  1. Well I used to play with action figures all the time when I was younger, they have been stowed away the past 5 years at least. Anyway I was in the attic earlier and I found all of them in a box, I want them to be identified and I thought this would be the place to do it. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to post pics here. Any help?
  2. That is unbalievably sad I feel so bad for it.
  3. Haha, I cant believe you mentioned Chopping Mall, I thought I was one of the few people who have ever seen it. I love the movie, in fact I bought it like a month ago and watched it the other day. Very cheesy indeed, but the death scenes are fantastic, especially the one where the girls head explodes. Death Race 2000 looks pretty good, as does street trash. I own Dog Soldiers, great film. I also own American Werewolf in London and From Dusk Till Dawn. If you want to see a fun horror movie you should check out Fright Night, not too bloody but pretty entertaining.
  4. Yea ive seen a couple of the faces of death videos, they are very brutal. People kill themselves, gruesome scenes of murder, it really is disgusting. I love bloody movies but I can never get myself to watch any real footage simply because it is very real, more real than anyone wants to believe.
  5. Haha I cant believe you mentioned Maximum Overdrive! I love that movie, I own it on vhs and i absolutely love it. People get mangled and its absolutely hilarious.
  6. You know, I wish I could give you a straight answer, but unfortunately I am in the same dilemma. I am 18, finishing high school this year, all this college stuff is putting so much pressure on me I really try not to think about it. I thought this year would be a breeze but it has turned out otherwise.
  7. I absolutely love Good Eats, mainly because Alton Brown is a great host for the show. Unwrapped brings back memories of the old Nickelodeon with Marc Summers hosting the game shows. Sometimes if I have nothing else to do i'll watch 40$ a day with Rachael Ray.
  8. Does anyone here watch Iron Chef on the FOOD network besides me? It really is very entertaining to watch and you really get into it. Currently the only Iron Chef in production is the American version called "Iron Chef America". But every night they play reruns of the Japanese version "Ryori no tetsujin" (which in my opinion is better because its not corny and Americanized). But seriously, if you havent seen it you should check it out, its pretty interesting. I live in New York and it plays every weeknight at 11pm. If youve never heard of it, heres what it is: Basically there are 3 Iron Chef's, the so called "Kings of culinary art", the challenger picks one of the three iron chefs and begins battle. There is a theme ingredient that they must incorporate in every dish in order for the dish to be eligible for tasting. After the one hour time limit is up, 3 judges rate the dishes according to taste, originality, and plating. Its pretty cool, check it out (or maybe its just me)
  9. That looks great, nice job. Im loving the head
  10. Those figures look amazing! I want them so bad, especially the Friday the 13th one, Jason looks perfect. Gotta get this.
  11. The clone trooper and commando look real nice, makes me want to pick one up right now, Especially the clone trooper, yummm
  12. Wow is the DVD really trash? I have it but it came in a bundle from columbiahouse.com so I havent really checked it out. Lack of special features or what?
  13. Looks like its official. I dont know whether to be saddened by this, or to be excited about it. Im a jet fan (second to cincy) cause i live in NY, but I never really hated or liked Herm Edwards, he was sort of just there for me. I think it was that I liked his attitude toward the game but not the plays he called on the field. However, Im happy for him and I only wish him the best of luck in KC. Onto other matters, who will replace him?...I dont know.
  14. The Hammer Horror films sound good. Im into the whole gorefest thing just as long as it isnt real. Im perfectly fine watching a movie where people are slaughtered, but seeing it in real life is alot more gruesome and scary than I like to deal with. I dont think its even the gore of the real life thing that gets me, it's the thought of knowing it could happen.
  15. After dropping off my girlfriend yerterday, on the way home I passed by about 8 or 9 people standing on the side of the highway with signs advertising a 30% off sale at the nearby Toys'R'Us. It didnt seem like it was any normal sale, they were emphasizing on this one alot more than I have ever seen them do before. I dont know if its because their pulling a simple sale, or because they're on their way to closing down.
  16. Im completely into the whole 80's slasher thing. When I go home I enjoy nothing more than watching innocent people getting sliced and diced, mauled, dismembered, you name it. Lately I've run dry out of quality horror movies to watch. Ive seen Dead Alive, Evil Dead's. Night/Day/Dawn of the living dead, All the Jasons, Freddy's, almost anything you cant think of. Can someone please help me think of more movies to quench my horror hunger. I enjoy any type of horror movie just so long that there is plenty of gory scenes. BTW, after re-reading this post it has occured to me that I sound like a complete psycho bloodthirsty animal, but I'm really just a big fan.
  17. Batman Begins is undoubtedly the best one to have come out. Christian Bale was amazing and the action was amazing too, the only thing I wasnt so impressed with was the acting of Katie Holmes, other than that it was great. The casting was perfect, especially with Cillian Murphy playing the bad guy, I thought he fit the part real well. Overall it was very entertaining, well directed.
  18. I hate their coverage, I dont care about their struggles or any other interviews, I just wanna see some action.
  19. I really hope it comes out for gamecube, mainly because I dont own a DS anyway. I got gamecube specifically to play AC1, im anticipating #2
  20. Im scared for the Revolution, I'm so hyped, but I really dont know what to expect, the controllers look pretty weird, it's hard to picture yourself playing with one.
  21. Wow, cool site, thanks for posting. Haha they even have a "Maximum Overdive" shirt, one of my favorite corny 80's movies
  22. Hate him, just another one of those talentless people popularized by media. Whenever I hear his name all I can think of is that unbalievably corny Shaq song he made.
  23. I havent been to ADC/TNI in a while and I always switch back to the old ADC skin that im used to. So i come here today and the classic ADC skin appears to be a little different. I dont remember the grayish background, i remember a black background, there also appears to be other minor changes. Am i seeing things or was the old skin slightly changed? I dont mind, I mean I would prefer how it was before, but just wondering really.
