay bashing again. What a shock! I trust a critic's opinion moreso than some random fool on a message board. Critics are not always right but most are a lot more qualified to speak on a piece of "art" much more so than some fan boys "IMO". IMO, lol.

Do they typically like crap movies? Rotten tomatoes is not a person. It's a site owned by IGN that takes all reviews avilable and gives it a % based on positive and negative reviews. It's as unbiased as it gets.

I did. It's much better than people give it credit for. We're NEVER going to get another Flagg or Terror Drome so I'm happy we got something this big.

I recently bought all the Toxic Crusaders and James Bond Jr figures off Ebay. The figures are just as awesome as when I was a kid. Even though Toxic Crusaders was just a way to cash in on TMNT's popularity the Toxic Crusaders figures are 100% better than anything TMNT after 1990.

I skipped Red Star and don't want him at all so the head on Rip Cord is just fine with me. I think he just looks hardened not 'old'.

I can't lie. It looks good. The fact that the main part of the "custom" is to throw away a movie duke head makes it that much better.

It will sell for about $170 on ebay. I bought the Bille Jean version months ago. I got that for $140.

I've had this debate before. MOTU started very strong in 81' and was the top seller first. Joe came in 82' and 83' doing well but by 84' it had left MOTU in the dust. Transformers was ALWAYS 2nd fiddle to GI Joe in the 80's. GI Joe was going strong right till the end of 89' and things cooled off starting in 90'. Transformers had already slowed for a while by the end of the 80's. The only aspect that Transformers did better than joe was the price per figure. But that also meant more joes bought at a single time and it was affordable to all social and economic classes.

I also was charged today! Hopfully that shipping notice will follow in the next 2 days! This is so great! Usually we toy collectors get nothing but delays. How often do we get a 5 day notice for a preorder? AWESOME!

For those wondering the helpfull people at Hisstank confirmed that the two large rectangle areas are not lights afterall.

Yeah if I could see that there was a light bulb I wouldn't of asked the question.

I bought the new night raven and while it's small I'm still happy we got it. As far as the lights and sounds go, Do the two large red platic areas in front of the missles work closer to the front of the plane as lights? Mine do not light up. If you press the guns they light up and the rear buttons lights up near the jets but the ones closest to the front don't light up no matter what I press. Is this normal or do I have a defect?

I forgot to mention the Battle Beasts line that was made by takara and released by Hasbro in North America. While only their arms moved the play value with the lil' guys was very high. I remember being a 5 year old always hoping to get fire on their hologram but getting stuck with wood which just wasn't as cool.
