So this is what I ascertain from this. All the bitching about comic costumes not being used in live action should end now based on these pics! Hawkman looks one of the flying dudes from Flash Gordon! Fate looks like he should be selling condoms, and Stargirl's mask must be bulletproof. tsk tsk tsk. Also, I am not the biggest Smallville fan (come on, the blur???) But if we get the JSA in costume, why not the wonder twins? Or any of the other guest heroes? Or even Clark at this point?

Sigh. I am an opener, but due to not currently having the space to display, I havent opened ANY of my DCUC since wave 2! and I have EVERYONE from wave 1 to some of 11! Sucks.

I am I the only one who doesn't like the size of the BAF Kilowog, the sculpt is great but like Grundy, I feel he is too tall and doesn't gel well, like why is he almost the sam size as Atom Smasher???
Cuz Atom Smasher was undersized! The scale issues wouldn't be that big of an issue if Mattel didnt have that 10 inch cut off. Not sure why they did that. I have like 10 Sentinels from ML that are, what, 12-13 inches? pssshhh.
Actually, those Sentinels were 15", Galactus, Apocalypse, and Giant-Man were 14". Basically Mattel is using the same arms, legs, and lower torso for Kilowag and Brimstone.

Gladly corrected! that is just ridiculous! 15 inch BAF for less than what we pay now. LOL. Damn, we are getting hosed! So by Mattel stating that they will never exceed 10 inches, does that close the door on any other figures being done properly?

It was unclear from context, but i meant "John's hand" when I was talking about the gun. Being that both are meant to go on ring hands, I assume the 4H did it on purpose. If only John had an open hand for holding a lantern... Can you sorta make him hold one, Dragon?
since when has hal ever used a gun?Wait, you mean Dragon and I are the only people who found the fist would be more appropriate on Hal? I was gonna ask: Is the gun designed to go on his ring hand? That would seal it for me.
If you have an extra lantern or two lying around from the GL 2-pack, you can cut the lantern in the middle and kind of clamp on the sides like so:

Looking at packaged pics of these, I realized that Steppenwolf is the figure with the stand for this wave. This means that he will probably be a bit of a peg warmer to Joe Q. Public. I will get both versions for my Darkseid vs. the New Gods display, but this just seems odd to me seeing as how the anchor figures of each wave have been getting the stand. I had just assumed that John Stewart would have the stand with him.
Especially since he's probably going to be double packed because of the variant.
From what I am seeing from the seller's on Ebay, he is single packed per case.
I think the breakdown is:
1 X John Stewart
1 X Deadman (50/50 Variant)
1 X Shark
1 X Cybrog Superman
1 X Katma Tui
1 X Question
1 X Steppenwolf (don't know the split)
1 X Superman (looks like the one from the 5-pack)
1 X Batman (See Supes)
1 X Flash
Quick correction. Steppenwolf is the 50/50 variant split and Deadman and his variant is the 70/30 chase.

I feel sorry for the poor Shark. I dig the character and I'm looking forward to this figure but he didn't fare very well with that head that looks too incompatible for its body. Green Lantern certainly has more popular and more human shaped villains that might've been a better choice such as Doctor Polaris, Goldface , and Sonar. If they were going to do the Shark, invest in a new, better body. Despite the Shark's problems, I'm actually more disappointed in that scrawny zombie Deadman. I don't like him at all. Maybe I'll change my mind when I see him in person.
By the way, for those not familiar with the Shark, the Shark isn't a guy in a shark mask. The Shark is an actual shark zapped by aliens who caused him to evolve into a super-intelligent ...and evil... criminal. He also has psychic powers!
You will like Dead Man, he is hella tight. I have the variant, and Can't wait to do some set ups with him vs Gentleman Ghost.
