  1. I found a Catwoman at Barnes & Noble. I have a member card there, so the 10% discount brought the price to a little less than Target.
  2. Those looking for Wave 11 may be able to find them at K-Mart. From what I have seen, they are getting cases with Shark, John Stewart, Katma Tui, Red Steppenwolf, Question, Cyborg Superman, Deadman (either reg or var), and one of each of the following All Stars w/ pin: Superman, Batman, Flash. Best of all, they are only $12.99. Considering K-Mart is usually more expensive, this is a good thing. Too bad they do not have Wave 12, which I still need half. Wallys in my area either are not carrying DCUC or are clogged with Powergirl.

    DCUC

No Kmart around here in Michigan has ever carried DCUC, as far as I know. What's Kmart's price? DCUC Wave 1 was the only wave K-mart in MI ever carried. They also carried DCIH. They just have not had any DCUC in a loooong time.
  4. Looking for the left and right arm for Metallo. I am sure many people are as well. I have extras of the following: Atom Smasher - Left leg Giganta - Left arm Kalibak - Left arm w/ beta club Kalibak - Right leg Solomon Grundy - Right arm Solomon Grundy - Right leg
  5. To echo synch, why not have two Batmans. Bruce could reign over Gotham and Dick could be a permanent part of the JLA.
  6. Hopefully Target's recent sale was to deplete the stock for new waves. All I found were waves 7, 8, and 9. Since it was not advertised, most of the stock in my local Targets is still there. That means Target will not be the place to find Waves 11, 12, and 13. I kind of agree with Leon. Target does not favor collectors.
  7. I think it is safe to say Martian Manhunter will be coming soon. Those who have been lucky enough to find Wave 12 will notice that there are some characters who have not had figures released yet: Blue Beetle Ultra Humanite Martian Manhunter Vixen Zatanna Blue Beetle will be in the next wave and this post confirms Ultra Humanite and Zatanna. Hopefully, that means Martian Manhunter and Vixen will be following soon.
  8. What you saw was an extra Bats and Supes from another case, plus an opened case of 6. There are NO 8-figure cases as far as anyone but you have reported yet. That was my point. Dude, Given the situation, my error was an easy one to make. The lady said they had eight in stock. She then brought out an OPEN case and pulled out 2 BM, 2 SM, 1 SB, 1 I. I added the 1 BM and 1 SM on the shelf and my knowledge that DCUC use to ship 8 per case. Assumption made. I am smart enough to gather from other posts that I was wrong in my assumption. There was no need to add the snarky comment. That was my point.
  9. Pics or it didn't happen. You really wanted to see pics of the case? Why would I lie about how many are in a case? The lady said they had 8 in stock. There was one Batman and one Superman on the shelf. She brought out the opened case that had two more Batman and two more Superman figures, plus Banshee and Icicle. Moot point now.
  10. I was luck enough to be at a Target when they opened the only case they had. There are 8 figures in a case. 3 Superman 3 Batman 1 Icicle 1 Silver Banshee The Superman/Batman variants, Major Force, and Black Lightening will not be released until later this year.
  11. I found these today at a local Target. At first, they only had Superman and Batman on the shelf. An employee asked if she could help and found the rest of the case in the back. There are 8 to a case; 3 Batman, 3 Superman, 1 Icicle, and 1 Silver Banshee. That will make getting the non-Supes/Bats figures hard for most.
  12. Only one of the SIX Target stores in my area had the 3.75" figures. No 6" though. I was going to get the 3.75" until I saw them. The paint apps are not very good. I also cannot see paying $17.99 for the 3 packs when most of the figures are (poorly) repainted DCIH figures.
  13. Found Wildcat at a Target in Livonia MI today. I just need to find the variant and I am all set for Wave 9. For those seeking Wave 8, TRU still has Mr. Terrific and Commander Steel available online.
  14. Of course these look cartoony. They are based on a cartoon. There are multiple toy lines out there made to look like cartoons. Batman: B&B, Wolverine & the X-Men, Secret Saturdays, Transformers Animated, etc. They are made for fans of the cartoons and characters. JLU figures look like the cartoon and people still collect them. It is a matter of personal taste.
  15. I tried the "find in store" link. Only three stores showed as carrying it. All showed "Check store for availability". The closest one was 13 miles from where I live. The other two were 20 and 30 miles away. Very sad seeing as how there must be 25 Walmarts in the Metro Detroit area. Thanks for posting this though. Maybe they will sell all the stock that the stores are not carrying.
  16. I have not seen any Wave 10 in MI. Wave 9 has shown a various stores, but sells out within a day or two. Given that the Super Walmart nearest me just got a huge shipment of Waves 6 and 7, I am not expecting to see Wave 10 anytime soon.
  17. I wish I could find these in Michigan. I checked a Super Walmart in Sterling Heights today. I got excited when I saw FOUR pegs of DCUC. My excitement was crushed when I saw they were all Wave 6 and 7 with "Best Of" characters. These figures are going to clog the pegs so no Wave 10 will be ordered. Also, still no 5 Pack unless I want to pay $100 at my local comic shop. I get the feeling this is going to be another Wave 5 all over again.
  18. Found Black Adam, Deadshot, and Guardian at the TRU in Madison Hts, MI. Found the Black Adam, Shazam, Mary Marvel DCIH 3-pack at TJMaxx. For anyone in the Midwest, Meijer has DCIH clearanced to $1.00! They only carried figures 1 through 16. If you are into army building, it is a good way to score some Weaponers or Manhunters.
  19. From what I have seen, only most of the new male figures have more articulation. Unfortunately, it does not look like they will be making any improvements to the female figures. I would just like to ask "Why no accessories?"
  20. I was all excited when the Walmart near me started carrying DCUC last month for the first time ever. That excitement was short-lived once I saw that it was Wave 6 & 7. Hopefully these will sell since the nearby Target only has Wave 2.
  21. I was able to find Hawkgirl, Gentleman Ghost, both Parademons, and both Dr. Fates at a Target. While most Targets are still stocking Waves 2 through 4, I couldn't believe my luck. I got the rest of Wave 8 at TRU.
  22. While I realize the DCIH line is not the most popular, I am planning on making a Batcave for this line. I figured start smaller. I picked up the Dark Knight sports coupe on clearance to convert to a Batmobile. It came with a 3 3/4" Bruce and Batman, so it is the perfect scale for DCIH. I am using the Joker card from the Movie Masters Joker. Still looking for a 6" to 8" T-Rex. I am currently working on a DCUC bank to stage a heist scene. Since it is my first dio, I am just doing the outside. I am using foamboard to construct it. Nice pics for those of you who posted them!
  23. My local Wal-mart never carried DCUC or DCIH. I stopped in Sunday to check and they had DCUC Wave 7 and some DCIH. Stopped by again on Wednesday and they had the floor reset diagrams out. Based on this they have peg/shelf space for DCU figures! Now they just need to get them in stock.
  24. Found DCUC Wave 9 Commander Steel, Mr. Terrific, and Vigilante at a TRU in Jackson, MI last week. Today I found Hawkgirl, Gentleman Ghost, both Dr. Fates, and both Parademons at a Target in Madison Height, MI. SWEEEEEET!!!!! I love it when I only have to pay retail.
