  9. lol! It is home! Ive only ever visited Florida and been to Greece once. The first time i went to FLorida was back in 1990 and we stayed in Orlando and Ft.Lauderdale for 2 weeks. We've been to Florida more times than going to different parts of my own country! lol I love Florida!
  10. Congrats Mandy and bestest wishes to you both! Time is flying by!! Ive got loads of weddings to go to this year, theres about 4 i think including my older brothers. Costing me a fortune in outfits and accessorize!! lol
  11. Im from England, UK. If i had the choice i'd be living in America. Heres a couple of pics Hehe! Sucking his thumb. He doesn't suck his thumb anymore, he has a pacifier/dummy. And a couple of older pics.... He was about 3 months old here. All 3 of my kids.
  12. Hey RC Riker, the baby's doing fine. Hes 6 months old now belive it or not, but hes real long for his age. Hes wearing 12-18 month old clothes already. I think hes going to be tall like my Dad and younger brother are We booked the holiday today to go to Orlando for 2 weeks from 29th September. We're staying in a villa in Kissimmee. 2 minutes away from Disney worlds gates!!! I cant wait to get back on American soil! This will be my third time in Orlando. Im not rich, really lol When we went in 2005 we saw the Starwars weekends at MGM with all the parades and shows, was excellent. The dates for shows and things aren't up on the website for October 2009 so we dont know what will be on yet. We haven't told the kids that we are going yet, but also whilst we are there, Sith will be celebrating his 30th birthday!
  13. Can anyone please let me know when the children are at school (term dates) in October? Me and the family are planning to go to Orlando next year but we dont want to go when the kids are off school and the theme parks are busy. We are looking to go October 1st for 2 weeks. Last time we went in June and it was really busy. We're looking to avoid school holidays this time We're going home!!! WAHOOOO! #US1#
  14. So glad hes doing well. Didn't think i'd seen him online for a while, although i knew that he was ill. Please send him lots of best wishes from me and Sith!
  15. I've always cooked meals for the family, most of which are from scratch, and basically because Sith doesn't know how to cook!!!! I always make Spag Bol or a lasagne (if i have time) on Thursdays and my whole family loves it. Heres how i make the bolognese sauce..... 500g Minced beef 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce 2 TBS Tomato puree (or plain tomato sauce will do) 2 beef stock cubes 2 cloves of garlic (i like to put 4 in mine) chopped or crushed 1 large chopped onion 2 cans peeled plum tomatoes You could just basically throw everything into one big sauce pan and cook for approx 45 mins or i like to dry fry the minced beef first and then the onion, and then throw everything else into it. Saves cooking time and somehow seems nicer. After frying let the sauce cook for about 30 mins or until the onion has cooked. Thicken the sauce if need be. I sometimes throw a couple of chopped up carrots in it or mushrooms. This will usually make more than enough for 4 adults, but we're piggies and have big portions! lol For Lasagne cook the bolognese sauce as above but then use pasta sheets and cheese sauce to do the layers. I usually make about 1 1/4 pints of milk for the sauce (i make the cheese sauce myself) leaving enough to cover the top sheet, then sprinkle cheese on the top. Cook for 45 mins until the pasta sheets have gone soft. Mmmmmmmmmmm!
