do u think paying $50 for him is fair? i know most will say you dont pay scalper price, but its too late for me because I never had any chance to conplete those points. so is $50 a reasonable amount?
  2. Wow. it looks like I will be skipping a lot of waves here. Starting with 8 then 9 and 10 assuming those are what we'll get. Well not entirely, Ill get Zarana,Major Bludd and Mainframe. Sill they missed a loy of good joe's/cobra's. Airtight? Low Light? Iceberg? Law & Order? ShockWave? CrocMaster? Dial Tone? Tunnel Rat? Chuckles? Quick Kick? Outback? Big Boa? Road Pig? Gnawgahyde? LifeLine? Well i guess its good in a way. My wallet will get a much needed rest.
  3. I have someone asking me to buy this for them as a gift. Is this thing really worth $60? (Including shipping) Any input to those who may have seen or own this? Greatly appreciated. Thanks.
  4. Give me reasons why @firedevil@ getting rid of all my ML collections for Joe's is a good move?

Thank you so much sir! You just made a happy man, happier! Cobra Vioers or the older Joe's have a bigger head in general. But I can live with that.

Can someone please post a picture of a 25th Anniv figure side by side with the Cobra Pit Vipers? IM just curious if it really looks off together. My local Toys R US are selling their 6 piece Viper set for $17.95 (down from $24.95) I just want to see if they would look odd if put together side by side, before I purchase 4 of those packs. Thanks for those who can help!
  7. Sorry I never had any chance to lay the foundation of my comment. But you got it right. I hope they either kept the 5 pack more of a single character themed (Iconic characters) like the first box set and just released army builder figures like the Vipers, Guards as single carded figs. Now for those who are trying to build armies, they simply have no choice but to either buy multiple sets, or find it loose on EBAY. I know their motives on this tactic and that is of course purely financial reasons. But I believe that they could've sold more Army builder type of characters if relased on a single card form. And they could attract more people to buy the box set if they have the more popular charaters included in that line up.
  8. Wow. this is really stupid. They keep putting Army builder type of characters on a 5 figure pack. I would rather have them put some of the Dreadnoks or at least someone really popular.
  9. Hi Im a new member (obviously) But I just want to let some of you guys know that I found some singles and boxed sets at a local Toys R Us in Alexandria, VA. I was so happy, because I have been hunting the past 2 days at some Wal-Mart, Toys R US and Target stores, and every single time, I come home empty handed. @sad@ So I decided to stopped by @ a TRU today, with a purpose to just purchase an X-Men mini mates. I wasn'nt really going to stop by at the G.I. Joe aisle, knowing I will be disappointed once again...But I said to myself, what the heck, its only a minute walk and to my surprise there it was "6 boxed sets and about 5 single carded 25th anniversary G.I. Joe figures!!!!! @razz@ 5 of the boxed sets were G.I Joe's and the other one was a Cobra set. Out of the 5 single card figures, 1 is Flint, 2 are Storm Shadow and the other 2 are Snake Eyes. I quickly grabbed 1 Cobra box set and 1 Joe boxed set and bought all the single card figures. Im so happy, Ive never expect to get this at a retail store. I was actually closed to purchaing some from BBTS, and pay a higher price but man...today is such an awesome day, so I thank the lord! Im just atiny bit disappointed, because there were no Cobra Officers and Conra Commander, but thats ok, ill try again next time! #US1# BTW the boxed sets are $29.95 while the single carded figures are $6.99. Sorry I had to use bold fonts, Im just really ecstatic about my find.
