I can't say I'm jumping for joy about this, but I am insanely excited. I wouldn't be surprised if the first wave included much of what they pictured in that montage. Heres hoping for Force Captain Adora to make wave 1. My wish list is He-Man Teela/Green Goddess Hordak Mer Man Force Captain Adora He-Ro He-Ro and Adora being the only ones not instantly recognizable to general public and both being sought after characters. Fingures crossed !

It's toybiz, so I figured this would be the place to post it, did the Legendary Hero line get canceled ? Wave 3 and 4 were listed on toyglobe.com, but now it says "canceled by manufacturer". What gives ?

I wanted HML 3. I got Cyclops and Marvel Girl, but I think my roomies picked up Danger !

If repaints are done well, and look different enough, then I have no problem with them. Toybiz would do it all the time with the OG Marvel Figures. But I like the idea of using the molds to make different characters. Perhaps painting Spider Woman into Arachne, or Kitty Pryde into any of the female new mutants, etc. The two packs are an example of what I'd like to see in repaints. But a refresher figure thats different enough from it's original is ok too. Just no "mellalic" paint.

For me, the first Legend I bought was Storm. I saw them from time to time, but wasn't impressed. But on my way walking to my school, I passed "Merlin's Attic", a local hobby shop, and popped in. They had the original Storm, so I picked her up. I didn't get supe into them until about year ago, and starting picking them up, and about 6 months ago, I started buying customs.

Lady Mastermind, Magma, Husk,Sage,Polaris,Mystique,Dazzler,Celeste CuCoo, and Kitty Pryde.

I know I'm not the first person to suggest this, but I think the only figure that wouldn't sell on the pegs is AOA Sunfire, that stands a chance at being quite successful as a exclusive. Storm will sell like gangbusters if she's on the pegs. Northstar and Aurora need to be a two pack, or at the very minimum, released in the same wave. Magneto will move on shelves, and Silver Samaraui is a cool looking character. I'm looking forward to seeing all these figures (you know they'll be released somehow eventually)...but I'm glad AOA Sunfire is getting released. It's the only member of Astonishing X-Men that never got a figure at all (Rogue,Blink,Sabretooth,Morph,Wild Child all saw release back in the day.).....So it's awesome he's getting his due !

Am I the only one happy Sunfire won ? The one character from AOA I REALLY wanted as a kid, and now it's FINALLY getting released. Plus, if your going for current events, another villan to add to the fold. Say whatcha will, I'm stoked as hell about this figure.

Found Black Knight,Cyclops,X3 Collosus, and Danger within the past week ! Yeah....

They are the only type of figures that have Transformers,Star Wars, and Marvel characters in the same scale. And the X-men look like the x-babies.
