Zodac is my first figure from this line, sure he's a little dull, but I had to have him mainly because of his rare appreances on the original cartoon, and because as a kid he was so damn hard to find in the stores and I never did find him after months of searching. I honestly began to believe the action figure never exsisted, as if it was some cruel joke.! HAHAHAHA well that was then this is now, "I OWn u NOw ZODAC!" Star Wars? Go back further--its a practise of economy that goes back at least as far as the 12" GIJOES in the 60's. Hasbro saves, thus makes, money by employing savvy re-use and re-paints and has throughout their history. Its just smart business. LOL, yeah your right, wasn't thinking that far back, but you get my complaint. I'm all for hasbro saving money and making money by reusing old molds and repainting them, but the problem is when you get: Comic pack (Duke & CC) when they could've given us something more interesting.

Hey gang, I've been collecting Star Wars since they released the POTF He-man style Luke, Chewie, Han Solo and Storm Trooper...finally after years of hasbro retooling and rereleasing these figures, they pretty much fixed all these characters!!! However, I still finding it amazing how they still manage to screw things up.... With that in mind I was wondering what you guys thought were some of the worst things hasbro has done with the GI joe 25th anniversary line... here's my quick list, but I'm also gonna give them props on things they did that I love. I'm only gonna list 2-3 things in each category to kick things off: Worst habits and practices brought over from Star Wars 1. Rereleasing God Awful repaints of existing figures. 2. Promoting a great battle pack only to pack it with another SE, CC, SS Duke, that we don't want. worst upgrade from classic 80's line to 25th line: 1. Lt Falcon (Comic Pack) 2. Serpentor 3. Zartan 4. Lady Jay (Single Card) worst comic pack idea 1. Duke & Cobra Commander (pegwarmer) best thing hasbro did with the 25th line: 1. Deciding to bring back GI joe and keeping the orignal style intact!!! 2. Bringing the old school vehicles back and not giving them some goofy color scheme. 3. DVD packs, love the first two packs. best upgrade from 80's line to 25th line. 1. BATS, perfect figure, best army building trooper figure in gi joe and star wars. 2. Lady Jay (DVD PACK) I waited since the 80's for them to fix this!!!! 3. Snow Job...I hated the 80's version, he looked thin, flimsy and weak, but this 25th version is tough, love the removable hood and goggles. best comic pack idea: 1. xamot & tomax 2. Firefly & Stormshadow

I wish they would release the Cobra Trooper that comes in the DVD Battle set (set 1) as a single carded figure. He's perfect, Red Cobra Logo, Black face mask, love the weapon and the white painted trim around the knee pads. I'll get SS cause I love Ninjas Tripwire Cobra diver Ripper I'm getting only 1 Cobra Trooper/ w red face mask!!! and passing on the CG, I hate this mold, no matter how they paint it.

I feel ya pain bro...... If he had bought like 8-10 BATS and only BATS then I would almost say he was a scalper but then again I've gone in and bought 8 CG's at one pop because I like to army build. At least now you have evidence that the store is receiving wave 9, #$## I have yet to see any traces of wave 8.

Your absolutely right! Right now I don't have the space to displayed them yet! Between army building SW Clone Troopers, Storm Troopers, Battle Droids etc. I just don't have the space right now. But I bought all my army building figures with the intention of one day being able to create giant scenes.

Chicagoland area, Broadview to be exact, Supertarget, I used the DCPI code on one of the stationary price scanners and it showed the vechicles were Instock. I asked a female employee, (who works in the dept. next to the toys) what their policy was on getting items from the stockroom that are Instock, I knew the answer already. I played dumb: I told her I checked an item on their scanner and it was instock but that I could not find it in the aisle. I knew she had no idea that these are exclusives or when the store was planning to display them. She said she would check the stockroom and bring whatever she could carry. Screw asking a employee in toy dept, they always seems bothered by collectors and unwilling to help out. anyway she brought back two cases, which of course I bought both. She was so happy to help I could've got her to bring several more cases out.
